Looks exactly like my moms Carnitas.. if not better(shh 🫢🤫).
I would only say that we don’t use usually use smoked paprika, but it was pretty great

No, yo soy de Michoacán y nada de esto es auténtico. La carne no está adobada nunca, solo lleva sal a la hora de ir a la manteca. A lo mejor eres pocha o algo así, pero esto no tiene nada de autenticidad.

I am latino and I LOVE mexican cusine and that was street taco turned gourmet. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING, AND DIDN'T CHANGE A THING TO THE WAY ITS ACTUALLY MADE IN MEXICO.
