Hi Everyone, We hope you enjoyed our video! Which was your favorite Class C motorhome Toy Hauler? Please say hello by leaving a comment below! Also, please feel free to ask any questions or just tell us about yourselves. We want to get to know you and share our RV experiences.
I’m new to RVs. I’ve been looking at tons of RVs, but once I came across toy haulers, I thought this type of design, fit the bill perfectly for us. While we don’t have any toys, the garage area is perfect for use as office space. The thing I’m not a big fan of when it comes to toy haulers is their size and the fact that you need to invest in an extra vehicle to haul them. This is why I think this particular model works for us. My husband and I both work remotely. While we have this flexibility, we both work with multiple monitors, so a simple table space for a laptop just doesn’t work for us, which is why the garage space would give us the extra office space needed. As an extra bonus, working right next to a patio and outdoor space is extremely alluring. In summary, given the changes in traditional office workforce, I think RV manufacturers really need to start considering and integrating remote office spaces into their interior designs.

Loved the second one with the Murphy bed and side entry garage. I remember watching another video where you discussed the location of the television in relation to visibility of all watching so this toy hauler meets that criteria as well as the in line kitchen. I am glad you mentioned what item(s) can fit in those garages because that is what I really wanted to know. So you have answered my question. Thanks. Also, I watch your videos often so keep up the good work!
I just purchased the Thor Outlaw 29S you show in your video. It was the only one I found (in Virginia) on East Coast. I luv the layout and the garage. Perfect fit for my family and furbabies. It's also my first RV and looking forward to start enjoying the RV life. Jane B.

Toy haulers offer some pretty awesome features to a motorhome. Might be able to request substition in furniture with the manufacturer. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting.
I think I like the rear entry better because you get the patio space which I think would be very cool. I would prefer they had just one sofa and use the space freed up to give a bigger kitchen and bath.
The 29S is a great floor plan! I immediately said..."This is our office!" 😂 And I think the side door would be used more and more practical than the rear door. But the rear door is probably more practical for bigger "toys". Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting.

The 29S would be a better fit for us. We don't need the "garage" for vehicles but for our dogs and gear. We travel around to dog shows and an area like this for dog crates, gear, and grooming would be a great help. My wife would love this.

The only one that works for us is the 29S as we ride recumbent trikes and would not want to move them outside to pull the bed down like in the 29 J model. Thanks for the great review it's appreciated. BTW is Thor a good RV in general our a major PITA type RV again thanks!👍😁

It would be great to be able to store three large dog crates under the bed in the toy hauler area. When you’re traveling with three Siberian huskies that way between 50 and 69 pounds you have large crates that needs to be set up and taken down every time you go to town like to buy groceries. When you take them down, you need a place to store them. So it would be nice to not have to take them down, but to use that area as a master bedroom. With dogs under the bed.

I have the rear entry and would prefer it over the S version. In the S version you cannot access the garage from inside with the Murphy bed down. The garage for the S version is smaller than the J as well and the garage is the whole reason for going with this type of RV in the first place. In addition, the bed for the J version seems large and the room in the garage is much roomier than the S Murphy bed area. The side door version has smaller door to get vehicles in/out. J version all day long.

Hi Mike and Susan. I liked the 29S more overall. In a situation where you are doing a parking lot sleepover, there is the over cab bunk and sofa to lay down on with the slide closed. (I also didn't care for the legs on the bed though.) The Outlaw might be the ticket for someone with a gaggle of children, but the layout seemed more clunky ? to me. The exterior graphics are pretty bad. Maybe something could be done with color choices to make the cargo doors blend in a lot more. A shout out to all class C manufacturers: Swoopy graphics are not widely popular.

Hi Henry, That's a good question. Most states do not require a special license to drive an RV unless it weighs more than 26,000 lbs. Almost all RVs weigh less than that. Hope that answers your question. Thanks for watching and commenting! Mike and Susan By the way, we started a Facebook group called RV Camping for Newbies. I would Say Side intre toy hauler With Murphy best Class C in the world Because you could pull something behind it Like A and others small toy hauler With its own master bed-?
I agree! The side door is definitely a great floor plan. Sometimes you can't even access the rear of the RV once it's parked at the campsite. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Not sure what designers are thinking sometimes. "Just because you can, doesn't mean you should!" Hopefully they'll rethink that with enough user feedback. Thank you for watching our RV tour and commenting.

If it fit a full size side by side in the garage, that would have been a slam dunk. That murphy bed was well executed, great design and use of space.

Really drooling over the 29J. Doesn't it have a patio?
Hi Deborah,
Yup it does have a patio with railings and everything.
We like both of these Class C toy Haulers!

daddysmurf180 Most definitely the rear side space isn't always there in RV Parks.
Hi Stephan,
That is an excellent point! I guess you would always try to get a pull through spot with a Toy Hauler.

Really like the 29S, not sure if it’s still manufactured. So I’m in the market for a used 29S if anyone knows of one for sale.
Hey fhgaylor,
Not off hand, but good luck!!

Is these toy haulers still available for sale?
Hey Anthony,
We recommend checking out the manufacturer or dealersehips. We don't sell the campers. :)

Hi Mike and Susan. I liked the 29S more overall. In a situation where you are doing a parking lot sleepover, there is the over cab bunk and sofa to lay down on with the slide closed. (I also didn't care for the legs on the bed though.)
The Outlaw might be the ticket for someone with a gaggle of children, but the layout seemed more clunky ? to me.
The exterior graphics are pretty bad. Maybe something could be done with color choices to make the cargo doors blend in a lot more. A shout out to all class C manufacturers: Swoopy graphics are not widely popular.
Hi Amy - that is an excellent point! Thanks for bringing it up! (How did I miss that!)

What's wrong with the fridge in the living area? It keeps the beer closer!
I'm sorry but the side load takes my master bedroom away and patio!
Hi Phil!
Great point about the fridge!!!

Hey how are you doing I'm not yet an rver but I do have a question I haven't seen any videos on yet for what types of rv will I have to upgrade my drivers license
Hi Henry,
That's a good question. Most states do not require a special license to drive an RV unless it weighs more than 26,000 lbs. Almost all RVs weigh less than that.
Hope that answers your question.

My wife is handicapped in a power wheelchair. Could a class c toy hauler work for her?
Hey Rick,
We imagine it's possible, not sure how steep the inclune is compared to the chair.

Hi john,
Thanks for the suggestion! If we see one we will get some video of it. Inventory is so low we can't find many RVs as we would like to shoot.

I'd be curious to see what the wet weight of those RV's are (with propane, gas, some water) and what is the weight of the cargo that can be carried.
Hi Linda,
Just look up the specs on the old Google machine!
Thanks for watching!

I like the 29S better.
We like the side entry floor plan better too
2 tv and no oven and the micorwave (again) above safe hieght to lift down hot food. no pantry and no dining zone. stupid designs
Not sure what designers are thinking sometimes. "Just because you can, doesn't mean you should!" Hopefully they'll rethink that with enough user feedback. Thank you for watching our RV tour and commenting.
