I have been attacked on TikTok for days for celebrating the lives that have been saved in Texas since they brought in their HeartBeat law. Such a degrading view of women. It seems the satanic world view includes a lot of sexual labels. You're not a woman, you're a "person with a uterus." And anybody who pretends to be a "person with a uterus" is one and can speak for all women. A man can "have a uterus" in his mind only, and that's somehow not a lie. The young woman seemed to have no awareness that she was contradicting herself even in her definitions of ordinary words. She was outside an abortion clinic arguing for the rights of women, then saying she can't tell women from men, then saying women are just "people with uteruses" and so are some men - so apparently, men go into the abortion clinic to get abortions? It's absolutely nonsensical. If you delude yourself like this, how do you not end up mentally ill? If you become divorced from reality, unable to think, unable to come to a reasonable conclusion, unable to accept basic facts that are staring you in the face.....after all that mental gymnastics, how do you not have to eventually be committed to a psych ward?
Women are not "people with uteruses." Every cell in a woman's body is female. My friend had a hysterectomy, and she felt she wasn't a woman anymore, which is understandable because it's a gigantic loss, but I reminded her that, with or without a uterus, she was still 100% woman, that every inch of her is a woman.
The labels that reduce people to their sexuality are so insulting. It is mind-boggling to me that people love their sexual perversion so much that they wear it as an identity. I am [sexual behavior turned into a noun]. And they impose the same kind of labels on everyone else. It seems to me that the evil one takes everything good and twists it into a destructive, sick, evil mess.

I had to look up when a fetus heart behind to beat. 5-6 weeks. That also is the time that is suggested for an abortion to be executed. 'course, it can be done at any time up to 22 weeks(depending on the state).

I say If there is uncertainty about when human life begins, the benefit of the doubt should go to preserving life. Also in there's a very informative textbook called Pathology of the Fetus and the Infant, it states “Every time a sperm cell and ovum unite a new being is created which is alive and will continue to live unless its death is brought about by some specific condition.” So if you’re ever unsure when it comes to defending your pro-life position always resort to a medical textbook you can find these at your local library medical textbooks obviously holds no bias just states pure facts 😊👍

Over 26 years ago I was a 17 year old and pregnant, I went to the abortion clinic near me. I obviously wasn’t a believer but my conscience knew it was wrong. By Gods Providence that day I didn’t kill my child. Fast forward and that beautiful child in me is now 26 years old and just made me a grandmother. I praise God for bestowing common grace on me back then and later granting me salvation.
I never had a hard time understanding the doctrine of depravity because I knew how wicked I was that I was willing to kill my own child. I praise God HE saved me and gave me eyes to see the truth of HIS gospel.
This was so moving. Thank you for sharing. And Praise God for His grace. Your testimony is a light to others. Your child has a wonderful mother.

I talked the mother of my eldest daughter to not abort her.
I went with her to the clinic and they told her that she was too far along, but that there was another clinic that would do it.

All they can do is call someone names (e.g., bigot, homophobic, racist, etc.) or use foul language in a vain attempt and last ditch effort to win the debate. Yelling, loudness, profanity, name calling, etc. does not make your arguments stronger, does not make your arguments correct, does not make your arguments more persuasive, nor does it make your arguments more likely to be considered by others. Those tactics are designed to end the conversation and the debate because the arguments presented cannot stand scrutiny and there are no more arguments to make. Those tactics end the civility found in having a two sided conversation.

I haven’t watched the video recently but in general this preacher cares a lot about being right and winning an argument by trumping people than anything else. Just listen to the conversation, things can easily take a different turn and I have seen patient Christian brothers speak to highly liberal people in a calm manner. It’s not always possible to keep the peace but there are wise ways to deal with situations. We are told to have speech seasoned with salt and that doesn’t mean to be salty by today’s standards 😂

I also struggle with remaining calm, but I've found that the more I rely on the scriptures to shape my thoughts and values, the less emotionally charged I feel during these types of interactions. If we lean on the scriptures for guidance, then it is easier to distance ourselves from our ego and pride, which is typically the catalyst for getting upset in the first place.
If we speak from our own personal opinions, pride, etc., then of course we get upset when those views are challenged, but if we speak from the Holy Spirit and share God's Word, then it is God's Word that is being challenged, and not our own.
It doesn't mean we can remain calm all the time, but I think you will find the more you grasp for God's Word during these interactions, the less upset you will feel, and then your feelings will shift towards understanding and compassion for your argumentative opponents, which will naturally defuse some of the tension you might be feeling.
I hope she gets saved. That would be a HUGE testimony to glorify the Lord.

Using Godly wisdom is important especially in these types of situations. I would be very cautious and sensitive to what the Spirit of the Lord is meaning and saying in any given situation according to scripture.

At a young age of 15 I was pregnant. When my mom found out she told me that I had to leave my family and go to another state or have an abortion.
Of course I didn't want to leave my life so I chose abortion. It was the worst decision I made. It effected me long term. I never did such a thing again and it will always stay heavy on my heart.
Looking at my living children, I will always remember the child I didn't have.
Hopefully I can help others realize that it does bring a curse upon a women when they do such a thing. It does not matter if your young, poor, or just don't want the baby. There are other choices to make like adoption. My mother left out that choice for me and supported a evil sin.
We all do have a choice but it should never be to kill another human being so one can be free from the consequences or responsibilities of being a mom.

The problems is that these people’s definitions of “treating them well” differ from ours. We look at this and say Pastor Durbin treated him well, he was calm and polite. This guy goes home and thinks he’s been the victim of a hate crime because Durbin dared to disagree with him. The old rules of civility no longer reply because we inhabit different realities at this point. It’s basically the grown up version of my kid saying that “you hate me” when I tell him he can’t have ice cream before dinner.

At 19 yo my 17 yo gf got pregnant. I was scared and did not know what to do but had to tell my Catholic parents who attended church just about every day. I asked my sister to help me tell them and when I did my dad said, "she needs to have an abortion". I started crying and ran out of the room. I do not know what my mother and sister told him but he came into my room and had a great conversation with me that they would support me whatever my choice. I never even thought of abortion n never would. She had the child, a little boy, and gave him up for adoption. That was the hardest decision I ever made and held onto the papers for months until their lawyer threatened me, which I found out later was illegal. If my dad wouldn't have started out with having an abortion I would have probably talked to them about it and may have raised him. Anyway, I met him right after his 18th birthday n what a good young man n s omuch like me. He is a civil engineer n owns his own company n has a beautiful wife n three children tow that are from him n one he married. God is great but I stayed away from Him for many years n did so much wrong to many people to myself. I am married now n ,I've with my beautiful wife in Philippines. God Bless
