Thanks to everyone who asked questions for this video, let me know if you have any more ideas for videos you'd like to see or topics you'd like me to cover! 😊
I totally agree with showing up on social media every day. I'm not very active either and don't feel the need to share every little thing I do. I mostly do bookstagram for now but because I have limited time to read it takes me so long to finish a book and the write a review and post it to instagram and goodreads, and you're right it is draining. But I hope to get into journalling to and illustration eventually. I have found this video helpful and also reassuring that by going at my own pace is ok! Thanks for sharing.
I'm almost starting from zero and restructuring my life, and your videos have helped a lot! I'm so glad I found your channel ☺ Greetings from Venezuela!
Thank you for this!! Definitely perfect timing. 🧡 I’ve recently taken a step back from social media because I was experiencing burn out and major art block. I’m coming up on my 1yr Instagram anniversary (May) and I wanted to do something major for it. I had plans to debut my online shop and felt pressure to not only socialize with all my followers but also produce way more illustrations than I could in a healthy way. As an introvert it was all just too much. I’m not sure if I’ll be back to regular posting in a week, month, or more… And I can’t help the guilt that I’ll lose followers in the process. 🥺 But I had to take that time for myself. So, that I can come back stronger and in a more healthy way. 💪
These are some really great tips for introverts. I'm always struggling to find a balance but in time am learning what's best for me. Its great to hear you advocate taking breaks and refreshing yourself, it's easy to get caught up in the pressure to please the algorithm. X
I really enjoy your work and videos, thank you for answering a question of mine! It’s uplifting to see you don’t need to be a very active/social/outspoken person to be successful in the art world!
Totally random question, not sure if you’ve answered it before : how do you keep your Microsoft surface tablet from gettin weighed down by art files? Do you use a cloud or some kind of offline storage to keep all your files that you aren’t actively working on? And if so, which storage do you use? How do you like it? I’ve been paying for lots of google storage for my art files and I’m just always curious what others use :) you’re making me really want to get a Microsoft surface laptop for on the go photoshop.. I love my at home Wacom tablet but I can’t take it places (and am not totally sold on the mobile screen Wacom tablets). I have an iPad Pro but am just not 100% comfy in procreate. Photoshop is my comfort zone haha.. your laptop looks perfect for it.. doubling as a good mobile tablet ..❤
Thank you for answering my question! Your videos have always motivated me to ignore my imposter syndrome and put myself more out there in my own videos. ^_^
I love watching you draw! You are so talented and I wish to one day draw like you. Also, please check your DM's. Have a wonderful rest of your day! 🌷☀️
Your videos give me the confidence to keep up with my RUclips channel, it’s hard for us introverts because sometimes I don’t want to share too much and I worry that no one will be interested in my content because of that 🥲

Scheduling can help overwhelm :) Use a calendar.
Yes Google Calendar and to-do lists are great 😊
