    To much social media especially office jobs and people working at home places to much stress on the muscles causing stiff neck ,under active movement of head movement.Here is some simple exercises to correct and align the head and shoulders.Keep movements to within 70 percent of full movement.pref.10 each side is the reps and sets 2- 3 ,,increase with time gentle movements.
