  • Help improve your kitchen or office organization with this simply DIY. In this do it yourself project we create the very popular Craft Paper Wall Memo Board. This type of holder is fantastic to have in your kitchen, office or laundry room. Wether your style if farmhouse or industrial this DIY is sure to fit a wide range of styles. Great for those grocery or family to do lists. Also great in an office to keep on task and meet those goals.
Below I have a list of all the materials needed for this project:
1- 28" Wide Roll of Craft Paper: From Lowe's
2- 3/4x36" Metal Strap: Also from Lowe's. You can find this cheaper at a metal supply store.
1- 1/2 inch black steel pipe. Found in the plumbing section o your hardware store.
2- 1/2 inch metal caps for your plumbing pipe.
2- Curtain Rod Holders to mount your paper roll.
1- 1x6x33 inch piece of wood for your holder base.
Screws to mount your holder and the metal straps to the wall. I used black 1 5/8" course drywall screws.
Flat Black Spray paint to paint your holder once assembled.
    My total cost spent: $38.25

I love this!...I wish that the paper came in a 6-12 inch wide tube so I could do it in a smaller version as I have less wall space.

I'm adding a ¼" maple plywood backer to the entire project because I'm not crazy about sharpie bleeding through the paper and marring my wall.
