What would it take to modify the ramps on these? They seem to have a step load. Would it be possible to make them extend to a longer ramp?
Hi. We just bought the 2022 Outlaw 38KB. However, we can’t find Axxera on the Infotainment dash touchpad. It came with the AVM2210H. We downloaded the Axxera app on our phones, but it’s asking for some QR code to connect to our coach (which we were not given with our coach). What do we do?
Steve, can the couch be switched out for theater seats? If so, can the theater seats be automatic heated and massaging? Can the dinette be switched out for a couch or theater seats?

does the trailer door go up or down? if so it motorized?
Hi Paul. The door drops down into either a ramp to load the garage, or you can drop it halfway to use as a patio. It is not motorized. We use the Zero-G Ramp door set up and it is very light and easy to use. Thanks for the question. _ Steve

hello steve, i purchased the thor kb, have not recieved it yet hopefully in a couple of weeks and if so i will be taking it too florida. A few questions, is this a single or double axle? and can i switch out the tvs to smart tvs and will it still work with the inverter while driving down the road (especially when i have the little ones) and will it work with the axxera box. if it gets cold or hot in the middle of the thor while you r driving can i run the heat or ac by turning the propane on to cool it down. and do i keep the traction control on or off while driving in any condition.(is their some kind of video on using traction control and tow hall). last question is there a video on how to winterize and dewinterize this? i found videos but not on the kb.. thank you so much for your help.
Hi Tracey. This is a single axle dually built on the Ford F53 chassis. You can switch out the TV's. As long as you hook it all up like the one you are taking out you'll be good to go. When you are driving you can run your generator to warm up or cool down the house. I always run the house AC while I'm driving. It just gets too hot in there in the summer months. As for traction control, it's best to leave it on unless there is a reason you need to turn it off. We have a number of videos that may help you out....
