I have worked with these type of people, they live in a very closeted world and they always are extremely curious and often too intelligent for every day life.

SOME of the horses Love the attention, this horse is interacting with people, seemed interested polite and social. There are people crowding around and touching and the horse doesn't seem to be unhappy. The Guards need to have permission to tell people to give the horse some space if necessary
That one little Black boy with the orange stripe down his sleeve is touching the horse many times but the horse doesn't seem to mind at all. He (?) Is one of the most people oriented horses I've seen and is having a GOOD time !!!!!

The most ill behaved children we ran across in every single airport, in every single country, were the Hasidim. Their behavior actually does have to do with their religion, because they choose to segregate themselves from others due to their religious beliefs, and seem to have no idea how people are expected to behave in public spaces. Besides that, they don't seem to care about correct behavior. In their minds, they're the chosen ones and the world should conform to their desires and beliefs, and not the other way around. It has nothing to do with "their nature", whatever that means. Frankly, I'm tired of watching the majority of the world's population live in fear of offending these people and I'm referring to the entire religion, rather than this particular sect. I find this very odd behaviour. What do they expect to accomplish from acting in this manner? It's very immature and does not show their beliefs or values in a positive light. I'm sure their spiritual leaders would be very disappointed in the way the conduct themselves abroad.
Enough is enough. There should be limited numbers of tourists there. The tourists should obtain tickets with an exact time. They should have guides with them to instruct the tourists about the Guards and the horses. They should not touch the horses.
These people seem to have no idea how to behave in public. They gawk at the guards, step in front of people taking/waiting for photos and always seem to linger too long. They all behave the same.
Study a little about the lives of Hasidic Jews and you will understand why they behave this way. They live in a very closed community, similar to the Amish, according to strict rules. They know almost nothing about the outside world. They don't have TV, they don't read newspapers, only religious teachings. If they get out into the world, they behave like this because they do not know English etiquette and historical traditions. You could also learn about other people's lives instead of judging.

Where are the parents of those 2 obnoxious little "brats"? One kid is playing a game of "touch and run", the other kid is testing, "how long can I hold down the horses nose". Go to Disneyland if you want act up. Deplorable, infuriating behaviour !!! At least one young lady was being respectful if not shy, until she could brush the horse. As much as I love seeing the Horse Guard videos, if I traveled to London I would not visit them in person. The tourists would infuriate me so it would not be a pleasant experience. Enough is enough. There should be limited numbers of tourists there. The tourists should obtain tickets with an exact time. They should have guides with them to instruct the tourists about the Guards and the horses. They should not touch the horses.
These people seem to have no idea how to behave in public. They gawk at the guards, step in front of people taking/waiting for photos and always seem to linger too long. They all behave the same.
It's as if they only have one brain cell among the lot .
Study a little about the lives of Hasidic Jews and you will understand why they behave this way. They live in a very closed community, similar to the Amish, according to strict rules. They know almost nothing about the outside world. They don't have TV, they don't read newspapers, only religious teachings. If they get out into the world, they behave like this because they do not know English etiquette and historical traditions. You could also learn about other people's lives instead of judging.

You seem to believe living in a closed community is an excuse to be rude and bad mannered, it isn't. These people weren't raised by wolves and certainly do know what manners and social graces are. I live near a Mennonite community and have never once seen rude or obnoxious behavior by any of their members. Also, learn the difference between a judgement and an opinion based on observation.

According to the Hasids, they are Yahweh's chosen people, meaning everything is allowed to them. When you watch the horse guards, you can see that people from all over the world are there. So many people of vastly different cultures and faiths. When they are there they are not following "English etiquette," they are behaving according to basic human decency. Where are the parents of those 2 obnoxious little "brats"? One kid is playing a game of "touch and run", the other kid is testing, "how long can I hold down the horses nose". Go to Disneyland if you want act up. Deplorable, infuriating behaviour !!! At least one young lady was being respectful if not shy, until she could brush the horse. As much as I love seeing the Horse Guard videos, if I traveled to London I would not visit them in person. The tourists would infuriate me so it would not be a pleasant experience. I cannot believe the level of disrespect and stupidity on the part of many tourists. Parents seem to have little control of their children.
