Well done! You don't have to believe in a soul to accept that other people do. We make the appointments and don't show up because of fear, anxiety, lack of self-worth, and some really crazy people don't think they have a problem. You ever have a friend tell you have a problem and you respond by saying, "ahh it's not that bad" boom! You make the appointment to shut up the loved one and then blow it off like a teenager. If you want people to show up to the first meeting, the medical professional needs to make a point to get to know the person more than just filing out prior medical history paperwork. You're going to have to try a little harder to prove you're not going to judge them for being different.

Change the name! Psycho-therapy? who wants that... therapy for psychos... step right up! Maybe call it Mental Hugs
