Congratulations! I have done a Saddle Sore 1000 and a Bun Burner. I did the Bun Burner in 29 hours 8 minutes.

I was going to do the iron butt to start on my wide glide. But it got wrecked. But now i have a ultra limited. Now it can be done.

Respect to you Jon! Amazing achievement! I am taking part in something called “The Longest Day Up” challenge in June here in the UK - basically Lands End to John O Groats on the Longest Day. This annual event raises money for Cancer Research UK. Bike used must have cost no more the £600 excluding costs to make the bike roadworthy! Can I ask you for any advice on eating, drinking and resting on a 1000 miles in 24 hours ride? Any tips?

Ive done the 1000 mile a few times. It was awesome. I ain't getting any younger so better get a couple more in. I never felt the need to register it, but i can see some like to.
Yep, I feel the same. I'm 71 and don't have that many thousand miles days left in me. ( I'll cut back a couple hundred )

I have a RG3 and the suspension is terrible 🤬. I installed “ Harley Legend “ suspension and it still sucks !!, I bought a Air Hawk pad, but 🤷♂️. Any suggestions for better suspension??

Did it for Harley Davidsons 120th Anniversary. New Orleans to Milwaukee . Have to do the documentation to get the certificate . My second one that I registered . Lots of tips out there if you’re going to do it . This trip the GF was riding with me . Great ride!
