If a grown man calls himself "Director X" and you watch ANYTHING he produces, you made your bed. lol Edit: The cutting to your rendition of the theme song is killin me 🤣
He calls himself that because he's mixed race, not black and he has the whitest name ever from his Swiss father, which obviously makes julian christian lutz VERY self conscious because he hates white people even though he's part white.
Of course! If someone calls himself that, it's guaranteed he's a pretentious tool and anything he puts out is going to be preachy garbage! btw, I personally call him Director Ex- Lax. I can't claim credit for it, though, someone else came up with it first.
A summary of Director X from Mr. H's Interview: "I didn't mean for *all* the villains to be white and *all* the heroes to be black, but when the actors came in to audition, it just *felt* right that all the black actors should be cast as heroes and all the white actors be cast as villains. A crime activity surcharge? They are lucky. In America when the crime activity and shoplifting gets so bad the store just closes and NO ONE gets anything.
Woke generally is classic virtue reversed. What is "good" is now evil. And what is evil is now good. That's why the villains come off more likable then the heroes in woke shows. Because the values those people see as evil, others see as good.
Director X, sorry to disappoint you but many black people do know who Robin Hood is. I grew up watching the Errol Flynn version and I’ve seen most movies and Tv featuring the character. Stop calling people racist for not liking your show. Black people don’t seem to be showing up for it either. The story is terrible and the costumes just don’t look good.
He's a marxist activist coming from a wealthy background like most of them are in the entire history of marxism. He genuinely DESPISES you and anyone genuinely oppressed and/or held back. He just USES YOU as a tool, battering ram (to destroy whatever societal ORDER is) and stepping stone to power (on the rubble of The Old). I have strong suspicions about what cough tribe cough he comes from, gnomesayin'?
The Errol Flynn version featured a Maid Marian who is absolutely a stronger female character than this Robyn. For those who don't know this version, she: 1. Switches sides on principle when Robin shows her the ongoing injustices her household is committing; 2. Acts as a spy behind enemy lines; 3. Comes up with the plan to rescue Robin from execution; 4. Looks Prince John straight in the eye and reminds him of her rights under law; and 5. Gets the desirable man without once having to reach into the "cookie jar". All without once picking up a weapon. What a lady, and a model for young women.
@@wolfzend5964 I definitely agree with that. No one is married, we don't see one stable, loving, intact nuclear family. None of the black people have anything resembling a 9-5 job. All the woman are bisexual whores who have a take a number system outside their bedrooms. They all live in government projects but for some reason they "own" their hood. The cops are always evil and oppressive but also completely cowardly. I wouldn't be surprised if Patrice Cullers wasn't on the writing staff.
Robyn lives in a very nice apartment. The bldg is in good condition and the interiors are well decorated. Do they have city workers constantly fixing the apartments, since the occupants are too busy to maintain anything. Or am I missing the slum part of this project.
Add that to the pile: High Guardian Spice, Kevin Smith's version of He-Man, the Mindy Kaling show parading the massacred corpses of the Scoody-Doo crew, and that Willow series in Disney...

I'm loving this series, hope it gets renewed for ten seasons because this is comedy gold. I will never go to Canada nor watch their entertainment except for your videos on this series, love ya Az LONG LIVE THE SILVERBACK!!
Whenever I think of the show I think of Az's amazing rendition of the theme song. Someone in the UK recently made a video talking about Az's video and how happy everyone was when they tore these horrible tenements down and now noone liked them. Turns out trying to cram all the poor people into a ghetto rat cage is kind of not a good idea as has been showed again and again.
It only took _4 episodes_ for the sheriff to be shown doing anything remotely close to anything immoral or unethical by... Boning a subordinate. And if we are comparing her to the hood gang, at least she doesn't have a candy bowl of condoms for the occasion.
Just remember guys, Director X said the jar of condoms was a good thing in an interview. Because we wouldn't want to tell the young people it's not okay to be a whore or anything.
Does Director X have any idea what Poor poeple housing looks like? Because I am pretty sure that Hallway in Robin's apartment is bigger and better furnished than my entire first apartment. Heck, my grandmother's whole house wasn't as big as that place. And it wasn't even a cheap house.
It’s aggressively racist garbage and the director is an imbecile if he thinks we are going to clap like seals as he calls us monsters and tries to pretend that there is a new, moral high ground that can only be occupied by black people.

So let me get this straight. 'Cause half of the characters in this show probably aren't. The chief of police backstory is that: 1. She was abandoned as a newborn. 2. Grew up in a difficult neighborhood. 3. Is an orphan, abused by another orphan. 4. Has a clean record, no history of drug abuse and underwent polygraph test (according to recruitment requirements). 5. Became the chief of police. 6. Fights criminal scumbags for a living. 7. Still is a hot redhead. Who am I supposed to root for here? This is like Bones or Castle or any other crime drama, but from the perspective of the bad guys and minus the quality and the charm.
This comes from people who literally call companies evil for closing stores in areas of rampant crime and theft and creating "food deserts". The evil ones are the criminals who are causing the stores to close, but these people can never take responsibility.
How do you not throw up "doing the theme tune"?? With you on the police chief. A rare appearance for a flame haired beauty; I thought modern media were trying to wipe them all out!!
I’ll never watch this show but your videos about it are absolute gold AZ. They would probably get higher ratings if you could play them at the same time as the actual show!!🤣🤣🤣

5:30 The sad thing is the idea of "came from nothing and is now the chief of police" is a pattern that can be traced back to Javert from Les Miserables. The whole point of making him a villain is that he didn't believe in redemption and thought that criminals will always be criminals and it's just in the nature of some people to be evil. He considers himself lucky to have stayed on the path of justice but has no compassion for those that give in to crime even for a moment. That could have been a great character dynamic if Robyn Da Hood was a criminal who stole but also did retributive justice and handed over more dangerous or violent criminals to the police. That would make Sheriffess Nottingham reconsider Robyn's place in Sherwood's overall society and make her consider that cooperation with the people would be useful; overlooking petty crimes to tackle greater ones, etc. Buuut this is Robyn Da Hood so none of that shit is happening.
You imagine individuals with the mentality that this show reflects in leadership positions and voting positions in the world kind of makes you wonder why societies are going downhill. 24:17 Online social media, and the companies that pander to them while the rest of us watch.

"It makes the whole "actually she's a sociopath so SHE is the villain, not US" thing kind of cheap."
Oh definitely, don't mistake my initial comment as a defense of the show XD
The storyline of this episode comes so close to the actual reality of crime driving busines out of cities like Portland, etc. So close, but the solution is... to steal a truck full of meds?
So, what do they do when this company leaves the city? Heck, what are they going to do about the State and Federal investigators that show up? This isn't stealing a car, this is stealing millions in pills and possibly hundreds of millions in IP and so on. I suppose that will have no lasting consequences, just like the pharmacist isn't going to immediately call the police when millions of dollars worth of stolen goods are dropped in their lap from known criminals.
It's like this show was written by children for intellectually disabled children...
If a grown man calls himself "Director X" and you watch ANYTHING he produces, you made your bed. lol
Edit: The cutting to your rendition of the theme song is killin me
🤣
Same! Lmao 🤣 Az singing the theme is amazing
He calls himself that because he's mixed race, not black and he has the whitest name ever from his Swiss father, which obviously makes julian christian lutz VERY self conscious because he hates white people even though he's part white.
I just call him Rectum Ex. Seems more fitting.
Exactly. This is what I thought as soon as I heard he calls himself director x. Lol. I was like wow. Just wow.
Of course!
If someone calls himself that, it's guaranteed he's a pretentious tool and anything he puts out is going to be preachy garbage!
btw, I personally call him Director Ex- Lax. I can't claim credit for it, though, someone else came up with it first.
A summary of Director X from Mr. H's Interview:
"I didn't mean for *all* the villains to be white and *all* the heroes to be black, but when the actors came in to audition, it just *felt* right that all the black actors should be cast as heroes and all the white actors be cast as villains. It was pure coincidence that I had an easier time believing that the black people were *really* heroes and the white people were *really* villains. It was just their acting skills and weird luck..."
We need some "Weird Luck" memes
What an odd thing to say…
"I didn't mean for all the villains to be white and all the heroes to be black, but when the actors came in to audition, it just felt right that all the black actors should be cast as heroes and all the white actors be cast as villains." So he's saying didn't mean to be racist, but did mean to be racist!? 🤣With a Director like this no wonder the show sucks, imagine his directing "be happy, but be really sad" - Director X (most likely).
Luck, prejudice, and the fact that he's the director.

Comedy gold.. love that dark humour!
The “music” break always makes me laugh.
A crime activity surcharge? They are lucky.
In America when the crime activity and shoplifting gets so bad the store just closes and NO ONE gets anything.
It’s insane that they’ve made the supposed villain the best character in this dog shit show
Funny that how that tends to be a trend with woke content
That was like the Boyz, I was on team Homelander
It wasn't on purpose the guy is just not good at his job. I mean imagine calling yourself director x
i still cant believe this is real! its like they saw batwoman and wanted to make even better cringe content for us@@kittybrowneye3163
For those who don't know this version, she:
1. Switches sides on principle when Robin shows her the ongoing injustices her household is committing;
2. Acts as a spy behind enemy lines;
3. Comes up with the plan to rescue Robin from execution;
4. Looks Prince John straight in the eye and reminds him of her rights under law; and
5. Gets the desirable man without once having to reach into the "cookie jar".
All without once picking up a weapon. What a lady, and a model for young women.
It’s a shame that these morons making crap like this just don’t understand no one wants to watch garbage. Lol.
@@unimpartialobserver BRAVO! Nailed it!
I like that she said other people were getting stolen from at the orphanage so she took justice into her own hands

That’s the story of Robin hood
There's an old saying. A show is only as smart as the ppl writing it.
It's so very, very true.
This feels like BLM wrote it. Take that as you will.
Director X must have some massive dirt on someone to get this show green lit and on air. I'm fascinated.
Imagine a grown “man” calling themselves Director X 😂

Robyn lives in a very nice apartment. The bldg is in good condition and the interiors are well decorated. Do they have city workers constantly fixing the apartments, since the occupants are too busy to maintain anything. Or am I missing the slum part of this project.
Az, this show should be an inspiration for what a show shouldn’t be.
Add that to the pile: High Guardian Spice, Kevin Smith's version of He-Man, the Mindy Kaling show parading the massacred corpses of the Scoody-Doo crew, and that Willow series in Disney...
this is actually good, confirming the stereotype towards them
Belle goes outside and the police go wild?
Az, was Belle's kitty face neon and glowing by chance?!?
Well the theme song sounds like a cat vomiting, so...

She literally has a label on her shirt that says "Black woman" with what looks like a dictionary definition below.
You know, in case she forgets.
Well, considering the times, too many people don't know what a woman is.
As a white dude I wanna wear that shirt 😂
I truly hope Director X will keep putting out content. These reviews are just too good.
If you could have him ruin another classic story, what would it be?
@@pittland44 he didn't ruin it for me. I always have Mel Brooks Men in Tights to fall back on. It doesn't matter what he does to me. These reviews are gems.
@@gregcollins7602Fair enough, but what classic story would you like to see Director X try and tackle next? For me personally I want an all black remake of "Schindlers List" starring Tyler Perry, as Madea, as Oscar Schindler.
@@pittland44 🤣🤣🤣 The Last Samurai maybe. I have never given it much thought. With the quality of Director Xs writers I don't think we can go wrong with any choice. An all black female Red Dawn? Brave Heart. 🤣🤣
@@gregcollins7602 I think an all black remake of Fried Green Tomatoes starring Dr J and Snoop Dogg would do gangbusters.
She can't open the door herself. 😊Love how you responded to her summons. You got to love cats.
I'm sure Director X will claim that Jill (Scarlet) and Robyn are half-sisters because Will Scarlet and Robin were half-brothers in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves. But in legend Will was Robin's nephew.
You know, if "director X" wasn't so quick to make videos of himself complaining about people making fun of his show, I'd have seriously thought he called himself that to avoid leaving his name on the show.
Seriously, I thought it was another Alan Smithee.
🚬😎
I believe he accidentally kinda protected himself. He's not smart enough to protect his image.
21:57 Look at that apartment. Look how long that hallway is and how many rooms. Wood floors?! And that's the HOOD!? The projects?!?! FFS 🤦🏽♀️
"Press DirectorX to doubt" ... so rude, I love it.
In Canada, instead of telling the old guy to go somewhere else for drugs, they would have offered help for self deletion.
Much love from Texas
Thank you xx
Thank you AZ for your very entertaining “content” as always. Greetings from Bavaria Germany
John Prince is such a lovable hunk. I'm swooning over here. A true hero. I really hope the good guys (the cops and John Prince) win in the end.
It only took _4 episodes_ for the sheriff to be shown doing anything remotely close to anything immoral or unethical by... Boning a subordinate.
And if we are comparing her to the hood gang, at least she doesn't have a candy bowl of condoms for the occasion.
Well, there was that scene where she beat up one of her subordinates. But to be fair, he was spectacularly bad at his job.
@@Pylo-ry6ff i had completely forgot about that silly sparta kick.
Fucking a co-worker now is "immoral & unethical" to these Woke Losers.
@@DH-xw6jpFrom a 90lbs. woman on a 160lbs. man. Give me a break.
Just remember guys, Director X said the jar of condoms was a good thing in an interview. Because we wouldn't want to tell the young people it's not okay to be a whore or anything.
Also, all those drugs would likely be lot# tracked, so the authorities should know if she's dealing diverted drugs.
"Thanacea"
Thanatos - death
Panacea - cure all
I am honestly just surprised that you missed that.
Does Director X have any idea what Poor poeple housing looks like? Because I am pretty sure that Hallway in Robin's apartment is bigger and better furnished than my entire first apartment.
Heck, my grandmother's whole house wasn't as big as that place. And it wasn't even a cheap house.
That’s the goofy irony of this show. These sociopaths and narcissists are the ones making their neighborhood bad.
God bless Az for putting up with this absolute cringefest and actually turning it into some actually good content for us to enjoy. Blessed
This show is so insulting to everyone. Cringe
It’s aggressively racist garbage and the director is an imbecile if he thinks we are going to clap like seals as he calls us monsters and tries to pretend that there is a new, moral high ground that can only be occupied by black people.
Cringegate is not a thing,
but it should be.
It's great to see what the left thinks are good and what they think are bad. It's great showing how actually mental they are.
I have never laughed so gdamn hard at a review for a woke show damn I swear I broke a rib laughing when host would randomly throw in that choking segment I'm going to hell but least I know I laughed my @$$ off.
So many negative black stereotypes
I could listen to AZ puking the theme song on repeat all day long 😂 ahhh ouuu ahhh ouuu ack
I like how they say they want to go viral by getting a thousand views on their videos. You would assume, you’d need at least 500k to 1M views to be considered viral and it’s funny to me because it’s like by implying this, they know their worth.
I am dying to see how they make Robyn into a "good guy" by the end. Talk about writing yourself into a corner.
Every time Az sings he's interpretation of the shows theme, I break out laughing. Would make a brilliant ring tone. Lol.
Every time you sing the Robyn hood theme song I bust out laughing XD You have a truly beautiful singing voice!
This comes from people who literally call companies evil for closing stores in areas of rampant crime and theft and creating "food deserts". The evil ones are the criminals who are causing the stores to close, but these people can never take responsibility.
It is ok Robyn eats fentanyl for breakfast so the drug will not affect her untill a knee is applied
If AZ keeps going like this, he wont make it more than another 5 years. I pray for his health.

Your cat doesn't want to listen to you talk about Robin hood lol
