Exactly what the Dad said, they didn't admit any wrong doing and its ON VIDEO, thats the proof it happened!!! Also as soon as the incident happened the parents should have been contacted immediately.
This is why parents need to stay informed about their children’s school.

Yes with my son also. Every time the thought cross my mind to put him in school. Someone or the internet informs me why I shouldn't. Homeschooling may be the way I go.
A charter school for black kids on the spectrum is coming to the city.
My daughter has autism and I’m always on edge and advocating for her proper treatment. I couldn’t imagine something like this happening.. being African American, having special needs child harmed, ppl that cover it up, avoid accountability, & racists that minimize the situation. What a nightmare. I pray they find solutions, peace, & keep him out of school where ppl won’t love or protect him like his own parents. I hope he heals and knows his existence matters ❤. Whoever hurt him must b held accountable!!

There are so many ignorant comments being made. Let's not lose sight of the point of this story. An innocent child was pushed out of his chair and hit his head on another chair, and it's not okay and should never be allowed in a school. No one wants this to happen to their child ever, no matter what the situation is. It is unacceptable, period!

Walking away and or turning a blind eye is the equivalent of being an enabler and cosigning onto the problem.The African proverb says "it takes a village to raise a child".The only problem is that child or the children are constantly being abandoned,ignored, physically abused,mentally abused,and or emotionally abused, killed/murdered by the village.Valencia my parents were born in 1944.Valencia in my parents upbringing there was no disrespect from a teacher or student The teacher was professional and a child stayed in a child's place.The teacher and the parents spoke regularly about that child regardless if it was positive or negative.And it was a real mutual respect between the parent and the teacher.The days where teachers were not afraid of the student or the parent.The days where parents were not afraid of their children.The days where children said yes ma'am and no ma'am,yes sir and no sir.And the days where there was absolutely no talking back from a to any adult because that child knew what the consequences, repercussions,and ramifications would be.Valencia I was born in 76 and I was raised the same as my parents me and my sister.And Valencia if me and my sister did talk back we had better said it where my parents and grandparents couldn't hear it lmaoooooooo.My parents were not afraid or scared of anything.My children who are now married,college educated,and parents knew I did not play when they lived at home.You have to set ground rules.Children like structure,but many of them lack structure in the home.Many of these children have parents that are just as ignorant as they are which is why children mock and mimic what they see their parents do.If you have two fools for parents your bound to repeat the same behavior.Many school administrators only care about making a paycheck.Many people just in general show up to work to walk the floor and try to look important,but they don't execute the responsibilities and what is required of the job.Many people are certified for a job,but not qualified,many are qualified but not certified.And some are not qualified or certified at all.Yet somehow they still got hired lmaooooooooo.

@@dizzyness786 Dizzy let me correct you.First of all!All black people don't sound the same,just like all white,Hispanic and Asian people don't sound the same.I am a African American woman and I am born and raised in the South.I am born and raised in Texas.I am originally from Dallas and I live in Dallas.I have traveled all over the world for years through my job and just leisurely.People tell me and my husband and my adult children that we don't sound like we are black and or that we don't sound like we are from the south.Which both of those comments are extremely ignorant and offensive.And the thing is you have people who are so extremely small minded,one track mind,and those who are not well rounded mentally, emotionally, spiritually and geographically.There was a black police officer who asked me while in a business meeting where was I from.And I said right here in Dallas.He said you sound like your from the north or the northeast.And I said to him that is extremely offensive.I said if I were a white woman you wouldn't have ever asked me that question.And he said that you're right He said you don't sound like the black people here in Dallas I said well how do the black people in Dallas sound?I said are you from Dallas?And he said yes.I said well I can understand you clearly.I said having great diction, grammar,and or dialect has absolutely nothing to do with your race/ethnicity.And the problem is many people have a preconceived notion and they assume that as soon as they see a minority that either they are irate,combative,thief,extremely loud and difficult,angry,moody,etc When you see and here white counterparts in public acting irate, combative,loud, difficult,angry,etc.The core of the issue/problem is that many people assume that the only way a African American can sound and be intelligent and intellectual is if they have a college degree.There are also way to many stereotypes out there.From going to extremely and highly diverse schools, predominantly black schools and white schools that question and comment has always been asked and made.Unfortunately some people choose to be ignorant and highly offensive and they just don't care even though they know better they just choose not to do better.The main reason why many people choose to hold onto and exercise their racist,prejudice,bigoted, judgemental, homophobic,and ignorant views is because for them it's necessary.Unfortunately it's all they have ,it's all that their good at,its what they need.In their sick,twisted, narcissistic and demented world it's considered normal.That is obviously and apparently what the voices in their head tell them to say and do.When people are starving and hungry mentally, emotionally,and spiritually they will latch onto,and gravitate to and towards anything.The black police officer spoke clearly so why was it new and or surprising for him to hear another black person who sounded just as intelligent and spoke just as clearly as him?I work with and for the public worldwide and I don't treat anyone any less than You speak to and treat any human the same exact way that you would want to be treated.#DOUNTOOTHERS

Since this teacher has done this to this student more than once that not only means that the school doesn't care it also means that the teacher, principal,etc all need to be fired as soon as possible.I see all the time where many teachers and principals,nurses,coaches,and counselors physically, emotionally,and mentally abuse children and the school district takes their time and drags their feet on having them arrested,suspended and or firing them.But if a student physically harms a teacher the police is called and the police removes that student IMMEDIATELY.Moral of the story the children are not protected,but the teachers are.

I can only assume that you are probably not all there or you are having an issue understanding this situation. That child is special needs and if you have no control over your temper then you most certainly should not be teaching anybody anything, especially children with special needs.❤

This is the exact same thing that happened to the young man in Florida the young men the young man that was aggressive to that teacher he did it for a reason my son is autistic and he does the same thing they going to try to get back that person that did something to them if she was any kind of person that had compassion she knows he has autism because you don't put a child that has autism in that type of situation

Guess what this is not the only time and I'm sure that it want be the last time. This has happened to my friends grand- son several times in Cy-fair and nothing has been or will be done. I hope to see a better outcome this time. He is also special needs and of mixed race.
Please don't think that the staff doesn't bring it to their attention they do but it gets swept under the rug. C.P.S has also been involved and they did nothing either.

Omggg lord my heavenly father I pray for family or any families that going through this or went threw something like this it makes me so sad I fight for rights of disabled children we looks at school system and teachers for hight standards do there job it so much likes this happening in alots states teacher's suppose to protect children handle the classroom like they get paid to I preach every day and night and the teacher's need be trained more educational when u dealing with children with any kid of disabilities praying lord school administration needs do better 💙 😢

I feel that is exceptionally wrong on all levels. For a teacher. To push. A child with special needs from his chair. All because he was tapping his pencil and when asked to stop, he did it so he took it upon himself to push this child. Who has a shunt in his head. This is so wrong. Just so wrong, and I hope that they do fire that teacher. But I hope and pray to God that the parents get the justice that they deserve for their child so wrong so many levels. This makes me sad. But I am praying for the family. 3:21

I love the lady in the hat! She's all business and she's gonna get to the bottom of it. She is not playing about protecting these kids. No parent should ever have to hear that their special needs child was pushed out of chair, especially by a teacher. I would hope that any parent would want someone to stand up for their children and speak out when something like this happens.

@@selfmade3736 Yes, but this is how she loses a case. Her response is more emotion based which is not a good thing. It also can come off aggressive to the viewers. She was the same one who represented the guy with the braids and I was so disappointed he lost his case. Her approach would have been better to challenge the school policy based on gender and not race. Gender discrimination would have had a better outcome. Sad, but true. Hopefully she wins this family's case. The teacher was wrong.

@@WIGO350u never dealt with autistic children. My cousin son is 13 and he’s literally stronger than a grown man. These children have unbelievable strength. Also, the video must have sound bc they’re saying what it stated but I didn’t hear anything. My thing why did you go to the news vs. just filing a grievance. Then when did the report was done? It takes an around a week max to get a report.
