@@cristian-gabrielgaldamezbr3810 That's not that cheap tbh. I train at Lennox Lewis' old boxing gym and it's $500 a year. The previous boxing gym I went to was about $900 a year. Fair enough that Tristar is an MMA gym so more disciplines to choose from
@@Freakishd 1100 CAD so more like ~900USD. 6 days a week with a full access to all courses. (BJJ, wrestling, muay thai, boxing, etc) For an elite MMA gym, it's really dirt cheap. Where i'm from, it's 1500$ for 12 months boxing classes.

Gordon Ryan also has some of the most sophisticated jiu jitsu in the world. His PED use only allows him to keep up with the strength advantage that everyone else in his Division has from their PED use. So it's kind of the opposite of what Firas is saying. If Gordon was some brute who just had ugly BJJ then it would be applicable.

For those that don't know, this is gsp's coach. He's pretty much an expert when it comes to steroids.
In the same podcast he says he believes 70-80% of ufc fighters use some sort of ped's, and that he himself personally has trained multiple guys on ped's, so can we stop pretending his most accomplished fighter was clean, especially considering his body composition was better than all the people he fought that popped.

ADCC heavyweights are not very technical. Matter of fact, most heavyweights in all of combat sports are very reliant on their strength and size.
