I’ve had an insomnia and it’s so hard that you burn out and can’t even stop thinking time went up and u still awake. then there is a couple of minutes I became scared without any reason and just want to sleep some minutes and be in the morning to complete my daytime normally. And thank for the new words I learnt ( insomnia burn out theater etc.)💗
