Hi, thank you for this video it really helped me out alot, I"m actually having trouble with living my life and actually going back out there and "figuring" things all out. I'm not sure if it's because of the pandemic but i'll be honest these last (2) years we're really weird and VERY different than normal. I'm trying to put my finger on what exactly it is I feel anxious a lot of the times but I feel it's something more than that. I just turned 27 years old my family and I barely communicate its like everything I've had vanished in a matter of seconds. On the other hand I feel that I'm around people who hurt me, "in-a-way" because i need my family but I also don't want to go back to anything that's hurting me.. Sometimes I watch "HomeAlone" to take my mind off the things I'm mainly concerned about I wish I could be adopted by a family such as the "Mccallesters" anyway at the point I'm just typing to get these thoughts off my mind. I'm sure if you do take the time and read this you, Too can relate. We're all living in a world of uncontrolled emotions and thoughts we'll be ok though, everything will work out just fine. Have a great New Year! be safe! and remember stay away from negative thinking.

Whatever you want to achieve remember in the process there’s A LOT of suffering, misery and pain, buts it’s all worth it in the end of the day, because in the end no matter how hard It gets I get to look in the mirror and look and someone I’m proud of.
