This Menk almost exclusively talks about social issues. Then, what differentiates him from the Kuffaar in that regard. Even the Kuffaar are teaching the same thing. But they won't enter paradise due to that, and their speech won't benefit them or their listeners in the Hereafter. Motivational speeches aren't going to save people from the Hellfire. Teaching people the correct 'Aqeedah; teaching them about Tawheed and Sunnah; warning them against Shirk and Bid'ah. That's what's going to benefit them in the Hereafter as well as in this world. This Menk and others like him are put on a pedestal, they're wrongly referred to as scholars by the laymen, and they garner millions of views and followers. He and his ilk are people of the Dunya to whom fame and money take precedence over Allaah (عزوجل) and His Deen. Hence, he doesn't talk about 'Aqeedah and Manhaj. Because if he does, it's going to cause division. And as a result, he's going to lose his precious audience and thereby also lose all the profit he makes from his motivational talks. If this Menk continues on like this and holds onto that innovated and wretched principle of "taking the good and leaving the bad" and dies upon it, then he won't get any share in the Hereafter. And neither the millions of his fans who got duped by this Shaytaan.
Forgive me if I'm wrong but I believe that the Islamic Univeristy of Madinah being one of the most famous modern institutions of Islam is somewhat qualified to call someone scholar. That's where Mufti Menk studied .

I'm ahle hadees (ahlul hadith) Qur'an and sahi hadith. Deobandi aqeeda is mansuri Al matrudi. deobandi claimed that they follow imam abu hanifa sect but in reality they are not. They tell good things infront of the people to attract them but they don't tell people about aqeeda( manhaj).

You should really watch the whole video. Everything is laid out clearly that we shouldn’t be listening to this guy. He is calling people to hellfire. Putting it simply, if you mix truth with falsehood, is it still truth?! Muslims are commanded to warn against falsehood. Look at Iblis where he ended up , despite being one of the most distinguished and firm believer of Allah and after worshipping HIM for God-knows how many years. I also have to say that you are wrong in this matter. Yes, mufti Menk has benefited a lot of people with his motivational reminders. But you can not pick and choose in the deen of Allah you have to give the full picture which mufti menk doesn’t do, in his apologetic form of dawah. Mufti menk has said in an interview that you can be homosexual in a secular country and that he might shake hands with woman. Which are not things that a person in the dawah can say because those things are clearly HARAM. He said to take the good and let the evil, without explaining that you should base it on the Quran and authentic sunnah. He never refuted Sufi practices like praying to the ones in the graves, or asking help from other than Allah like to ask the prophet. Which are all major forms of shirk that takes a person fully out of Islam if he’s aware of it or not. And these things are widespread among the Muslims. His dawah is focused on the forgiveness of Allah, being good to everyone and being patient in hard times. Which is good to talk about, but should not be the only thing you’re talking about. I have never heard him talking about Tawheed and the nullifiers of Islam, or the dangers of Bid’ah (like the Mawlid). And his message appeases the liberal Muslims and feminists. Which is very dangerous in a time where LGBTQ is widespread and forming a greater danger to the ummah than ever before. But I have to say that he is an eloquent speaker with a soft way of bringing over a message. May Allah guide him in giving the proper dawah without censoring the Quran and Sunnah to appease the masses.

Teaching people the correct 'Aqeedah; teaching them about Tawheed and Sunnah; warning them against Shirk and Bid'ah. That's what's going to benefit them in the Hereafter as well as in this world. This Menk and others like him are put on a pedestal, they're wrongly referred to as scholars by the laymen, and they garner millions of views and followers. He and his ilk are people of the Dunya to whom fame and money take precedence over Allaah (عزوجل) and His Deen. Hence, he doesn't talk about 'Aqeedah and Manhaj. Because if he does, it's going to cause division. And as a result, he's going to lose his precious audience and thereby also lose all the profit he makes from his motivational talks. If this Menk continues on like this and holds onto that innovated and wretched principle of "taking the good and leaving the bad" and dies upon it, then he won't get any share in the Hereafter. And neither the millions of his fans who got duped by this Shaytaan.

I also watch great scholars like Ibn Baz, Ibn Uthaymeen, Shaykh Albani.. and I wouldn’t even haven’t came across these great scholars if I didn’t get pulled into learning more about Deen if I hadn’t came across Mufti Menk. And Allah knows best, but be merciful towards your muslim brother.. That is the way of the Salaf.. they were soft on their brothers of faith, and hard on the disbelievers.
You should really watch the whole video. Everything is laid out clearly that we shouldn’t be listening to this guy. He is calling people to hellfire. Putting it simply, if you mix truth with falsehood, is it still truth?! Muslims are commanded to warn against falsehood. We don’t stop advising him and he needs to repent and stop talking about Islam. It doesn’t make sense a muslim sees someone talking wrong and doesn’t at least clarify that it isn’t right especially when it comes to public speeches!

Not a 'Mufti Menk' fan here but I can see this vid is clearly misleading and unfortunately going in a direction that doesn't befit and suit any muslim. The only thing I can see in this video is arrogance and arrogance erases and destroys everything good until there is nothing good left. Look at Iblis where he ended up , despite being one of the most distinguished and firm believer of Allah and after worshipping HIM for God-knows how many years. I want to point out to you that even though I have also benefited from Menks reminders. I also have to say that you are wrong in this matter. Yes, mufti Menk has benefited a lot of people with his motivational reminders. But you can not pick and choose in the deen of Allah you have to give the full picture which mufti menk doesn’t do, in his apologetic form of dawah.
Mufti menk has said in an interview that you can be homosexual in a secular country and that he might shake hands with woman. Which are not things that a person in the dawah can say because those things are clearly HARAM.
He said to take the good and let the evil, without explaining that you should base it on the Quran and authentic sunnah.
He never refuted Sufi practices like praying to the ones in the graves, or asking help from other than Allah like to ask the prophet. Which are all major forms of shirk that takes a person fully out of Islam if he’s aware of it or not. And these things are widespread among the Muslims.
His dawah is focused on the forgiveness of Allah, being good to everyone and being patient in hard times. Which is good to talk about, but should not be the only thing you’re talking about.
I have never heard him talking about Tawheed and the nullifiers of Islam, or the dangers of Bid’ah (like the Mawlid).
And his message appeases the liberal Muslims and feminists. Which is very dangerous in a time where LGBTQ is widespread and forming a greater danger to the ummah than ever before.
But I have to say that he is an eloquent speaker with a soft way of bringing over a message.
May Allah guide him in giving the proper dawah without censoring the Quran and Sunnah to appease the masses.
