Sorry for all the troll comments but I love your content and have to say the Clive's cauliflower cheese pies are amazing. It's strange because the reviews arent good. I like the protein yoghurts but I'm not crazy about them. I would love it if they could do more naughty flavours like biscoff or cheesecake. It would be great if they did a vegan version of the high protein chocolate mousse To all the people complaining about processed food I went vegan to save lives of animals not to be some kind of nun. I eat massive portions of fresh healthy food but I also enjoy processed pies with a big plate of veg. It's all about balance and all of this judging people over what they eat is stupid it's how eating disorders can develop and I speak from experience ❤
🙌🙌🙌 I LOVE this comment!! Firstly: I 1000% agree with the your point on ‘processed food’, and adding to it - I always think if vegan food is going to compete with non-vegan food and win more people over then surely it has to compete on a level playing field! - e.g. offering the whole range of food including burgers, cakes, pies, etc. That doesn’t mean we can’t still enjoy all the amazing fruits, veg, whole grains etc as well! And I stopped in my tracks on the Clive’s cauli cheese, and that sounds very interesting I will have to try myself! And lastly I totally agree with you re high protein chocolate mousse, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was the next alpro product!
And PS - don’t worry I love all the troll comments - as long as they subscribe! They always make me laugh and great to practice on them so I have my explanations ready for people in real life 🤣🤣
HOLY MOLY I think I’ve lost a few brain cells recently: this makes a lot more sense now!! Instead of buying 3x vegan roast chickens you can buy 1x and 2x other things you actually want 🤣 that’s a good deal. Thank you for bringing some sanity to the channel!
I totally agree with you and it's where we personally shop for 85% of all our food, in my opinion it balances cost, quality, home delivery and we really like the tech that means you can use your phone to use 'Smart Shop' to scan your purchases as you walk round.
Wow, thanks for this, really impressive, always thought Sainsbury's were somehow behind the other supermarkets on the vegan front. This clearly shows not - I'll definitely be paying my local superstore a visit this week!
It’s funny you say this as I’ve been thinking something similar today! I shop at Sainsburys a lot but haven’t gone actively through all their vegan sections, I normally just go and get what I know. And today I was really shocked by just how good quality and extensive it is!!! Aldi and Lidl get big news about their Veganuary ranges, and Sainsburys doesn’t have as many new launches…but that’s because they have such a big selection already!! Haha!
Those Farm pizzas I really nice, especially the spicy pepperoni one. Don't get why you say £5 for the pizza is very expensive. They are quite big & we share between the two of us with a side salad. Much cheaper than going to a restaurant or getting a takeaway.
I’m really glad to hear this!! So this is a very good point but I think it all comes down to budget and frame of reference: Compared to a £15 pizza at a restaurant or takeout it’s a real bargain! Compared to a Chicago Town bbq jackfruit (90 grams more pizza - £3.75 with nectar) it’s a high price imo. Splitting it is such a good idea as makes it half the price and adds in a delicious salad 😁
I tried Hellmann’s plant based this week and wow it’s amazing!! Definitely going to try the Galaxy praline too as I’ve seen so many people mention it over the last week, maybe it is new. 🤔
In my opinion I honestly think the vegan hellmann’s tastes better than the non-vegan ‘Real’ version!! I love the little glass jar version too. And I think you’re right about the Galaxy, I’ve never seen it before but looks amazing 🙌🙌
There REALLY are!! Which are your favourites?? I always laugh when my friends say ‘how can chocolate be vegan’ - well chocolate IS vegan it’s only the milk added that makes it not vegan lol!
Lots of great vegan options but very sad for me as I can't have gluten, which leaves me with a block of tofu and a bag of lentils.... Occasionally I find something I can have but not many. Makes it harder to be vegan.
I am sorry to hear this, while not gluten free myself I do keep an eye out as I know a lot of people are - and not super easy as a vegan!! I will try and add it into my exploring!
@YourVeganFoodExplorer Haha, bless you! You've inspired me to go to Sainsburys anyway, been vegan since 1982 & this is definitely an easier time to be vegan than it was then.
Thank you for the comment! It becomes a bit hard to show ingredients as makes it a bit clunky for videoing! BUT they are all really easy to find on Sainsburys website, even Aldi now have breakdowns of their products online. But I will try and include more ingredients shots in future. Even if it is quick you can then pause on it.
@@bexyweewaggysexactly and how many non vegans are actually ‘clean’ either. good aim to eat clean but let’s face it most people enjoy a little processed food too. The tofu products and even this isnt products have very few ingredients
NO product with RAPESEED OIL(more like motor oil!), or MONO-DIGLYCERIDES is cool !! But each to their own for whatever reasons being a free world eh? In general replacing DAIRY will ALWAYS be with OILS and / or CHEMICALS !! 😮😮😢😢😊😊😊
So this is the beauty of vegan food in 2025 - don’t want oil? Look for the organic milks, for example the oatly organic is Water, Oats* 10%, Sea Salt - the choice is yours! 👏
nope. loads of plant milks without oil available. coconut and soya yoghurts. cheese usually made with coconut oil but you can get them made with nuts and oil free
Cant replace oils already there in the ready made foods with rapeseed and canola or hydrogenated palm oil etc etc though? Most supermarkets are asking to change to these oils in the products they will stock nowadays! 🙈🙉🙊😳🤪👎🤦♂️🤷♂️🥺🥺

The 3 for 2 offer doesn't mean you have to buy 3 products the same. You can get different products and just pay for the 2 most expensive

I was gonna say this too 😂😜😘@@YourVeganFoodExplorer
3 for 2 offer, I bought cauldron tofu, squeaky bean wafer thin ham and the red pepper slices, great mix and match offer! 🌿💚🥰
love sainsbury’s for shopping, can get all the basics and healthy food plus treats. loads of options for vegans ❤

😢😢i miss living in the uk only for this reason, loads of variety for vegans.
It really is incredible! Where abouts do you live, as I'm sure there are stores out there if you can track them down!
@YourVeganFoodExplorer i moved to norway after living in London most of my life ..vegan food is a little sparce.
So many good vegan chocolates avaliable now 😊

I love the ButterM!k 'Snickers' and 'Mars' knock-offs, and good to see Sainsbury's now have them!
Your face at 14:16 🤣🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣 I had to be honest haha

check out This Isnt products - i’m sure some of them including bacon are GF
3 for 2 doesn't mean all the same item. Gives you the chance to try lots of new things.
Thanks to yours and another comment I now realise this 🤣🤣 it makes much more sense!! Haha

It’s all UPF though babes! Go whole food plant based instead! Much better.
You’re going to love my next upload which is very related to this - coming on Wednesday!! 👀 👀
The Plant Pioneers lasagne is vile.
🤣🤣🤣 in my experience I’ve certainly had some ups and downs with different Plant Pioneer items - this sounds like a definite down hahaha

How dumb must people be to need video instructions to go shopping for vegan fair.
Then you show them all that highly processed toxic crap LOL.
