A very personal viewpoint, I guess it's all a matter of taste. HiKs is an interesting band though, Martin Bennet & als would probably appreciate the energy and sound mix. As far as the name's concerned, I don't see what you mean but I'm not aware that ownership exists in that field. Keep on enjoying music anyway, whatever your favourite style ;)
