Best scene In the movie for me so relatable, i think we have all been in a situation with friends we didn't want to be in but everyone else is fine. All you can do is smile and go along but be dying on the inside.
I know right? But this song fits the scene so perfectly. "There must be some kind of way out of here." Cee finds himself in a situation where he doesn't know what to do, and wants out. My favorite part is at the end when Sonny drives off making the turn. "Outside in the cold distance A wild cat did growl." Out in the distance Sonny's car makes a lot of noise while taking off. Sonny is the wild cat growling to protect Cee.
I liked though he had conflict with his father about sonny the first person's voice he heard was his dad's then his mentor sonny... to me it showed he respected and loved his dad has his father and understood sonny was not a father but a mentor
somebody pulled the chain, i was going down the fucking toilet (jimis climactic solo). this one scene in a bronx tale, is the heaviest to me. its all right here. think about it. cologinos life is changed forever. and if you havent been in a situation that was just to big for you to control, this is a great example of exactly that. i think we all have been there. in some way or another. this is the epitome of that. think about it. sonny was his last saving grace. and alot of the time we never get that. shit happens and you...are..FUCKED!!! sorry for being so crude. thank you.
@@adamfoulk5865 I don't know what's real and fictional about "Bronx Tale" but Chazz Palminteri's real name is "Calogero Lorenzo Palminteri". He was born in the Bronx and wrote the play (which later came out as film) as "semi-autobiography".
i always wondered since i also write screenplays myself, dven though there is a voice over throughout this scene, if the guys were improvising their words or they were still saying a script. cuz you still hear them talking while C is doing the narrating & it doesnt sound like theyre just saying random stuff. it sounds like g theyre still talking whats in the script. i was just wondering.
Yeah, that makes sense. I tell ya though if that was some improvisation, Slick nailed it. he made me laugh when he said "You better use that fuckin' gun!" lol they were all on point. very good acting.
At 1:05 I was so glad to see Ralphie finally speak up for himself in this scene and not take anyone's shit. Because in the movie it often seemed like there was always somebody either talking down to him or talking over him.
Why are you defending him? he was every bit the lowlife Slick was and absolutely got what he deserved. He chose to hang out with deadbeat losers and might've just felt tough...truth is they were all pussies. when C's dad says "the working man is the real tough guy" it is actually true. If these idiots were to show up on a building site where guys are busting their asses to make a living and they tried to cause shit with them, they'd each get a brick to the temple and may never be seen again...

420GreyWorm2187 not murder like this one but it felt exactly like murder probably
This was life or death
I miss My Father " ❤️ You my Son Son " I love U Son " These People Don't love You They Will Hurt You Son " I Miss My Father "
i always come back to watch this scene and listen to jimi in the background
Ironically, they're listening to Hendrix while viciously attacking black people.

I love Sonny as a character. True, he's a gangster but he genuinely cared about Cee.
Kartik Chandrasekhar hendrix was not a gang member
X Box he never said that
@@xbox6564 …. I know this is 6 years ago lol but he was saying sonny the guy who saved the kid was a gangster
The 66 Cadillac is so magnificent in this scene. For sure with squeaking tires on a wet street ;-).
I liked though he had conflict with his father about sonny the first person's voice he heard was his dad's then his mentor sonny... to me it showed he respected and loved his dad has his father and understood sonny was not a father but a mentor
What a AURA of SONNY ❤❤❤… Specially with the background music… he is my favourite actor….

How to properly give a gun to someone.
Satellite Radio- Classic Vinyl brought me here. The air bending at mark 1:36 is EPIC.
Ill Song and Ill scene.
there must be some kind of way out of here..
And then Sonny...
Why sonny got cee out the car?? Did sonny knew what they was about to do or it was just pure luck? I've always wondered about this scene
Precious P Bennett Sonny knew they was a bunch of L's
Sonny always knew those kids were bad news.
He wanted to say sorry, and he knew C's friends where up to something.
Because Sonny knew they were jerkoffs. JERKOFFS and Slick was the biggest one
These People " Will Hurt You Son "
I wanna go home
The musoc get better the further into the teenage nightmare unfolds
Considering what James Gandolfini eventually did to him, I bet C wishes he stayed in the car.
The Sopranos. Look for the video Matthew Bevilaqua gets Whacked.
Yea now I remember. Funny thing is that they also worked together in crimson tide also
Yes. But I don't think they had any scenes together. I've seen that movie at least 20 times.
Love ❤️☘️🎱🔥🙃🌹🎸🎸🤱🌱
look at these fuckin beauties
"They were all smiling...I was smiling too, but I was dying inside. I wanted out, but i couldn't get out of the car"
This is my favorite movie scene of all time. Something about it.
Mine too bro!
Fr I don’t know what it is about it but it’s definitely one of my favourite scenes
The music combined with visuals and dialogue, it perfectly builds tension.
I love the irony, playing Jimi Hendrix(black musician) while they’re about to commit a hate crime
SAME!!
I know lol best part
"The last time, stay away from this kid."
somebody pulled the chain, i was going down the fucking toilet (jimis climactic solo).

"Somebody pulled the chain" was crazy dope.
Not being crude.. being real. That’s life.
a badass fucking scene with Sonny
This was the only plot twist that ever completely shocked me.
me too!
it's nice to have a friend like Sonny show U the ropes in life and save your skin because not for nothing, C couldn't even save his own skin.
the game is sold not told my boy. Why that gang life aint for everyone.
Back when OG's look out for the youth and wouldn't let the streets grab them up!
Sonny was a straight gangster love everything about this scene esp. the music.....classic!
Chazz Palmentari really WAS C. Get it? Here, C is saving himself...
What do you mean bro? Like c chose to get out and listen to sonny? Explain to me bro
Or like a metaphor? If somebody needs somebody look within yourself right?

probably improvisation with direction like "talk tough" then scripted like when he's getting pulled out of the car
Yeah, that makes sense. I tell ya though if that was some improvisation, Slick nailed it. he made me laugh when he said "You better use that fuckin' gun!" lol they were all on point. very good acting.
What was the song playing ?

All Along The Watchtower- Jimi Hendrix
