No wonder HMQE II has lived a long and prosperous life, despite all the trials and tribulations she encountered in her personal and professional life for the past decades. Together with her ordination as queen, which she took to heart as a covenant with the Lord Almighty, everytime UK's national anthem is sung by its people, a PRAYER is offered for the Queen. A whole nation is singing those words every so often, in different ocassions, for several years, and as my old teacher would say, a prayer sung is a blessing doubled (tripled). Just like in celebrations of the Holy Mass, when parts of it are sung by the priest or by the faithful, the whole congregation raise their voice in hymns and praises, asking for blessings and graces from Our Lord God Amighty. As much as it is a country's Anthem, it too is a nation's Prayer - indeed, God Save the Queen!

I can't really explain it but I'm actually very touched by the loss of Her Majesty. How brillant Queen and Woman she was! I can't believe she's not part of our world anymore. I know it's crazy but I felt connected with her in some ways. To me, she was the kind of person supposed to live forever. I'm feeling sad for my oldest and best couple in history. I know we like teasing each other from the past but I deeply love you Great Britain. My condolences for this loss. Best in the future to British people, King Charles and the Royal Family.

Totally agree 100% I have the deepest respect for the monarchy and the Royals I applaud their wisdom and the unity. I cried when I heard the anthem and I seen the queen on the balcony. She is so deserving.
