사진빨? What is 발? | Korean FAQ

Learn about the suffix 발 (often as “빨”), which means an “effect.” 발 is added onto the end of other words to mean “effect of (word),” and is used in numerous slang words. Most often you’ll see this used in the word 사진발 (often as “사진빨”).

Isbilly left handed, and he’s writing mirror image or is a mirror imaged video in post, but actually shot by writing normally and right handedly

He's writing normally, video is then reversed so we can see it normally. He is not left handed (his board is always to his right)
