here is a Malabar Special Snack recipe for you.. Kunji Kalathappam. A Sweet Snack, which can be stored for 3-4days.. Just try and enjoy the taste,,!1
Ingredients:-
Kaima Rice - 200gm (1 Cup)
Ponni Rice - 200gm (1 Cup)
Water - 3/4 cup - 1 Cup (Approx)
Sugar - 200gm
Salt - 1 tsp
Cardamom - 10 -15 no
Coconut oil - to fry

I can still hear the voice 'kon' 'kon'. Have some nice spicy ginger, garlic, pepper, tumeric crab soup or village fowl soup. That is a very tasty snack. I will cook it one of these days.
