- in this video we are working on suzuki swift beetle 2008 1.3L car P0130 oxygen sensor code.
other shop has informed to the customer that this car need a new oxygen sensor. actually this car has a wideband air fuel sensor. not a typical oxygen sensor.
but when we diaganosis it with scan data was able to identified a lean condition at idle due to a vacuum leak. it was easy to identify it with analysis of fuel trim data.
vacuum leak was in the break booster. due to this bad vacuum leak specially when apply break booster leak goes higher and make a huge lean condition. no lean code on ECM, but it set a fault code for oxygen sensor.
but when analyze A/F sensor data, it works perfectly. so do not change ever oxygen sensor without proper diaganosis. specially on this Early 2010 Suzuki.
just watch and understand.
thank you.
I would highly recommend Ravi to anyone who is looking for have a proper diagnosis rather than going for just replacing parts as so called technicians advise. I tried to check this issue from 4-5 places but ended up with been told “ need to replace the o2 sensor”. No one even attempted to check whether the sensor is working or not but simply said its not functioning just by looking at the scan report. This saved me 25-35 k. Good Job Ravi👏
Thank you.
I have the same issue mate.can I get his contact number please?
Bro can u send me his contact number
Well done Ravi, good one. I often find Suzuki gives misleading fault codes.
Thank you Grunter.
Nice job my friend! Thanks for the mention
Thank you Sir.
You made me great first by teaching us to do things in right way. And you take time to comment on my video so much for me. You are the great teacher in this field. i Owe you.

Can you tell me the fuel pressure recommended for alto turbo rs 2015 dba ha36s
35-40psi
@@ravifixall thanks for the reply Ravi, i have 0.3 mpa running pressure, I connected the guage on the fuel injector line using T connection. I have checked almost everything my o2 s1 current is going above 3.6 ma when the throttle is pressed and the rpm is coming back to normal. Are those normal values?
Same issue which one to replace the vacuum switch?
Break booster.
sir Chevrolet spark 2013 model oxygen sensor bank 1 and bank 2 sensor are same or not ? actually bank2 sensor not working but ihave extra bank1 sensor so can i fix the bank1 sensor place to bank2
Is it a V6 engine?
@@ravifixall Bank 2 sensor is damaged in my car, so I have two extra 2 bank 1 sensors, so I changed the wire from bank 1 sensor to bank 2.
please tell me sir
Just replaced all vaccum hose clamps and reset computer.
good job
Thank you
Hello, i have a suzuki swift 2010 1.6 petrol sport, i get this code, P0420 fault code "Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold bank 1", could this be caused by a vacuum leak or faulty O2 sensor?
Yes it could cause vacuum leak or faulty downstream oxygen sensor or upstream airfuel sensor or Vacuum leak. But this should be properly diaganosed.
Another common possible cause is worn out catalytic converter produce this code.
@@ravifixall thank you. I hope it’s not a worn out catalytic converter
Did you figure out what caused you Swift Sport to have this issue?
@@rinna88 well I changed the O2 sensor months ago and the code has not come back since. It was a bigger to get out. I cut
The wire and used a blow torch to heat up the exhaust part and a socket with lots of strength
Bro i lost my swift 2008 O2 original sensor and dont know its code so how will i buy a new sensor with the same code?how will i find that code plz reply?
Sorry I don’t have. Try to find it in Google
