Loved this video, but I gotta be honest, it was a little weird at the beginning to go up to people who just accomplished a marathon and then be like "yeah but there's this other guy doing harder stuff." The interview with the young guy seemed like it was going to be congratulatory on his marathon and then just started talking about another guy doing more challenging distances, kinda undervalued the runners. I wouldn't want to finish a race and then seconds later be asked to comment on how cool and crazy another runner doing something longer than me is.
At the end of this race: "Hey buddy! good job but what if I told you that even tho you are tired and have accomplished such an amazing task David Goggins just ran 240 miles in little over 2 days with no rest whatsoever and a hurt ankle?" trackleaders.com/moab240-20i.php?name=David_Goggins
Well I guess you're just gonna have to hope it never happens to you...can't change what others are going to do, you can only change your reactions to them.
Well hearing the opinion of marathoners on the run would be better for the video than the casual person. And dont think people are that emotional to be offended, especially people who just finished a run. Hard to get me emotional after a long run
Just finished watching the LIMITLESS film with my wife. I am a 55 year old runner and found such deep and profound inspiration from your epic achievement. We are so sorry about the loss of your daughter and hope you will find peace through such unbearable loss by knowing that so many people have been touched by the hard work and team work with family and friends that made a young man's dream possible. Best wishes to you all and thanks.
What a great movie! Amazing how some are driven to take more extreme events to prove what we all know that "anything is possible". For me, swimming 5km open water last week proved to me that anything is possible. I am almot 60, have gallstones and recently had general surgery to remove kidney stones. Life goes on. Thank you for sharing this amazing achievement!
So many negative comments on this video, the man just ran 300 miles, that is insane, forget about your feelings, the man is a legend and did it for a great cause
Now, looking back in retrospect, this is even more of a powerful movie experience. The Levine brothers weave an amazing true adventure full of honesty and raw emotion.
I can see why people would think that but actually they're the right people to ask. You're not going to ask some random Joe on the street who may have no interest in running, how can they give a serious answer.
I´ve done many ultraruns and races. I must say I cried. I would like to say thank you for sharing these moments with us. This shows that sometimes it´s good to be at the edge of your limits, you get what you can´t buy and this moments are forever with you. You have a great family and friends. You are the best!
I loved this video. Thank you for sharing!! You are right, there are no limits other than the ones you set yourself. I'm very sorry for the loss of your baby girl; my wife and I lost our boy, Oscar, to preeclampsia on 01/02/21. I hated running, and to be honest, I hated exercising, all my life. Since January I started running to forget, but found peace and my son's presence the farther I go. I will be running my first marathon in November (NYC), and I'm running it on Oscar's behalf.
Not an ultra runner but long time athlete in wrestling and OCR. First wanted to say that is great to see humans like you guys out there doing your thing pushing your limits makes us all take note at what’s possible. For the handful of shit heads commenting on here adding your negativity don’t let your insecurities stop you from shutting your mouth.
After the question to the marathoners, right after they finished. Wonder what he would say if immediately after finishing 300 miles, he was asked, "yeah but, what would you say about someone who can do more?". 🙄
Great vid, strong messages too. I find it sad that only 155k people have watched this, there is so much pain in the world and watching vids like this can inspire so many if they'd just open their minds and hearts instead of distracting themselves in some way. Love & Respect to all :)
Thanks for sharing this amazing event and journey, what a beautiful caring family, great friends and crew, wishing you all the best for the future knowing that Inspire will always be in your hearts x
This made shed tears at the very end I had a feeling this was a video I had to watch I remember thinking I didn't want to watch it at first since I don't sit through documentaries more than 15 minutes...the very end made me cry so heart felt...r.i.p. Andres Noel Mendoza I love you mijo I will keep running for you baby boy 😔 #inspire
I have run a dozen or so marathons and a couple of 50K races. If someone came up to me at the finishline and ridiculed the distance that I just completed, I would shove that microfone right down their throat. Otherwise, it was interesting and uplifting to watch.
Why? I mean its true. I've ran 2 marathons and a 50k and immediately went back to the drawing books. I didn't feel accomplished or like my limits were reached. I also don't run those distances for a fleeing sense of pride. They're just miles.
Very captivating account of a runner with an extreme push to achieve what’s really possible in life! Enjoyed the story of the support team, friends and family as they are integral for any runner to be able to just concentrate on the running! Well done, sorry for your profound lose🙏
Amazing seeing your story. Running teaches so many lessons, some of which we only learn once the race is finished. Inspire will live on in your memories and influence your actions everyday. Thankyou for sharing xx
Wow! Truly inspired to watch this Documentary. I am fascinated by ultra distance, and am in awe of people who decide to do something this crazy, and actually do it. Justin's wife is truly a hero!! She helped SO MUCH none of us will ever realise.....Amazing story, thank you for sharing it.
Wow. What a great watch and then the last piece about Inspire. It got me. Such a touching tribute. It's the setbacks in life that make us stronger and realise we are limitless if we feel it, focus and push on with determination.
Wonderful footage and inspiring. I would like to talk to you about shooting some footage of long distance runs here in Mexico, Puerto Vallarta. Let me know the best way to connect with you.
Look 300 miles consecutively is no fucking joke but there has been people who have ran it. If your gonna do 300 miles in 100 hours you can walk and finish. Thats 20 minutes a mile. Still props to you.
Look at those diff mindsets out there. One girl said “it’s Not humanely possible.” She puts limits on herself everyday, everyday...hopefully this awakens her!
Thank you for sharing this journey, very motivating & encouraging. I too see running as a great tool for developing a supportive mindset for dealing with life. I’m so sorry for the families loss of Inspire..To endure such emotional pain & heartbreak, that never dissipates, is what truly shows the indomitable human spirit’s desire to continue living & expanding through painful experiences.
I ran until now for the year 2020 only, many ultra marathons races register in duv ultra marathons statistics many thousands! miles!! 😊😊and I have to run one more race 100km on December 2020..
Incredible achievement. What will power and such a strong mind to fight through the adversity that such a challenge has. Inspire will always be with both of you and she certainly was part of this epic journey and in some way symbolises this journey that she will always live on in both of you-Limitless
I feel inspired it’s beautiful If there was a leveling of inspiration this would be the second highest for me I’m having crazy thoughts of somehow outdoing this 500 1000 Idk
@@icculus19 The title is not all what it is about. "Born to Run - A Hidden Tribe, Superathletes, and the Greatest Race the World Has Never Seen". It is about our ancestors, persistant running, nutrition, barefoot running and the running shoe industry, besides Tarahumara. Highly recommended (audio)book. Matthew McConaughey should play in the movie but it is on hold... that would give the book a bigger audience and probably more people would re-think running with expensive running shoes....

People watch this expecting a running film not a family autobiography, but I found it nice.
@csongei boys what specifically about the running aspect were you expecting? 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
Funny thing. I was thinking, "Goggins" when I saw the title
Travis A. Lingard the Running Wolf same, it came in my recommended after watching goggins

'4 mile all uphill, the grind' with a smile on his face, what a Trooper, love and respect from the UK my friend. Stay safe and keep on running 🏃♂️

Brilliant casting! Great run! Beautiful souls!
