My preferred medic setup is Sugar Coated - Having that extra HP after a medkit use is crucial in a fight or die scenario, which happens alot in Horde Mode. Pick Me Up - My team and I play a TON of horde mode, and I tend to save my stims for myself and lower HP teammates which I will explain later. So reviving someone and them being able to take, 1, 2, even 3 extra hits is extremely useful when I resurrect them in the middle of a horde. Pain Killer - Not much to say, it is a great combo with the first two perks listed. Navy Seal or WheatGrass - Having a better gun or more HP is great in Horde mode. Being able to save 150 points on a gun can help keep your defenses up. Combat Medic - Every round you are facing a horde of 100+ zombies that lasts upwards of five minutes. Getting a 50% chance of a free medkit every three minutes is insanely useful for keeping the team alive, also combos great with Sugar Coated. I'll Take That - An amazing perk for horde mode. You can find Lurkers around most corners. Kill one, wait thirty seconds, kill another, and by the time the round starts you already have three stims ready for use. In the Zone - pairs well with I'll Take That, having extra damage is great especially for later rounds. Secret Ingredient - The cream of the crop, the perk this entire build is based around. Using your stims to stay invisible and revive your teammates in the middle of a horde, giving them a great health boost and being able to slip your way through the zombies easily to complete objectives. This is by far the best perk in this setup. Adrenaline - Generally as the medic, my health is below 25%. I use my medkits on my teammates, and I use stims on myself when I am in trouble. I also prefer ditching my SMG later in the game for an Assault Shotgun, so Swapping Mags isnt that great for myself. Same goes for Lobotomy, but you could easily swap out this perk for either of the two. This is personal preference. A great setup, that has gotten me many late round in this game. Feel free to try it out yourself and see what you think!
Playing a lot of solo, i find fixer to be pretty meh... The explosive ammo takes away pen from my favourite guns like sniper and CBR i like killing entire lines of zombies with a single bullet. Have not yet tried medic but i can see how they would be SUPER useful with players, the bots are kinda just above retarded...
@@TawaraboshiGenba I’d say it’s the Exterminator, because you have a chance to use a defense kit twice. Also, the extra heavy weapon ammo perk is pretty good when you have an RPG...
15:15 I actually change my fixer setup depending on the situation. If I choose Night Owl (health boost), I'll choose Shadow Walker (longer gas effect). If I choose Side Effects (poisonous gas), I'll choose Darkness Falls (longer cloud duration). In higher difficulties with relentless hordes, I actually find the poisonous gas with longer cloud duration more useful than the health boost with longer gas effects. When a swarm is about to run over you, you'd rather have them die than just becoming invisible to them for a few seconds and then being at their mercy again.
I find efficiency procs ALL the time. It "seems" to proc more often when you use it on a teamate as opposed to yourself. Most of the perks and classes I find to be pretty balanced and it is more of a playstyle choice for what you pick in classes/perks

Granted i use to feel the complete opposite about exterminator but I really learned to love these two classes. Every class is great In their own way so I suggest going through all of them and seeing what’s best for you or get good with all of them.
What I've learned so far: Gunslinger is vanilla boring, Slasher is no good in a swarm without the chainsaw and Dronemaster isn't even worth the mention because no one cares. FINALLY a team of fully levelled fixers and a medic is potentially a force to be reckoned with. .. ok cool.. Back to the game 🧟♂️ 🔫😏
4:29 You actually don't get that many chances, at roughly 2 a mission, since you only reliably kill 15 zekes in "rapid succession" (supposedly to mean within 5 seconds from other's testing) during the swarm sections, and the cooldown usually preclude you from rolling it again before the end of the swarm. For regular sections, there are usually bigger issues if you are getting 15 kills (especially on higher difficulties where zekes are tankier) in 5 seconds while in a group of 4, especially with a class that doesn't come with crowd control weapons. 4:50 Same reason as above. Not to mention specials spawn in 4s, many many times in missions and even during swarms, so you end up getting a surprising amount of proc at 100%. Not to mention most specials are squishy. In short, unless they make rapid succession longer, 15 zekes are hard to reach for most sections with the medic.
I'm new to this game,played it for 2 days. But I'm not new to survival coop games. I'm really good at cod mw3,kf2,dying light so in other words I aint no noob. I'm looking for people to play with on insane or just have a good time,I'm on ps4 (yes Ik this game is cross platform...) And I am a team player if I have a good,chill squad 😁
Two medics is OP when you got lots of equipment bags. One refilling regular health with stim and other providing mask when needed. Also makes medkits not needed if you in an area you can farm stim recharges with little risk.
1 Hell Riser its the best in horde missions like tokio or end of missions. 2 Medic can help a lot using that steam. 3.Fixer and those mask grenades. 4.exterminator in horde 5 Fixer infinity supply bag in horde. Fixer and hell Riser do some extreme damage if you steal a primary grenade launcher from a bomber... Unless you no longer resupply them havent tried resently.
Im prestiging all my classes to 4. Until now I have the Slasher, Medic, Gunslinger and currently I'm working with the FIxer. It`s a long way to the top folks.
@@patfuryy Sure. Once you max out any class to level 30, you will be prompt with a message above your attributes and perks. It costs around 7500 points to do so. When you clic the button be warned, your class will reset to zero and no attributes no perks. When you complete prestige 1, you will notice some new perks added to your class. Then when you reach level 30, you will be asked again if you want to go a second time around. You can do this up to 4 times. By then you will have all the perks for that class. In Fact you can even do it a 5th time but that round is more for a blue portrait instead of yellow. I hope this helps.

hello Venatix! great guide. I just notice what you said about DARKNESS FALL and SHADOW WALKER perks on FIXER, and I just tested it right now with a timer. SHADOW WALKER (increases effect duration by 3 seconds) so masking grenade effect duration lasts 9 seconds (base 6 seconds) (6+3=9 LOL) DARKNESS FALLS (increases gas cloud duration by 5 seconds) masking grenade cloud duration lasts 10 seconds (base 5 seconds) (5+5=10 LMAO) Hope it helps! I use muuuuch more med kits with efficiency , same with stim pistols 25 chance does not seem much but you mostly always will use 4 stims and have a spare one, i hate the kill quota ones there will always be some zombie to take ur attention and ruin your streak
can anyone explain me about skill that "kill 15 zombies in rapid succession" does it mean if you reloading the magazine the skill will veiled (reset to 0) and you have to start shooting form 0 to 15 again ?
no the reload does not reset the count, you can reload and kill the last like 3 zombs. I noticed this often, but i noticed too that you have to be fast after the reload
Exterminator >>>> hellraiser and gunslinger. Exterminator gets 50% damage increase during hordes and most importantly, goes invisible when killing 15 zombies in rapid succession. You can literally fire at pyramids without getting aggroed, which is super useful on lots of maps (i.e. setting sun where you get overrun while trying to protect gate 1). All explosives have kill caps, which makes upgrades to for example the Hellraiser C4 completely useless.
I got a Medic maxed out 5plvl30, but I have started playing dronemaster and have prestiged it one time and I got to say I really like to play that class.

I mean I know they can all be situational but I feel that they mostly do the same jobs as slasher and hellraiser can kill specials fast and gunslinger and exterminator can thin out hordes fast. I just need your opinion on that and maybe even an updated build guide. I love your vids man and it was the reason why I started to play wwz :D
9:19 I believe that's not how Cloakroom works. The way I understand it is that the person whom you revive will get masking effect when you unpin them, regardless of whether you have masking grenades or supply bags. So it's actually a sensible option, especially if you go with supply bags. However, in my opinion Knock Knock makes more sense, especially in difficulties above normal, where you don't find as many breaching charges across the map.

The fixer is the only one I play with. Cause I always get stuck on a game, were the people think they playing COD. An just go gun-ho, and get down all the dam time.
I usually like to use a Molotov Exterminator build, since it basically allows me to protect three different spots with molotovs for the entirety of a wave. I can just shred through the climbing zombies with my 2 shots RPG and use a defense kit twice if I’m lucky. Personally, I’d say Exterminator is a necessity in a team with Fixer and Medic.
Thanks and best of luck! Remember to fine tune the builds to your playstyle. This is a general build for mission and perhaps not so much for horde mode or weekly challenge. Everything is situational
The circumstances: 4 players with critically low health, and you have 3 med packs. Med pack base healing is 70%. 80% with Doctor's Bag, and an additional 10% with Doctor in the House, total is 90% healing from one use. Booster Shot gives a default return of 25% of healing effect. And Good Karma gives an additional return of 50% healing effect. Total is 75% return of healing effect. Each time you are using a med pack to heal a team mate, they are being healed 90%, and you are being healed 68%. You heal one team mate, and you are already at ~70% health. The next 2 med packs will be wasted because of the 100% health limit. Theoretically 3 med packs could heal you 204%. If you had chosen Efficiency, you would have a 3/10 chance of your med pack not being spent each time you heal a team mate. Due to Booster Shot, you would also be healed 68% for healing your 3 team mates. Meaning that you have a 9/10 chance of retaining a med pack to use later. I believe most people will choose Efficiency over Good Karma for this reason. Another factor that I consider is that as a medic, I usually don't take excessive damage because I have temporary health available most of the time. This makes health regen a lower priority
Ill share my ranking : 1)fixer : insane. The amount of explosive ammo they can offer is amazing, and the grenade masks. When u play the highest difficulty you ll find out that if there s no fixer in ur team, you ll be dead soon. No bullets=death 2) medic. No one can replace it 3) exterminator. Insane perks and 25% more damage in hordes. 4) hellraiser. Similar to exterminator, but I find the exterminator better because of the ingenier perk 5)slasher. The funniest class to play. If u go with a medic on your side or a dronemaster, could be helpful. Otherwise y ll be dead in minutes. 6)gunslinger. Its really fine 7= dronemaster. I mean...
Slasher, Good or not, Its fun having an excuse to charge into a horde and dying, currently in like the starter difficulty i just charge in the horde with a machete and a silenced pistol, however, probably for higher difficulty i’ll be a medic
I like the sporting rifle because I don’t have to spend points when playing horde mode and do the my round 2 on the second section. I don’t use the masking Grenade so I use the supply bag a lot
It was based on 6 secs so plus 3 then 9 secs and the 3rd red perk or whatever you call it gives it another 2 second go last so total of 11 secs of masked nade
Really glad to stumble across this video, I've been wanting to fully clear this game out to make room on my PS4, just been struggling to find good builds. Sadly, it seems like Fixer's had some changes since this vid that make the Fixer a little more difficult to work with, so I could use some advice on build adjustments. For example, Armory got a nerf from 25% to 20%, and got an added thing saying "But the bag owner can only restore his equipment when someone else gains this benefit from his bag." Is that still worth using? They also moved Stand by Me to the first column, Give 'em Hell to the second and Paramedic to the third, so that's caused a bit of a clash regarding the Supply Bag build. They also nerfed One for the Road by making it so the Masking Grenade duration loses 3 seconds and the Supply Bag contains 25% less explosive ammo

I started playing recently since game was free on pc and after playing gunslinger to lv30 I started maining masking fixer. My queation is why you didint even mention damage cloud? I have always kept my granades doing dmg instead of temp healt, since I dont like temp things, is that healt really that much better? I have lv26 prestige 2 fixer and havent even tried that temp health.
When I see a hellraiser in any group after normal.....my concerns spike. *Hailraisers (some) down their teammates with explosives. Careless where they toss their C4.
??? i think you misread Shadow Walker perk, it say, Masking Grenade effect duration increased by 3 seconds. (Base 6 seconds) it doesnt increase the masking effect duration from 3 to 6 seconds it increased it from 6 to 9 seconds since Darkness Falls perk also says Masking Grenade gas cloud duration is increased by 5 seconds (Base 5 seconds) which mean the gas cloud last for 10 seconds Base mean the minimum it does/last if no perk increase it.
Combat medic works out for me the greatest, with no health kits left to find this is a definite last resort especially during crescendo events. I think with recent update combat medic improved, it used to be 300sec cooldown (5mins) but now brought down to 180(3 mins).
You must be talking about the other 5 PvP only classes. I don’t play PvP as it has usually just sucked and full of hackers. Still only 5 PvE classes BUT they are introducing a new one sometime in a future update
as some one who only played this game because they liked the slasher and melee classes, this makes me sad to hear that they are so weak, specially after hearing about the stealth nerfs to their stamina and the chainsaw. Its super frustrating to know your favorite class is considered the weakest one :(
I was thinking the fixer build where you take increased gas duration over effect duration because you’re basically unkillable in the gas, so if the gas time is doubled as well.
Well the 1 and only question about Combat Medic is: WILL you kill 15 zombies in rapid succession with an SMG? I say not impossible but not easy to grind this perk for medkits, unless i miss something except 15 head shots :/
Personally I like to heal a teammate and get 50% health back because I play on insane or extreme andI’m a aggressive player and sometimes I play with teammates who think they playing COD zombies and they got juggernaut so I can just heal him and get my health back as well.

Does cloakroom work with the health boost or the damage on the zombies? Ex: if i go and revive a teammate, does the masking effect give me and my teammate a healthboost or does damage to nearby zombies?
So you can't play online with matchmaking? My tip is to join a WWZ community to ask for someone to play with you. If you are on PS4 there are some communities you can join. Nevertheless I don't have any tips to play solo with or without bots. :( If you want to level up your skill and weapons look venatix' video up
The problem with Combat Medic is that the most common scenario where a Medic will be killing 15 zombies quickly is when the zombies are piling up during a horde, and that's probably not where that extra medkit will be needed. You don't need that extra help when you're shooting fish in a barrel. On the other hand, the chance to not consume medkit on use can really come in handy, because after you finish difficult sections and find 1 medkit, it can easily turn into 2 or 3 medkits and can heal the team up completely. So you're basically looking at the chance to give the whole team full heals when it's most needed, versus getting one extra medkit when it's least needed.
Great video! Want you to know that you help me so much everyday. Just one question bro: 15:15 Don't you have 9 seconds of invisibility with the skill "Shadow Walker"? 'Cause I think it's the base of 6 plus those 3, so the total is 9. Or the number 6 includes those 3 secs of the skill?
1 This guide is now out of date with the July 22 update :( 2 I have to disagree and that there are indeed optimal builds for each class. I don't think there is a "best" class between all of the classes, all are situational and a good variety of classes are needed to make the "best" squad. 3 The "best" squad is comprised of a variety of people playing their best class, i.e. playing to their strengths as a player, what playstyle they are good at.

Can’t you use Cloakroom for both fixer builds? Looking at the description It doesn’t seem to need masking grenades for it to actually work. Or is there some sort of interaction that doesn’t let you mask without it

Fixer and Medic are the most beneficial classes in a group generally, my fav class to play though esp through challenges is slasher

Would you go for power shot or lightning hands cuz my fixer is at lv 22 and im not sure which one to choose

I use muuuuch more med kits with efficiency , same with stim pistols 25 chance does not seem much but you mostly always will use 4 stims and have a spare one, i hate the kill quota ones there will always be some zombie to take ur attention and ruin your streak

I just maxed my medic and I'm working on my fixer since my data got wiped but I only play expert mode
can anyone explain me about skill that "kill 15 zombies in rapid succession" does it mean if you reloading the magazine the skill will veiled (reset to 0) and you have to start shooting form 0 to 15 again ?
it has to be 15 consecutive kills, primary, secondary or a melee kill it doest really matter
no the reload does not reset the count, you can reload and kill the last like 3 zombs. I noticed this often, but i noticed too that you have to be fast after the reload
Exterminator >>>> hellraiser and gunslinger. Exterminator gets 50% damage increase during hordes and most importantly, goes invisible when killing 15 zombies in rapid succession. You can literally fire at pyramids without getting aggroed, which is super useful on lots of maps (i.e. setting sun where you get overrun while trying to protect gate 1).
All explosives have kill caps, which makes upgrades to for example the Hellraiser C4 completely useless.
I got a Medic maxed out 5plvl30, but I have started playing dronemaster and have prestiged it one time and I got to say I really like to play that class.
Definitely the medic, beat the game on extreme using prestige 4 medic 👌👌

I mean I know they can all be situational but I feel that they mostly do the same jobs as slasher and hellraiser can kill specials fast and gunslinger and exterminator can thin out hordes fast. I just need your opinion on that and maybe even an updated build guide. I love your vids man and it was the reason why I started to play wwz :D

9:19 I believe that's not how Cloakroom works. The way I understand it is that the person whom you revive will get masking effect when you unpin them, regardless of whether you have masking grenades or supply bags. So it's actually a sensible option, especially if you go with supply bags. However, in my opinion Knock Knock makes more sense, especially in difficulties above normal, where you don't find as many breaching charges across the map.

The fixer is the only one I play with. Cause I always get stuck on a game, were the people think they playing COD. An just go gun-ho, and get down all the dam time.
I usually like to use a Molotov Exterminator build, since it basically allows me to protect three different spots with molotovs for the entirety of a wave. I can just shred through the climbing zombies with my 2 shots RPG and use a defense kit twice if I’m lucky. Personally, I’d say Exterminator is a necessity in a team with Fixer and Medic.
Just been 3hrs in and have quite a lot of fun, guide will surely come in handy.

Thanks and best of luck! Remember to fine tune the builds to your playstyle. This is a general build for mission and perhaps not so much for horde mode or weekly challenge. Everything is situational

The circumstances: 4 players with critically low health, and you have 3 med packs.
Med pack base healing is 70%. 80% with Doctor's Bag, and an additional 10% with Doctor in the House, total is 90% healing from one use.
Booster Shot gives a default return of 25% of healing effect.
And Good Karma gives an additional return of 50% healing effect. Total is 75% return of healing effect.
Each time you are using a med pack to heal a team mate, they are being healed 90%, and you are being healed 68%.
You heal one team mate, and you are already at ~70% health. The next 2 med packs will be wasted because of the 100% health limit. Theoretically 3 med packs could heal you 204%.
If you had chosen Efficiency, you would have a 3/10 chance of your med pack not being spent each time you heal a team mate.
Due to Booster Shot, you would also be healed 68% for healing your 3 team mates. Meaning that you have a 9/10 chance of retaining a med pack to use later.
I believe most people will choose Efficiency over Good Karma for this reason.
Another factor that I consider is that as a medic, I usually don't take excessive damage because I have temporary health available most of the time. This makes health regen a lower priority

1)fixer : insane. The amount of explosive ammo they can offer is amazing, and the grenade masks. When u play the highest difficulty you ll find out that if there s no fixer in ur team, you ll be dead soon. No bullets=death
2) medic. No one can replace it
3) exterminator. Insane perks and 25% more damage in hordes.
4) hellraiser. Similar to exterminator, but I find the exterminator better because of the ingenier perk
5)slasher. The funniest class to play. If u go with a medic on your side or a dronemaster, could be helpful. Otherwise y ll be dead in minutes.
6)gunslinger. Its really fine
7= dronemaster. I mean...
This is for insane. You can use whatever u want in hard mode.

Actually, for the shadow walker, you must add 3 sec to the 6 basis sec, so you have a 9 sec masking effect and even more with the red perk

Slasher, Good or not, Its fun having an excuse to charge into a horde and dying, currently in like the starter difficulty i just charge in the horde with a machete and a silenced pistol, however, probably for higher difficulty i’ll be a medic

I like the sporting rifle because I don’t have to spend points when playing horde mode and do the my round 2 on the second section. I don’t use the masking Grenade so I use the supply bag a lot
It was based on 6 secs so plus 3 then 9 secs and the 3rd red perk or whatever you call it gives it another 2 second go last so total of 11 secs of masked nade
Really glad to stumble across this video, I've been wanting to fully clear this game out to make room on my PS4, just been struggling to find good builds. Sadly, it seems like Fixer's had some changes since this vid that make the Fixer a little more difficult to work with, so I could use some advice on build adjustments. For example, Armory got a nerf from 25% to 20%, and got an added thing saying "But the bag owner can only restore his equipment when someone else gains this benefit from his bag." Is that still worth using? They also moved Stand by Me to the first column, Give 'em Hell to the second and Paramedic to the third, so that's caused a bit of a clash regarding the Supply Bag build. They also nerfed One for the Road by making it so the Masking Grenade duration loses 3 seconds and the Supply Bag contains 25% less explosive ammo
I will most likely make updated class builds once aftermath comes out in case they change some classes around again

I started playing recently since game was free on pc and after playing gunslinger to lv30 I started maining masking fixer. My queation is why you didint even mention damage cloud? I have always kept my granades doing dmg instead of temp healt, since I dont like temp things, is that healt really that much better? I have lv26 prestige 2 fixer and havent even tried that temp health.

When I see a hellraiser in any group after normal.....my concerns spike.
*Hailraisers (some) down their teammates with explosives. Careless where they toss their C4.
??? i think you misread Shadow Walker perk, it say, Masking Grenade effect duration increased by 3 seconds. (Base 6 seconds)
it doesnt increase the masking effect duration from 3 to 6 seconds it increased it from 6 to 9 seconds
since Darkness Falls perk also says Masking Grenade gas cloud duration is increased by 5 seconds (Base 5 seconds)
which mean the gas cloud last for 10 seconds
Base mean the minimum it does/last if no perk increase it.

Combat medic works out for me the greatest, with no health kits left to find this is a definite last resort especially during crescendo events.
I think with recent update combat medic improved, it used to be 300sec cooldown (5mins) but now brought down to 180(3 mins).

You must be talking about the other 5 PvP only classes. I don’t play PvP as it has usually just sucked and full of hackers. Still only 5 PvE classes BUT they are introducing a new one sometime in a future update

Mine slasher at Maxed Level and Able to crowd control 50% horde of Zombies. Slasher and Medic can Survive even if Solo.

as some one who only played this game because they liked the slasher and melee classes, this makes me sad to hear that they are so weak, specially after hearing about the stealth nerfs to their stamina and the chainsaw. Its super frustrating to know your favorite class is considered the weakest one :(

I played finally this game on my pc figured out how get it work and must say game fun af on there
I was thinking the fixer build where you take increased gas duration over effect duration because you’re basically unkillable in the gas, so if the gas time is doubled as well.
I am not sure the effect stacks, so once applied it'll go away even if cloud is still there but I guess I never tested that out all of the way.

Well the 1 and only question about Combat Medic is: WILL you kill 15 zombies in rapid succession with an SMG? I say not impossible but not easy to grind this perk for medkits, unless i miss something except 15 head shots :/
To be able to use more than 1 perk do you have to prestige the class?
Personally I like to heal a teammate and get 50% health back because I play on insane or extreme andI’m a aggressive player and sometimes I play with teammates who think they playing COD zombies and they got juggernaut so I can just heal him and get my health back as well.

If you chose any of the semi auto rifle perks in the 3rd to last column then use any of those types of rifles otherwise use whatever you like most!
I would actually take Free Hugs over Pickpocket, for the Medic. You'll definitely get 5, sometimes 6 stims from it.
Can't even play finish a match due to the disconnect issue. It's a fun game though but truly needs to fix it asap

Nope, you need to use a masking nade.

My tip is to join a WWZ community to ask for someone to play with you. If you are on PS4 there are some communities you can join.
Nevertheless I don't have any tips to play solo with or without bots. :( If you want to level up your skill and weapons look venatix' video up
The problem with Combat Medic is that the most common scenario where a Medic will be killing 15 zombies quickly is when the zombies are piling up during a horde, and that's probably not where that extra medkit will be needed. You don't need that extra help when you're shooting fish in a barrel. On the other hand, the chance to not consume medkit on use can really come in handy, because after you finish difficult sections and find 1 medkit, it can easily turn into 2 or 3 medkits and can heal the team up completely. So you're basically looking at the chance to give the whole team full heals when it's most needed, versus getting one extra medkit when it's least needed.

2 I have to disagree and that there are indeed optimal builds for each class. I don't think there is a "best" class between all of the classes, all are situational and a good variety of classes are needed to make the "best" squad.
3 The "best" squad is comprised of a variety of people playing their best class, i.e. playing to their strengths as a player, what playstyle they are good at.
There’s always going to be an optimal build. I’ve given so many options just as examples.
It really depends what challenges. If they are playing extreme medic and fixer is the best ones.

Honestly, just do horde mode. A good load of dosh and a bunch of xp, and it doesn't feel like a grind.
