It was okay, but I would have preferred more Beatle songs. They could have added a couple of these: You Can't Do That, Any Time At All, the Beatles version (not the instrumental) of This Boy, and Things We Said Today
You are wrong, A 14-year-old watching this film in the present day would find the songs tedious, the acting rubbish and the general landscape of 1964 London totally alien, you have cherry-picked a couple of what you interpret as 'cool' scenes and made your mind up as a 50+ white male who is Beatle crazy, To most people, the black and white is difficult to sit through and the highlight of the helicopter at the end looks light a Heath Robinson invention! how we would have viewed a George Formby film back in the 80s
@jeffreyslotnikoff4003 i have granddaughters who would fall asleep if I tried to FORCE them to watch this film, but not having my head stuck up my own dumb ass I do know that people under 40 wouldn't give this a watch, old man
@@invisibleray6987 Currently in my early 20's. I watched this video to see if this movie would be my cup of tea. I'm currently enjoying Get Back, will watch this after I'm finished with that and report back
@jeffreyslotnikoff4003 I am a huge Beatles fan but I'm 57 now and people around this age group and older are suffering rock pool effect thinking that every money grab Apple etc. release is a must have item, colour or black and white it's a 60 year old film no 'kids' dig it anymore, were you ever into Vera Lynn or George Formby when you were in your teens?
@jeffreyslotnikoff4003 Abigail is a brand that has professional management, it's very common to see young people trying to titillate old gullible farts with channels talking of old albums... it's about making money, the unprofessional youngsters who love the Beatles are usually a bit weird! lol, now I really must go to sleep, I've had quite enough of this babble GOOD DAY SIR!
No need to color, tamper with it. Leave it as it is, as it was meant to be. I'm against the colorization of any movie. It was filmed in B&W for a reason & no one has the right to alter, tamper with a work of art. Such arrogance. Besides in looks cheap & horrible both in an artistic & technical stance.
Agree 100%. Classic movie which withstands repeated viewings whether you're a Beatles' fan or not
I remember seeing this when it was released. So much fun. Thanks for the memory.
I love it black & white.
The Beatles Hard Day's Night ❤️❤️❤️music ❤️❤️❤️❤️
The voice from George 😍in the Beginning, thank you from Germany, Beatles Fan Elli ✌❤to you ,like a Beatles Fan learning from Ringo
Yes. ☮🤍🌎
How about the first part of The Wizard of Oz?
That would look fantastic in color!
It should have been filmed in color.
Their comedic influences are a big part of it's success
Also dig the jazzy background score.
still a great film but we need a colour version
It aged well because it is actually funny
Where can I get the color version
From the dodgy colourisation club 😂😂😂😂
Yet to be released...
Would you colorize
Citizen Kane?

@@Freedom2111 GREEDY...and if they added those tunes, you would be moaning there was no WHEN I GET HOME
Would you colourize a Marx Brothers movie?
Yes
Who remembers the Marx brothers, that's how out of touch you lot are 😂
@@invisibleray6987 Would you colorize Dr. Strangelove?

The music great; honestly I thought alot of jokes were lost in their thick Liverpool accrnts.
No, they weren't.
