23:30 sidearms were meta at some point in D1 when they did some "experimenting" with special ammo, they're also not that bad in pve but D1 was the only time you could never go into pvp without seeing a sidearm

I kind of feel like an idiot for trying to play this game as a new player. I wanted to play it for the story but half it it has been removed and they remove all seasonal story content. Nearly none of the systems are explained well and are very obtuse. I've been told if I want to get into endgame content I need to buy a bunch of random expansion content solely so I can unlock the weapons from them
Feels like they gatekeep new players on purpose tbh with the whole content vaulting thing. It was just depressing to hear about how much things I would never be able to get cause they remove them at every new season. I've gotten into it now and I'm enjoying what I can of it since I found out one of my friends plays the game but it's like digging through a pile of junk to find a stray piece of gold that might turn out to be fake.

Destiny used to be my favorite game but now it's trash. You've done yourself a disservice playing it this late in its lifecycle.
Bruh, it's literally the best it has ever been. We finally get great story with dialogues, cutscenes and the gameplay was improved, with all the build creation, supers 2.0 and weapon crafting. The wichqueen DLC introduced a great campaign. Also bungie finally got rid of sunsetting, and deleting old DLC's.
Destiny 2 has turned into pt job that u pay for couldn't do it anymore personally but good for you and the ppl who still enjoy the game.
