My Professor once told us stay away from 3D scatterplots because the big idea is not communicated to the Audience. As you said: “it just looks cool” I was pretty sad cause I made this cool 3D plot in R but I know he was right 🤣

Drop the music - it’s really distracting and makes it difficult to follow your points, especially for people with hearing problems (ie anyone over 30 😅). Just as with white space on a page, a bit of a gap between sections would really help!

Great explanation of best practices. Sometimes labels of axes are not necessarily good and having values in thee chart itself is much more effective like in bar charts with many bars. Also what did you use to get the scrolling viz? This is very interesting 🤔
