You really should talk about costs when talking about technology. Those laser rust removers are massively expensive. The 2000 watt systems are upwards of $60,000. Some of the cheapest units that will barely do anything are about $4,500. This is not a technology for the faint of heart
@@achicken6477 I just purchased 3500w from Wuhan, China. 3500w emitter only cost $12000.00. including laser header (automatical adjustment), cooling system and power unit.
They show lights hanging from a box that isn't achored to structure. You can't hand a light in a box that pinches dryway, that's a retrofit box at best. Cool concept though.
You know where the studs are BEFORE you drill right? You’re remodeling and you hang backer board exactly the depth needed. Then you install the drywall, then install the box. Saving you the time of installing the box and cutting the hole.
@@robsmith4884 I've done a bit of remodeling and making an accurate box hole has always been a pain. This makes it much easier, especially since you have the wire inserted first, then you cut it in.

I’m in aviation; specifically aircraft structures. That laser corrosion remover would be excellent if it works on aluminum. We work with a lot of aging aircrafts & are frequently dealing with corrosion.
Except for the fact that the Laser is basically BURNING the corrosion off, which would destroy the temper of Aluminum structures and in doing so cause embrittlement as measured by the aluminums conductivity. In short, using this would make the structure Crack, or soften the aluminum, exponentially decreasing it's fatigue life !
The jack that you showed did you pump up…. I have 4 of those. They work wonderful. I was able to move a 50 gallon fish tank and it’s stand. I started with nailing and screwing a Lip on its side just so I can get it up high enough that I can slip it underneath. That’s why I needed two of them. It would’ve been nice to have 6 pumps. But I managed was just the 4. The 50 gallon tank was half full of water and I was terrified of a tipping over.
The offset hammer has been in use for many decades already. Several purpose-made styles have been in my fathers' and grandfathers' toolbox, and I'm in my 50's. Click bait

This would work when replacing individual shingles. You are right about the nailgun, but then when installing a total roof, you will have it available.
That engine valve seat tool shouldn't be on the market let alone in this video, he turned it to set the valve sea and it was all over the place and then dropped the valve in and was looser than my ex-wife
Smart Box, hmmm cutting ring comes off the box after cutting the hole. All the “smart boxes” come with the cutting ring along with the cost associated for it and apparently is just thrown away since all the smart boxes have them. I have a great idea, why not have a drill with a hole saw the size needed to make a hole for a, oh I don’t know maybe a dumb box. Less material needed, less cost for the product and less steps required to install a dumb box. Sounds like the smart box is made for dummies.
The Shark tooth box is not worth it at all at $7.50 USD.... I'd rather buy a hole saw made for electrical boxes and is made of metal for $25. I can then use the $2.00 USD boxes instead.

The cable tie cutting tool has been around for over 25 years. It's not new and the one shown doesn't have any new features.
I have tried a TON of variations on the popcorn ceiling scraper. NONE of them work on 80's painted popcorn.
i know right
And any older than that and it could well be asbestos.
Yeah, that was "artex" and stuck like shite to a blanket.
Popcorn that old was put on with a very stiff paint, which kept it in place for decades. No matter how you do it, removing it is a pain.
Knock them down! Even in this video you have a machine that does it with a tungsten disk!
As a substation/P&C electrician cable tie guns are a game changer. I've got a Panduit GS2B Tensioner and its been well worth it.
I got one of these in 1977 and still working.
Does it work on those metal ties?
