- SPOILERS FOR THE ENTIRE MAGNUS ARCHIVES!
I have taken clips from season 5 as well that took place approximately during the time period of season 1. There are also some extras as well as a moment from the liveshow. Though I tried to order them chronologically, I may have made some errors.

The Magnus Archives, my favorite 4 SEASON workplace comedy, where nothing bad happens ever, and everyone lives, Tim goes on a kayaking trip, Martin and Jon move to a nice cottage with cows, and Sasha stays very Sasha-ey. All while they get up to wacky office hijinks that don't involve worms.
And Elias doesnt get cake, overall fantastic season of wacky hijinks
Sasha gets a promotion followed up by a paid vacation. Melanie gets a lesson from Lydia Nicholas on how to _properly_ poison your boss, and also still gets together with Georgie somehow

I'm so sorry i can't take the early Tim Sasha conversation seriously bc I just get so goddamned sad. I know this was 1000% percent intentional but Sasha almost leaving bc there was nothing keeping her there, also her catching on that Gertrude was both much smarter and much *weirder* than anyone ever thought possible, it's actually just heartbreaking.
Plus the line of
“I’m unforgettable”
Because people forgot what she looked like from the Not Them

If Sasha was put in charge the plot would be halved and the eyepocalypse wouldn't have happened
I've often wondered about that. Sasha has shown herself to be similarly impulsive/reckless (i.e. following Michael without telling the others), but she has a sharper eye (pun not intended). Maybe she would have run into the entities sooner, but her critical thinking may also have unveiled Elias's plot sooner. It's definitely an interesting 'what-if' scenario :)
someone made an au where she *and* john are archivists together. somewhere on tumblr. i cant remember the url or name of the au, cause this was a month or two ago that i last saw it, back when i first started listening to TMA 😅 but if i can find it, i can try to send the name over :) at least there’d be a fan interpretation for yall to see

@Bambi_xoxo. Basically Jonathan, the character not the actor, is also voice acting the statements he reads out. You can tell when he starts reading the statements his voice sort of changes/goes a bit deeper because he's voicing the statements out himself
let's be real, if Sasha actually got promoted to archivist she'd make elias wish for gertude back 😂
After finishing season 5, re-hearing Jon's birthday party makes me want to cry actually. Martin's obvious little crush, Jon trying so hard to be cold and uncaring and while it is a little bit a lot I think he liked it a lot, Tim and Sasha being the best duo Ever actually, Elias is a little shit but only a Little Shit. It's so nice and good

The birthday party is excruciating to listen to at this point. And then Jon jokes about wishing them al away and I just want to slap him.
I love that Tim goes through a ton of people but never questions if Jon is Martins crush!
Also, the bit about Martin forgetting the word ostrich kills me! The pictures you put when Jon walks in the room and Martin gets all awkward, Jon and Tim’s deal, and Jon losing his coldness as soon as Martin leaves the room are so funny!!
