  • This is my first attempt at a Motovlog filming with the insta360 x3 and recording sound with the Cardo Packtalk. I’ll be talking primarily about the main three Ducati riding modes and showing examples of performance on the road. I'll also be throwing in some of my opinions on the 2023 Ducati Monster 937. If you like these types of videos, let me know and I’ll take you on more rides!

    Love how you explained the modes. I’ve had my 937 for about 2 months, learned a lot from this video. Thanks!

      Awesome, glad the video helped! How are you liking the bike so far?
      I just did another video yesterday about the 937 talking about the Ducati Power Launch feature - feel free to check it out if you're interested!

      Thanks for the feedback! I recently made a full in ride review video for this bike. The video is titled "But Where's The Trellis Frame!?" if you're interested.

    I Agree, below 4k, this Bike is not Happy. My 2023 SP loves to Rev, and I guess it's just the way the engine is built, but so far, I'm loving my SP.

      SP is a great choice, love it! Luckily I live in an area where there are a lot of open roads so I can rev the bike out.

    Why changing gears like that when have quickshifter and blipped ?

    • @Dr.MichaelsMotorcycles
      @Dr.MichaelsMotorcycles  8 месяцев назад +1

      I don't like the quickshift up between 1st and 2nd gears. It is a bit too jerky. At low speeds I like to manually shift gears since I can do it smoother. When I'm riding faster and doing quick acceleration, I always use the quickshifter. I also use the auto-blip whenever I am coming to a stop. I like to mix it up!

    What exaust you using?

    • @Dr.MichaelsMotorcycles
      @Dr.MichaelsMotorcycles  9 месяцев назад

      This is still the stock exhaust. I just upgraded to the SC Project CR-T so I will make more videos with the new system. If you want to hear the new sound, I did an install video with a before and after sound clip.

    Tune it. It will feel much better

    • @Dr.MichaelsMotorcycles
      @Dr.MichaelsMotorcycles  8 месяцев назад

      That might be the plan eventually. Right now I have a slip-on exhaust from SC Project, but a full race exhaust with tune would be a lot of fun.

      @@Dr.MichaelsMotorcycles outside of Philadelphia. Your videos have been great when talking about the monster. I’ve been highly considering either that or a street fighter, but I’m very indecisive. How wheelie prone have you found the monster to be?

    • @Dr.MichaelsMotorcycles
      @Dr.MichaelsMotorcycles  4 месяца назад +1

      @@ellisbutler4551Awesome, thanks for watching. Both the Monster and SF are good choices - I just prefer the design and riding position of the Monster a bit more. I've actually been thinking of getting a SF V4S next, but 200+ HP seems a bit crazy for road riding.
      The Monster can be wheelie prone if you want it to be, or it can be very stable. The Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC) can be adjusted for the riding modes. If you are in Sport mode and pin the throttle in 1st or second gear, you are going to get some wheel lift, but the DWC is very good at not looping the bike. The Ducati Launch Control (DLC) also does a great job at keeping the front end down.
