Pretty awesome way of getting those excellent vegetables into one's system, given how they're not as widely used in recipies as a lot of other veggies. I'll definitely give this recipe a shot 💪
This soup was really good. Everyone liked it, that includes two little kids (that are not new to veggies, so please don't think it is a miracle soup). I suggest pairing this with something heavy, like some bread and dip because it is light on it's own.
