I'm glad that Barbie has diversity in body shapes, skin tones, features, and abilities, but I feel like the diversity is at the expense of the quality of the dolls and accessories. This doll, as cute as she is, makes me want to get OG Black Barbie. I would prefer if Mattel produced fewer Fashionistas per wave if it meant better quality in clothes/MTM bodies/no pixelation or shiny faces. Yeah, we have Barbie Looks, but why not have that same quality in the playline section? Anywho, great video, as always. Alysa switched places again!

In fairness, this is a $10 doll. The Looks dolls are $25, so naturally they’ll be higher quality.
