The Australian Olympic coins are my favourite this time round - here in the UK we’ve produced nothing of interest and France has kicked the living hell out of it - I have genuinely lost count of how many Olympic themed coins (each in a variety of finishes) they’ve released. And I am quietly envious that your mint is sensibly putting some into circulation. Good call. Thanks for showing; I need to have a break dancing kangaroo! 😃👍
Thanks so much for sharing your experience form the UK! It’s very interesting to hear how other countries are doing it! The Royal Mint has definitely not been as good as they were. That’s again. Dan
Purchased mine from Australia post today. Had my name down for 1 week received a phone call on Thursday saying they had them in. Thanks for doing a review.
The main point with these coins is that they are the first $2 coloured coins with the kings effigy , the Paralympic coin in particular with a limited mintage of 50 000 which seems a big number but what is a big number today is small tomorrow also there were no purchase limits on the coin all points some people seem to be missing .
Thanks for sharing, it will be interesting to find out if the Paralympic coin of 50k is only the uncirculated in the folders? And we still get 1m at woollies 🤔
@@DantheCollectingMan no doubt woollies will release 1-2 million of them. There is 50000 cards and people like to collect carded coins ,it makes no sense to swap out the uncirculated coin for a circulated one because without the card it’s nothing.
Thanks, I got an email that I was going one. Haven’t received a tracking number yet. But I did get the sovereign today 👌 can’t wait to make a video about it. Thanks Dan
Thanks Dan.
👍
Great vid, got the two sets on day of release and waiting for my LPO to call me re the two coloured one dollars once they’re in. 👍
Hopefully you get the one dollar coins soon. Thanks for watching. Dan

Why did they do break dancing? Bet they are regretting that now.
Especially after the Australian performance 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ it was embarrassing and painful to watch
