My grandpa has lost the ring and pinky finger on his left hand and he can’t even cut his food properly because he can’t grip the knife with that hand. It’s so hard to imagine how difficult it is without them till you see it in person Even my dad could do more with his hand after he had severe his thumb because he could still grip stuff with his fingers fortunately he got to the hospital quick enough for the thumb to be saved.

I deadlift a lot, my calluses are biggest on my ring and pinky fingers, I think I could live the rest of my life without my middle fingers, even if I lose my ability to flip people off Edit: now that I think of it I don’t really need both index fingers to point at something

Everything bores me. Even riding motorcycles. I'm 62 years old and I still ride street bikes and dirt bikes. But they only hold my attention for about an hour. Everything gets boring after about an hour at my age.

I bet the lock picking lawyer gets in there in 5 seconds. These things basically only stop opportunity thefts.

High school teacher here. My bikes keep me sane. I arrive at work with a grin from ear to ear, and I leave work pretty much the same. Plus, my students would never forgive me if I sold my bikes! When there's ice on the road and I come in the car, they ask me where the bike is. It's my badge of honour that wins over the "bad lads" and helps me garner a good relationship with the most challenging students. There's not a naughty boy on this planet that doesn’t respect a biker!

As a gamer i would rather loose middle fingers from both hand except any other. This may varry according to your grip

I tried gripping something and and lifting it with only using my thumb middle and index finger of my non dominant hand. And man it was hard

Pointer bc if I do middle then I can’t flip people off

Also ladies and gents air bag vests do they same thing with much greater effectiveness because they distribute that forced over a greater depth. Also if fitted properly will expand to your helmet and may help stabilise your neck in an accident. Ride safe 👍

This is easy. When people say riding is dangerous ask them to Google how many people die per year in their home versus how many people die per year on a motorcycle.
