- The kohlrabi vegetable casserole is so delicious and easy that I could make it every day! This potato gratin with vegetables is a super delicious and healthy lunch or dinner for the whole family. Cream cheese makes the casserole extra creamy and delicious! In addition, this vegetable dish is quick and easy to prepare and very healthy.
Ingredients for the kohlrabi vegetable casserole with potatoes
700 g potatoes, waxy
1-2 kohlrabi (approx. 650 g)
300 grams of carrots
1 zucchini (approx. 350 g)
300 g cream cheese (preferably cream cheese with fine herbs)
100 grams of milk
salt and pepper to taste
½ tsp nutmeg
150 g cheese (e.g. gratin cheese)
