Pretty common it seems in Asia. In the North America and Europe, McKinsey, BCG etc. are seen by most people as stepping stones and not the end-all final goal - while the nice travel/hotels is attractive at first, it gets tiring and old after sometime and is not sustainable longer-term.
It's way too hard to get into McKinsey,it's even hard to get into McKinsey even if ur dad's rich,it's like harder than ivy leagues considering their intakes.
McKinsey is worst thing ever . When ever any company hire McKinsey then just leave that company because they only know to fire people and if you are remaining then increase your workload and hire more MBAs into your company who will constantly ask you for meeting and reports. I suggest if McKinsey comes you leave.
