    Ingredients:
    500g chicken, cut into pieces
    2 cups basmati rice
    2 onions, thinly sliced
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 cup yogurt
    2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
    2 green chilies, slit
    1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
    1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
    1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    2 teaspoons red chili powder
    1 tablespoon biryani masala
    4 cups water
    4 tablespoons oil or ghee
    Salt to taste
    Fried onions and boiled eggs for garnish (optional)
    Instructions:
    Marinate Chicken: In a large bowl, mix chicken pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
