I have a 2012 Beetle 2.0 TSI Turbo with the “fender” sound sound system that has a stock amplifier under the driver seat. So what would I need to do to install an aftermarket stereo?

I want to use steering control .. and Car info to the screen like temperature , air cond controls ..... please let me know the items that I will have to buy or which radio set I should use ... thanks
You have to upgrade to the 4200NEX to get those features. But here are the parts. Wiring harness - Connects to your cars original harness and terminates into Blaupunkt style connector. can i do this to my volkswagen beetle 2015? all the radio players i try to buy online say its only for beetles from 2012-2013. as far as the year, mine is completely the same as this one...
+og getsu I wouldn't because you might have to reset a computer at the dealer. Having the car off should be fine. But if you pinch a wire or something having the battery disconnected will keep serious damage from happening.
The Beetle did not have USB until 2016. Aux retention is not built in to the harness but we can sell you the pins. We make the KFU-VW1 for retain the factory USB location. ruclips.net/video/AVs6hNU5SNE/видео.html
2016 is the exact same installation but the main haness is the SRWH-VW16 instead of the SRWH-vw07. Check out the web site for more details. They have different pages.
I have a 2012 beetle with 510 radio , do i have to buy a bluetooth device or it's a built in thing ? also is the car prepared with mic because i see the mic on the steering wheel , thank you
+alnoukhitha The bluetooth is usually a separate module. I'm not sue about the beetle but its usually under the passenger seat. If you see a mic it might be aftermarket.

We have parts for that car too. Just send us and email. info@enfig.com
Best DIY I've seen. May I ask if the SRWH-VW07-B adapter will fit my 2015 vw beetle and Pioneer DMH 1500 NEX?
Yes it will as long as it's not amplified. (Fender) don't forget the plug and play converter and the steering control programmer wire.
12:15 what does the pink wire do? It sounds like illumination, but that is orange.
Its VSS Vehicle speed sense. Whoops.
Hi!
I'm going to install a Dual stereo model XDVD269BT to my 2013 Beetle.
What are the parts I need?
Send us and email so I can ask you a few questions.

2015 is the same. What radio are you installing?
I've got a keyless beetle (2014). Should I disconnect the battery before swapping out head units? I'm upgrading from an rns315 to the rns510. Thx.

😮 does this installation also retains the factory usb and aux?

Does this process apply to a 2016 Beetle S? I got a JVC stereo I want to install, but not sure if I should just go with some pros.
