Good job, more ornamental trees needed. When it is finished, let everyone who can support it by using the facility, be nice and courteous to staff, tip them if you can and recommend it to friends. The place must be leased to the private sector to run. Staff must be trained in hospitality management, be very polite to customers, be aware that if the place is run down, you have no job, if you feel unwell, speak to your manager and take time off, don't take it out on customers etc.

      Bro,
Yes, and if workers see people enjoying their holidays, they should try their utmost best to provide the best services knowing that those people worked hard for their money elsewhere and will also go back to work. Hotel workers should likewise take annual leaves to go somewhere else, relax and recharge. Thinking it from this very basic level will improve work ethics and stop the hotel from collapsing again.

One of the challenges workers have in Nigeria is workers are not been taking care of but I believe that when foreign investors comes in the game will chang. When Proten managed Nike lake resort hotel those days around 2007 to 2010 worker were taken adequate care of. Even a professional in hotel management of Nigeria indigen believe the management will see him/her as a prudent manager when he cut what should be for staff maintenance. @@RadioTV595

After renovation, the governor should concession the management to institutional investors with expertise in hotel operations. Just like the Nike Lake resort to Landmark. It could be called Raddison Blu Presidential Hotel, Marriot Presidential hotel, Sharaton Presidential hotel, etc.

It will surely be provided. Don't forget that it is still a construction site. Furthermore, the electrical works might not have been completed.
