Vitamins for Hair Growth

Hello guys!!
Thanks for tuning in! I was diagnosed with alopecia areata a year ago after also struggling with traction alopecia. After realizing most of the hair on the side of my hair was gone, I researched some things I could try to get my hair to grow back and stop falling out! I found a ton of list with different vitamins and the ones in this video are the ones I have been consistently using for the past year.
I bought all of my vitamins from either Amazon, Vitamin Shoppe, or Target, CVS, and Walgreens.

I take 17 vitamins a day. Three requires multiple times a day. Granted that my be a lot for most, but may health, skin and waist length hair has totally benefited from them all.
MSM, Vit C, Zinc, Vit B complex, omega 3, collagen and multi vitamin.

My best friend cured her alopecia using prenatal vitamins. Fifteen years later her daughter had the same and they used the prenatal vitamins again and completely resolved the alopecia. They took one vitamin and didn't have to spend a whole lot to buy so many individual vitamins. Bought it at Walgreens, CVS etc. Also they stopped taking them after the issue was resolved and never took them again. My friend has been alopecia free for 15 years.

I always used to get a bald spot here and there in the same spot at the front center of my head!!!!! Oh my goodness I just thought I did a middle part too much but knew something was up! Thank God I found this vid because now my edges are being attacked where it shows in your pic but it hasn’t made sense to me why it has happened or won’t heal. Thanks so much!

I did not experience any more than shedding than normal, I would just periodically notice patches that weren't there before. It took 6 months to a year for the first patch to grow in.

At the time I took them all separate. As the previous commenter mentioned they perhaps a prenatal. More recently I used Nutrafol. Many multi vitamins have most of these in them in lower doses.

I used Edge Entity for a while, then I switched to Miracle Drops. For essential oils, I used peppermint, lavender, and patchouli mainly, but there are many out there that stimulate blood flow which is good for hair growth. I mixed the essential oils with Rosehip, or Coconut Oil, at one point I used Almond Oil.
