I don’t know but I saw someone on TikTok make a boot sleeve then hot glue the fringe onto it and then put the sleeve over the boot so maybe that’ll work 🤷🏾♀️

Idk the rhinestones are pretty heavy but it depends on how many you put on
How many bottles of paint and glue should I buy?
Paint just one you probably won’t finish it and glue I used like 3-4 tubes
