You should inquire Pacific plaza, mostly diplomats and expats rent it for 1M plus paid for the whole year. 100k plus minimum a month. And that is around year 2000. Almost 300 sqm per unit.

I couldn't justify nearly £1k for renting a condo without bills & exspenses. The market is almost definitely going to crash because BGC/Manila (PH generally) has become ridiculous.

If possible, visit also tagaytay and baguio this cold holiday season. Baguio, for me, is one of the best places to visit & stay longer during the cold siberian air season (from december to february, but february is the coldest of all). Baguio is such a wonderful place to stay & roam around during the holidays. December last year, my family stayed in baguio for 3 days and it was truly marvelous & memorable.
