That was fun to watch! My husband and I grew up in the area! (When we got married, we moved to Ohio for his job). During Spring Break one year, I took my 3 kids to Pittsburgh to have some fun. (We’d return for the holidays but we never had time to do much during the holidays but visit with family). We stayed with Grandma and did the incline and Station Square. At the time, a ball player with the Pirates owned a restaurant in Station Square so that was pretty cool to him to go there for lunch. I worked in McKees Rocks area for a summer (long time ago) and would buy pirogies at any number of churches; they would all sell them on Fridays and there was a church on every block because each nationality had their own church. When we moved to Canton, OH (we’re in Columbus now) and I would talk about pierogis, nobody was familiar with them! LOL. I was not familiar with Randyland! Looks like I’ll have to take a trip back to PA; grab my high school friend and get back to the strip district and then do Randyland! Downtown Pittsburgh sure looked nice; you had a great weather day! I do love the “3 rivers”!
We actually went to a restaurant in Station Square with Adam's great lunch! I wonder if it was the same place! Pierogies are SO good! We never really saw them much growing up and we have been missing out! We hope you can visit Randyland someday. It is such a positive, colorful, and happy place!
I enjoy all the Pittsburgh people coming out for this video. I live in Brooklyn now, but nothing beats the views I get at home. You captured it well. Lots of other goodies to explore. I would recommend: Andy Warhol Museum (Yes, he's from there.), Real Hoagies (Giorgio's on Western Avenue ask for an Arnold Palmer they make the best) and Tourist Hoagies (Peppis), Breakfast (Pamela's Diner (crepe style pancakes)) and also DeLucas (You gotta get up early and there will be a line, but it will be worth it), Sushi from Andys at Wholey's in the Strip (He's been there since the 80s and will talk your head off if he doesn't have a line.), sweet spot for history buffs Carrie Furnaces (on the drive you'll see the peaks of Kennywood.) I could go on and on.
“These are just pockets of delicious happiness!” That’s my kind of food and the fries “in” the sandwich is right up there too! “BOOM” Adam! Haha…good job! This is such a beautiful city! What a fun way to spend the day! Aunt Laverne is so cuuute! She will be happy to know she made it in!
You would love the potato and cheese pierogi! And those fries were SO good! Too bad Aunt Laverne doesn’t have internet or a cell phone to see this haha
I love seeing tourists coming to pittsburgh and having a good experience. One of the best cities to live in. Food, night life, sports atmosphere, everything basically lol. Im a little biased since ive lived here my whole life.
@@AdventuresofAplusK glad to hear you had a good time. If you guys decide to come back i suggest trying out mineos or aiellos pizza. Definitely worth having while here too. Some of the best pizza you can buy
It would be fun to have you try them both and compare! Mineo’s and Aiello’s are very close to each other on Murray Ave. in Squirrel Hill. They each have very loyal clientele who insist that their favorite is the best pizza in Pittsburgh. Personally, I’m a Mineo’s girl!
Thank you. I just found your channel. WE live IN THE BURGH! Pittsburgh is hard to explain; mostly beauty; and the SUBURBS are beautiful too. IT'S NOT to big and it's not too small. SHARED TO THE BURGH!
I am originally from Beaver County and lived near the Pittsburgh Airport for many years, Coraopolis. 39 years of my life there before moving south to FL. My wife and I miss the city so much. We used to ride the trail that starts downtown every weekend and hit a game, restaurants..miss the Strip and views.. Looking forward to watching this episode. Thanks for sharing your travel experiences. We went to Helen, GA recently after finding your video and had a great time.
@@AdventuresofAplusK beautiful photography, video, you all did. If you haven't tried Pamela's diner in the strip, it's a must for the pancakes and lyonaise potatoes. Also, the Grand Concourse in Station Square for a weekend brunch, cool historic building, right on the river. Get a table near the windows for the view. Prestogeorge in the Strip if you are looking to buy the best imported coffee, tea, etc. Their holiday blend is incredible
Glad to see you made it to the Burgh. The bread at Primanti Brothers is from Mancini bakery. Best bread in town. I loved Pittsburgh but sure enjoy the sun in AZ now.
Pittsburgh looks absolutely beautiful. Love the way the three rivers meet. Very impressed by all the trees and vegetation that surrounds the city. The food looks delicious. 😋 👍😊
The interior workings of the incline ,was really amazing. It was so old but still in use . It was interesting seeing Fort Pitt. Pittsburgh is a very pretty city. I have never been there but hope to see it someday. THANKYOU FOR THIS WONDERFUL VIDEO 🤩🤩
so happy to see some appreciation for my beautiful city. and this video was really just the tip of the iceberg, it’s a super cool city full of fun things to do and see. i’ve lived here my whole life and still have things to explore. hope you guys return soon!!
Forgot to mention Randyland. I would spend hours in there. Just look at his creativity and brilliant imagination. That's not junk, it's art at it's most brilliance. WOW 😲
Most people are shocked and extremely pleasantly surprised when they come to Pittsburgh for the first time. Especially if they fly in and come through the Tunnel from the Airport ... and at night. It’s a sight to behold after 15 /20mins of windy roads then all of a sudden ... it’s PITTSBURGH
Originally from Pitt. Pittsburgh is one of the best US cities. So much to do. The Incline, Robert Wholey's, Heinz Hall, Phipps Conservatory, Schenley Park, North and South Park, numerous nearby state parks, great architecture, many universities, and a million parks, forests and events. We are going to retire back there.
Another great adventure ! This one is special because The ‘burgh is my hometown. I grew up about 20 min. Up the Allegheny River towards Oakmont. I remember the days you went to Mt. Washington to avoid the “rotten egg” smell being spewed in the air from the J&L blast furnaces.lol
Hello Adventurers😊😊😊, years ago my brother and I went on a cross country road trip and our 1st stop was Pittsburgh! I ABSOLUTELY love Pittsburgh and have returned there several times. The Duquesne Incline is my favorite and what a AWESOME View! Primanti Brothers...WOW you never have to ask me twice about eating a jaw full of goodness😊😊😊! I can't wait to see what's in store for NY😊😊😊👍👍👍👍👍.
It makes us so happy that others love Pittsburgh too! The Duquesne incline is the best, we loved that view! 😍 Jaw full of goodness…we may have to steal that soon, that’s a great way to put it!
Yinz went to the "burgh! That's my country. I grew up north of Pittsburgh in New Castle and I loved coming into the city for a special day. I haven't been to the Strip area since they redid it and I've never heard of Randyland. I have great memories of Kennywood, the zoo and touring Heinz. I'll be back up there next year. Such a beautiful city!!! Your pictures and vlog did it justice, thank you! Can't wait to see where you go in the beautiful northeast!
I’ll have to go on another day trip to Pittsburgh and check out Randyland. It looks really cool! Next time you are in PA you should go north to Erie and visit Presque Isle State Park. It’s beautiful up there. There is also an old Amusement park called Waldameer and a restaurant and campground called Sara’s.
I grew up about an hour and a half north of Pittsburgh so I went often. I moved to Columbia, SC last year and what I miss the most is Pittsburgh especially the strip! Thanks for the video I was feeling homesick!
One of my favorite larger cities too. Glad that you went to the Mexican War Streets neighborhood (Randy's) which is where I usually stay when visiting Steel Town. Great video, as always.
Your Pittsburgh itinerary looks like the highlights from the two weekend trips my wife and I took to the Pittsburgh, plus Randyland. I hope you're enjoying your time in the Midwest and East.
Another great video! My partner and I visited Pittsburgh for the first time a few years ago and we felt the same unexplainable love for it. So much history! Primanti Bros. sure looks different during a pandemic! Next time you’re there, I recommend checking out the National Aviary!
It’s so hard to explain why I love it so much, but I just LOVE it! And I guess we got lucky to experience no crowds there. Perks of a weird hour on a weekday haha!
Pierogies are my fav. My mom made them from scratch when I was young. Potato/cheese filling, cover with onion and bacon, then dip it in sour cream. Yum!
There are so many famous places you could visit . Museum, art gallery of world ancient education systems , war mamorial ,zoo, Temple on hill , dave & Buster's gamezone etc.I like this city due to their humbleness towards visitors .
Yay!! Welcome to the Burgh!!! I love Pierogies Plus. It’s just 10 minutes from my house. I wish I ran into you. I would have thanked you in person for the good entertainment you provide.
Born and raised in the 'Burg. So glad you guys enjoyed it. There is sooo much to do and see in this very underrated city. Hopefully you guys will be back to explore more.
Thanks for the ride up the incline. When I was there working on one of the 3 rivers bridges we didn't have time to sight see. We could see the incline but ... lol Lots have changed ... The city was just developing the area around the new 3 Rivers Stadium, which was under construction then. Until next time..... Travel Safe.
Ah I loved this vlog! So much happiness, beautiful views, and amazing food!!! Like I said on Instagram I’ve been to Pittsburgh a number of times but certainly haven’t seen it all! Wow, this looked like an amazing fun day!!! Great vlog guys!!! 🏚☀️👌🍭🤪😍
Great tour of Pittsburgh! I especially noticed the history research in this one, A. Have you ever been to Fallingwater near Pittsburgh, the Frank Lloyd Wright house? I think you would both dig it and its beautiful surroundings.
@@AdventuresofAplusK It is down by beautiful Ohiopyle State Park, a good spot for biking, scenic hikes, and rafting, and not far from Fort Necessity National Battlefield.
We were JUST there for baseball! Fell in love with that town as well - very similar to our hometown of Milwaukee. (Can't wait to see your journey there.) LOVE your tip to see the observatory deck with the incline. You went to the original Primanti's! Did you meet Toni, the legendary chef who seems to get to know everyone who comes in there? She is just awesome. And you did it right with capicola - or as we Italians say, gabba-GOAL. Fantastic sandwich-eating form, K! A near-perfect day that we had - go to a Pirates afternoon game (get the BBQ Pierogi Hoagie at Manny's behind center field), hang out at Market Square, get Primanti's takek-out there and take the hike to have dinner right at the point of Point State Park. Just special.
We wanted to go to a game sooo badly! Adam says it’s his favorite stadium that he has been to so far! We also can’t wait to make it to Milwaukee (I actually went for work a couple years ago, but Adam hasn’t!). We didn’t meet Toni, but we did see another woman who some locals eating there said is often on the food shows haha.
@@AdventuresofAplusK The view is what sells it. We met so many people who sat near us and simply went to the game just to have a beer, hang with friends & check out one of the most amazing vistas you'll ever see with an athletic field nearby. PNC is AMAZING.
So glad this video popped up as a recommendation. I am from Pittsburgh and you showed our fair city amazingly! There is so much rich history and culture here. I loved you were on the NorthSide at Randyland. The sights and shots were great. Great food experience, next time you are here you should visit Oakland, Shadyside or Lawerenceville for some other great food finds!
Thank you so much Yolanda! It always means a lot when a local enjoys the video! ❤️ we love all of the cool neighborhoods around the city and hope to highlight those next time!
Thanks for presenting our city so beautifully! I was laughing at the bread comments- it’s Mancinis. Another thing that is popular here. You can buy it in the strip. Also the best pierogies are made in some of the Church basements by little old ladies! Next time, try them with sour cream!
I'm from PA so this video is hilarious! Everything they geek about is daily life here. I love that they appreciate the most commonplace food and areas of the Burgh. Welcome to PA and many good travels to you!
Have always meant to visit Pittsburgh but never have. It's on my list and so is Randyland! What a quirky, colorful place to explore! You've peaked my interest in Pittsburgh, nice job!!
I truly enjoyed watching this lively and energetic tour from your youthful experiences. This is a new info. tour for my on-going debate between two future movings to PA (Pittsburgh or Lancaster?). Thanks for waking up my inner child from its dormant days. 🕊️✌️😃
I actually work right across the street from that P-Bros. It's my favorite of their locations, one of the only places to get food 24/7 in the city. But the real story as to why they put everything on the sandwich was the men who were up 20 stories working on these buildings needed a free hand. So the owner started putting it all on one sandwich and basically did their own Pittsburgh version of a gyro so it could be eaten with only one hand. So basically the same thing, but it was to solve a problem for the local workers. Gotta say though, I've lived here for a decade and I've never been to Randyland lol I guess it's cuz it's right there, i don't feel the need to go right away lol
There is something special about Pittsburgh. It’s hard to describe. The topology is fantastic. The views are amazing in so many neighborhoods. The rivers are so calming. And yet it feels wild as if it on the verge of being taken over by nature. We have some of the best city parks anywhere. You can be hiking in the middle of the city and not know it. I love this place.
Glad you enjoyed Pittsburgh so much. I think it is overlooked quite often. It is such a picturesque city and has a great skyline to photograph plus many unique features and it’s own dialect. I lived in Pittsburgh for close to 11 years before moving down to Raleigh about 5 years ago. I miss the city but not the region. When we had family and friends visit, we would always take them to ride the incline up to Mt. Washington and show them the skyline at night. Can’t beat it. Your shot at 0:58 is the Gulf Tower. I worked in that building for several years. Also worked downtown closer to the Point and walked through Point State Park everyday on the way to and from my car. Not so fun in the winter, especially walking across the bridge. Glad you enjoyed Primanti’s, never got into myself.
Hope you got nothing but hospitality while visiting the area I live. Being born and raised here I tend to forget just how beautiful it really is. Thanks for reminding me!
Wow! You've sold me on Pittsburgh! I've driven past it and around it many times but have never stopped. I am on Google maps right now planning a trip there. I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and charming it is and all the bridges!!!! I love bridges! Another wonderful video. I never get tired of watching you guys!
Adam had always spoken SO highly of it to me, but I had no idea how amazing it was until we stopped by last year. Just something about it is so special! And beautiful 😍
Glad you enjoyed your visit to our under-rated city! And I'm sure you've learned the issue with pierogies: If you eat a dish of pierogies, three days later you're hungry again.
I grew up right across the 16th bridge, we always crossed the bridge and got something to eat at the strip. Any place there is good to eat. Love the Burgh, City of the Champions!
What a cool video on a cool city! Been meaning to stop through Pitt, and this just further pushes it to the top of the list. Have to ask, of all the places in the US that you've visited so far, which one has surprised you the most?
Next time you visit, you need to hike the Pittsburgh steps! Because the city is so hilly, there's a network of about 600+ public staircases that the workers used to use to get up and down the hills. It makes for a really cool and unique urban hike, and a lot of great views from the top. Also, I'm glad you went to the Strip District Primantis! It's much better quality than the chain locations in my opinion. I think people in Pittsburgh just like to complain though, I don't get what's not to like about a classic Primanti's sandwich personally!
I’m originally from Ohio (my house is literally right along the Cuyahoga River) and I currently live and am completing my Masters degree at Duquesne in Pittsburgh! Love to see all the fun stuff you guys did!
Teşekkür ederiz güzel çekimleriniz için. İnsanı yormayan, adeta oradaymış hissi uyandıran, bilgilendirici bir iş çıkarmışsınız. Güler yüzlü olmanız da ayrıca çok hoş. Teşekkürler...
OMG, I can’t believe that yinz were just here in my city. You hit some great spots too. Maybe next time you’re in the area, check out Falling Water, and the great hiking, rafting, biking trails in the Ohio Pyle area.
We definitely want to visit Ohiopyle! We almost did last year while in the area, but the falls weren’t raging, so we are saving it to see them in all its glory!
It’s definitely yinz. We even managed to get Webster to make it an official word in the dictionary a few years ago. yinz /yinz/ pronounDIALECT•US (in western Pennsylvania) you (used to refer to more than one person). "how yinz guys doing?"
Ooooh I thoroughly enjoyed the food in this video. That sandwich was all kinds of epic!! I'd seen what looked like beef, but once you said ham, I was sold. Then the perogies later (shame about the beef fillings though) I much prefer the cottage cheese ones or mushroom. I'd love to see Vlogs from you guys in Poland as I think you'd love it over there! You guys don't do too many urban videos, but I really liked this one. SO excited for Sunday (maybe Sunday?)'s video 🙌
Hahah those are two foods I don’t like actually! Adam would like mushrooms though! Poland would be so fun to visit. Getting SO antsy to travel abroad! We really love visiting cities, but they tend to be pretty challenging in the van and also kind of not the same since COVID. But Pittsburgh was a blast and we hope to share more! Next video will be out Monday! It’s a wet one! * hint hint *
@Adventures of A+K That took a moment (I've just got home from a 13.5 hour day 💤 ) but the penny has dropped... NIAGARA FALLS!!! I can whole heartedly say, the US side is so much nicer than the Canadian one!
@@AdventuresofAplusK I felt like the Canadian side was a really cheap and tacky mini Vegas (and don't get me wrong, I've really enjoyed my trips to Vegas, but it's small cheap knock offs that aren't good) where as the US have preserved the land better and have been less money grabbing about it. I know I'll see for myself on Monday, but if you went on the Maid of the Mist, you guys got the best views!
Great job you two! And you got a sunny day! Pittsburgh also has a vibrant arts community and beautiful performing arts centers. It's a great sports town. Hope you visit again to explore more places. :)
You could go either way. Downtown is pretty walkable or requires a quick Uber, but there are some sights, parks, and neighborhoods (like shadyside and other cool spots) that would require a drive. If you could get a good deal on a rental and have free parking, it would probably be cheaper than Ubering around. But if the rentals are insanely pricy, you could get by without one. Although it may be cold to walk around a lot. We didn’t have any issues parking our massive van surprisingly and didn’t spend much on parking fees at all! Another thing to consider is the airport is pretty far from downtown so that Uber ride alone could be $$$.

You would love the potato and cheese pierogi! And those fries were SO good! Too bad Aunt Laverne doesn’t have internet or a cell phone to see this haha
I love the city as well and it’s pretty at night when the buildings are lit up ☺️
It’s gorgeous at night! 😍
I love seeing tourists coming to pittsburgh and having a good experience. One of the best cities to live in. Food, night life, sports atmosphere, everything basically lol. Im a little biased since ive lived here my whole life.
It is amazing! We have been to many cities and can truly say it’s one of the best ones!
We agree! It’s the right size! And the area around it is very beautiful!
Pittsburgh is truly a cool American city. Thanks for sharing your trip!
Thanks for watching Mark! We love it there!
It’s such an amazing city! We can only imagine how much you miss it! Hopefully this video helps you relive some of it 😃 So happy you enjoyed Helen!
Thank you so much for the tips! We're trying to convince Adam's mom to move back to Pittsburgh so we can have even more reason to visit!
Glad to see you made it to the Burgh. The bread at Primanti Brothers is from Mancini bakery. Best bread in town. I loved Pittsburgh but sure enjoy the sun in AZ now.
Oooo good to know! We LOVED that bread!
I didn't know that! I love Mancini. It's always one of my stops at the strip.
Pittsburgh looks absolutely beautiful. Love the way the three rivers meet. Very impressed by all the trees and vegetation that surrounds the city. The food looks delicious. 😋 👍😊
The trees, hills, and water around the city was our favorite! We love cities that have some nature too!
My husband is from the Pittsburgh area . Went for a visit a few years ago . Fabulous City . The Incline was awesome and the views amazing!
It’s such a scenic city! 😍
i like to travel in Pittsburg city how is the weather in summer and winter season
We were so incredibly fascinated by how it works! So glad you enjoyed the video!
so happy to see some appreciation for my beautiful city. and this video was really just the tip of the iceberg, it’s a super cool city full of fun things to do and see. i’ve lived here my whole life and still have things to explore. hope you guys return soon!!
There’s definitely a lot more to do, this was just one fun day of many we hope to have!
Forgot to mention Randyland. I would spend hours in there. Just look at his creativity and brilliant imagination. That's not junk, it's art at it's most brilliance. WOW 😲
It was the coolest place! Full of positive messages all around too. Definitely art! 😍
Gotta be honest, when I heard Pittsburgh, I thought, meh. After this vlog, it's Pittsburgh, wow! That's travel for you, explore and learn.
So happy we changed your mind! That’s one of our favorite things about making these videos 🙌🏼
As a lifelong Pittsburgher thanks for doing such a great job showcasing our great town. The capicola Primantis sammich is my jam.
We loved Pgh and Primanti bros! Thanks for watching!
So many amazing things to do! We love it there!
Hahaha that is funny!
Thank you so much Paula! So glad you’ve been able to experience this amazing city too! ❤️
OMG, I live in Pittsburgh!! I love that you came to my city ❤️
We love it there SO much! ❤️
We can’t wait to explore more in PA someday. Thanks for the tips!
@@AdventuresofAplusK Gettysburg is also a neat place to visit with tons of history.
I grew up about an hour and a half north of Pittsburgh so I went often. I moved to Columbia, SC last year and what I miss the most is Pittsburgh especially the strip! Thanks for the video I was feeling homesick!
We are so glad we could give you a taste of home! ❤️
Da burgh as nice as well as bad to drive around even a small place like Johnstown or Altoona the one-way streets are horrible
You guys are doing a great job. Y'all killing it on RUclips. Thanks for sharing your youthful vibes to us older one😁 in this channel.

Pittsburgh looked beautiful! We loved those views from the incline car. It always impresses us with what unique things you guys find in places!
It’s such a gorgeous city! And y’all are too kind ❤️
One of my favorite larger cities too. Glad that you went to the Mexican War Streets neighborhood (Randy's) which is where I usually stay when visiting Steel Town. Great video, as always.
That is such a cool area! Glad you enjoyed the video George!
And Pittsburgh loves you!! Keep up the excellent work! We enjoy watching your vlogs! 🥰

Your Pittsburgh itinerary looks like the highlights from the two weekend trips my wife and I took to the Pittsburgh, plus Randyland. I hope you're enjoying your time in the Midwest and East.
It was a great day of sightseeing! We are glad you’ve been able to do some of the same things!
Yes to that! And it’s a HIUUUUUUGE foodie city and while the beaten path is nice, there are a zillion food places to explore in Pittsburgh!
It's nice to see what ppl from out of town find from the city you grew up in. Sometimes I forget how cool pgh is.
Beautiful city. I love the variety of ethnic culture there. It's a vibe you don't get out west.
We love all of the history and cultures out East!
Thanks for visiting and posting this. Glad you had a good time. I live here and absolutely love this city!
Thanks for watching!
Pierogies are my fav. My mom made them from scratch when I was young. Potato/cheese filling, cover with onion and bacon, then dip it in sour cream. Yum!
Potato and cheese was SO good! Would love some bacon with it too!
There are so many famous places you could visit . Museum, art gallery of world ancient education systems , war mamorial ,zoo, Temple on hill , dave & Buster's gamezone etc.I like this city due to their humbleness towards visitors .
Thanks for stopping in our neck of the woods!! We really enjoy your channel, SWPA loves you!

Yay!! Welcome to the Burgh!!! I love Pierogies Plus. It’s just 10 minutes from my house. I wish I ran into you. I would have thanked you in person for the good entertainment you provide.
Oh man, we would be eating there everyday haha! 😂 SO GOOD!
Born and raised in the 'Burg. So glad you guys enjoyed it. There is sooo much to do and see in this very underrated city. Hopefully you guys will be back to explore more.
You got that right! Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the ride up the incline. When I was there working on one of the 3 rivers bridges we didn't have time to sight see. We could see the incline but ... lol
Lots have changed ... The city was just developing the area around the new 3 Rivers Stadium, which was under construction then. Until next time..... Travel Safe.
We loved the incline! Such a fun way to see the city!
Ah I loved this vlog! So much happiness, beautiful views, and amazing food!!! Like I said on Instagram I’ve been to Pittsburgh a number of times but certainly haven’t seen it all! Wow, this looked like an amazing fun day!!! Great vlog guys!!! 🏚☀️👌🍭🤪😍
This was one of our favorite days in a while! SO much fun! And so tasty! So glad you enjoyed it Brad ❤️
I grew up a few blocks from that incline, Labelle st. Used to be less than a dollar back then
I’ve never been to Pittsburgh but it looks so pretty with all the rivers and bridges. Plus some great food options! Thanks for the adventure. 😊
It is a gorgeous city! We always love cities on the water and with lots of trees!
Great tour of Pittsburgh! I especially noticed the history research in this one, A.
Have you ever been to Fallingwater near Pittsburgh, the Frank Lloyd Wright house? I think you would both dig it and its beautiful surroundings.
We haven't, but it looks beautiful!

Thanks Kaitlin! We love Pittsburgh!
Just visited Pittsburgh a few days ago. Had a great time. Lots of Steeler fans. Great city with a lot of history.
So glad you enjoyed it there too!
I feel the same way about the stadium in Seattle (T-Mobile Park, but I still call it Safeco haha). A game with a city view is hard to beat!
My hometown! I love Pittsburgh and miss it all the time!
Such a beautiful city! 😍
Thanks for presenting our city so beautifully! I was laughing at the bread comments- it’s Mancinis. Another thing that is popular here. You can buy it in the strip. Also the best pierogies are made in some of the Church basements by little old ladies! Next time, try them with sour cream!
That bread was so dang good! And we will have to find a church basement next time!
I'm from PA so this video is hilarious! Everything they geek about is daily life here. I love that they appreciate the most commonplace food and areas of the Burgh. Welcome to PA and many good travels to you!
Pittsburgh is a great city, I grew up an hour away in Wheeling WV but have visited Pittsburgh several times lately. I didn't know of Randyland!
That is awesome to have Pittsburgh so close by! We love WV too!
First time was on that incline I was scared but what a beautiful sight of Pittsburg.
So crazy to see people touring my home! ❤️
Grew up in Beaver County (you drove through it)! Pittsburgh will always be home. Such an amazing city

It is such an amazing city and Randyland is such a positive, uplifting place!
I truly enjoyed watching this lively and energetic tour from your youthful experiences.
This is a new info. tour for my on-going debate between two future movings to PA (Pittsburgh or Lancaster?).
Thanks for waking up my inner child from its dormant days. 🕊️✌️😃
Thank you so much for watching! 😃
Coming to PIT for the penguins game next month can’t wait to check some of these places out in addition to the game! Great video 😊
Awesome! Go Penguins! Crosby is having a good year!
We just read their website haha, so it’s their fault we got it wrong 😜 We hope you can check out Randyland someday! It’s such a fun spot!
Thanks for posting! I'm heading over there in 3 weeks, so excited!
Have a blast! 🙌🏼
For anyone interested in trying the Monongahela incline, that one is ran by Port Authority so you can use your transit pass to board.
We totally understand that feeling! The mix of green + city is just stunning!
Ayy my hometown!! Was looking forward to this video and it didn't disappoint! Loved seeing it through your eyes
So glad you enjoyed it! We ❤️ Pittsburgh!
We did get great hospitality while there! Thank you for watching!
Hahahah we loved the pierogies! Super filling and tasty and just as good reheated on a pan!
I grew up right across the 16th bridge, we always crossed the bridge and got something to eat at the strip. Any place there is good to eat. Love the Burgh, City of the Champions!
Pittsburgh is my beloved city. I love this city. The people here are so nice too, in comparison to the previous place where I stayed.
We love Pgh! Thanks for watching!
Wow. What a beautiful city!
It is so gorgeous there!
We also really enjoyed Pittsburgh, even more than Philly. We didn't get up the inclines though which look awesome!! Will have to go back I guess!
We ended up going on both and would recommend both! They have different views!
@@AdventuresofAplusK thanks, we'll plan on it!
Again, such a great video!! We love Pittsburgh!! 😊
That iconic fountain you saw at the intersection of the three rivers is actually fed by a FOURTH river from underground. Cool, no?
Super cool!
What a cool video on a cool city! Been meaning to stop through Pitt, and this just further pushes it to the top of the list. Have to ask, of all the places in the US that you've visited so far, which one has surprised you the most?
It’s an amazing city! And I think we still lean towards SD or WV as the best surprises so far!
Straight outta Yinzer Nation..... Screaming " Go Pack Go "......It's a Beautiful Burgh Thing!!! Go. Pack. Go!!
That sounds like a killer workout! 💪🏼 And you really can’t go wrong with fries on a sandwich…genius!
Great city! Next time you go check out the Bicycle Museum, it reminds me of Ranyland just with bicycles.
Oooo that looks cool!
I’m originally from Ohio (my house is literally right along the Cuyahoga River) and I currently live and am completing my Masters degree at Duquesne in Pittsburgh! Love to see all the fun stuff you guys did!

Yinz? I thought it was y'uns. What did my Grammy teach me?
It’s definitely yinz. We even managed to get Webster to make it an official word in the dictionary a few years ago.

It’s the best! Just something about it really speaks to us!
That’s so funny you say that because we always hear the Canadian side has better views. But the experiences we had on the US side were so dang fun!
The Canadian side looked a lot more built up with big hotels! We did love the nature aspect of the US side!
Pierogi's Plus is one of my favorite places to eat!! I recommend the stuffed cabbage there too. So good!!
Great job you two! And you got a sunny day! Pittsburgh also has a vibrant arts community and beautiful performing arts centers. It's a great sports town. Hope you visit again to explore more places. :)
We will definitely be back 😃

Absolutely! We loved their pierogies!
Well I’m from here (Mt. Washington)so glad you liked our city, and had a great time exploring.

Have a blast! It's such a fun city!
@@AdventuresofAplusK Thanks! Do you recommend renting a car or are things close enough to Uber/walk?
