Early on in my career I was in very high end high rise condos. A company that made dome and barrel dome ceilings was on a project to do a large oval dome ceiling . They cut all their boards in the shop on a cnc machine and on the job they went together to form the radius dome with no trimming .... The interlocking shapes were cut to install without breaking on a radius ......This was 20 years ago.....
