I think heatblast is the winner. heatblast has shown that he can reach supernova temperatures while he is a baby. a 10 year old can speak for itself and a 17 year old in omniverse especially. Ben is almost always holding back

@@emperorcubone I think it's fair considering Ben in classic had a small pool of aliens and in UA and OV Ben has more than 40 aliens to choose from, all competiting for screen time. Plus OV was the series that had Ben reutilize a lot of his old transformations like the Anur Trio, Ditto, Eye Guy, XLR8, Ghostfreak, Wildvine, and etc. Considering Wildmutt was used 14 times in OV and it's pretty close to his amount of appearances in classic too me suggest he didn't fall off or at the very least not as hard like aliens like Stinkfly, Ripjaws, Greymatter, Wildvine, and Buzzshock who were all outclassed by AF. Wildmutt has his niche as Ben's tracking alien.

Okay, I gotta disagree with the choice for Blitzwolfer's opponent. If we were going to choose the Pokemon closest to a werewolf, I would choose Midnight Form Lycanroc. With that, though, I think it would be a closer fight, though I'm not sure who exactly would win in that. Other than that, I have no real arguments here. Great video!
It's nice to see a poketuber talk about Ben 10. Didn't expect that. I hope this becomes a series, and you do an episode based on the Ultimate Alien Force Era, one based on Omniverse, and maybe one based on the Reboot.
You could technically squeak out one more Omnitrix Hero with Feedback. While he was revealed to us in the Omniverse series, it was in the context of flashbacks to Ben’s 10/11 year old self, with Feedback even becoming Ben’s favorite alien for a period of time before spoilers happen. Feedback would be mono-Electric, with what I believe would be the Lightning Rod ability, based on his ability to absorb energy blasts and shoot them back even stronger. The obvious choice for his opponent would be Xurkitree, and despite the Ultra Beast’s power, Feedback still has it in the bag.
Don't spoil potential future entries! Personally I only consider anything on-screen in the original show as counting, so yes Feedback was *around that era, but when he was 11, meaning after the finale of classic. So he's fimly in the OV camp for me...
@@emperorcubone fair enough. I wasn’t sure how far you had gone in the series. Most people I know only saw the original series, and dropped off either when Alien Force started, or sometime during its run. I’m the only one I know *in-person* who stuck with the entire series run. (Side note: Ben 10 really saw the Naruto and One Piece time skips and went, “oooh, let’s do that too!”, huh? I lowkey didn’t realize those were all around the same time)
Awesome concept for a video, well done as always. My only gripe is the fact that when you showed each Ben 10 Alien's Pokemon moveset it was only on screen for about 4 seconds each time. I know I can just pause, but that's a lot of pausing. I'd recommend just having it on screen for a bit longer if you do this type of video again so there's less pausing needed.

Sure, but ice-like doesn't mean he's cold. They share a crystalline structure but Diamondhead has no cyrokinesis so he can't freeze water coming at him into ice, (even if he could freeze someone in their tracks inside a crystal.)
I loved Ben 10 growing up, even if I was a bit late to the party among my friends. But, man, I loved Alien Force even more. So many alien designs I adore. Big Chill and Spidermonkey come to mind immediately. Goop and Echo Echo were cool too.
Ben and it's not even close. I love him because he makes powerscalers seethe, he's quite literally undefeatable no matter what. (yes, I get that's not the point of the video)

I’ve never seen a second of Ben 10, but the idea always seemed pretty cool to me. Is it still worth watching? I’m an adult who loves animation and understand most of what I’m getting myself into. I just want to know if there’s any enjoyment to be had with it in present day
I'd say the original series is still good; he is a child and as such has childish tendencies, however that does provide him opportunities for growth. I'd also recommend the second and third series Alien Force and Ultimate Alien, and if you like that you can give Omniverse a shot, but you don't have to commit to everything!
There’s some aliens that to me would’ve made sense to have an additional typing for the sake of being lore accurate like wildmutt also being dark type to reference the fact his species are naturally pretty aggressive and anti social most of the time even towards his own kind or make greymatter also water-type to reference the fact his species are amphibians they even have the same life cycle as frogs and lastly cannon bolt could’ve been ground rock or ground steel to reference his ultimate form and his seemingly indestructible natural armour
Just because a species might be amphibious doesn't mean they have to be Water type; just look at Bellibolt who was in this very video! Even if Grey Matter did live in the water, (which we see is not the case on Galvan Prime) he has no Water powers or anything else to justify having the type.
I think Ditto could be given the Fairy type. He kinda has that cute mischievous trickster vibe. (also there aren't many aliens Ben has that could be given the Fairy type aside from the obvious one) For XLR8, the addition of Steel type would be fitting to represent his helmet and sharp claws.
Ben 10 and Pokemon were my two favorite Cartoon Network shows and I think they were always the best. Diamondhead was also my favorite of the aliens. Also perhaps we should expect an Electric Type crab Pokemon that could remind us of Brainstorm or a Flying Type turtle that would remind us of Teraspin.
@@emperorcubone Not bad at all, although my personal list had Beedrill for Stinkfly since they both have stingers and I likened the goo and its various properties to poison. Donphan for Cannonbolt was my original chose, but I eventually didn't like the lack of hands and changed it to Golem, but with the existence of Iron Treads as a potential analog for Ultimate Cannonbolt, I have revised it yet again. Still haven't decided if I prefer Armarouge or Magmar for Heatblast yet, though. If that Gen IX Pokémon didn't exist, it wouldn't be an issue, but they're both really close contenders in my book for different reasons.
Brother, in the next video, I expect tirtouga and carracosta to be the equivalent of terraspin, squirtle, wartortle and blastoise to be the equivalent of overflow corphish and crawdaunt to be the equivalent of water hazard, krabby and kingler to be the equivalent of brainstorm.
I'd probably lump in the Ultimate Alien ones as well since those two series together are about equal to Classic, but I did do them all before I realized how long it'd be, so it's possible!
I‘d also agree to use Pokedex entries for comparison against the aliens, because some of the outcomes are just a brief statement for the alien or the Pokemon's unique power, and the Pokemon attributes given to some of the aliens could've been better, using dex entries also allows for a more fair comparison to make the video more interesting since Pokemons aren't strictly about the games while Ben 10 is strictly about the show. If dex entries are kept in mind, Machamp's 1000 punches per 2 second entry from LeafGreen VS. Four Arms' strength and durability feats from the show would be a neat comparison. Deeper research into certain matchups like Diancie actually generates hard diamonds out of thin air as her means of offense instead of summoning energy beams, Prime Ben's Wildmutt not being able to shoot quils yet, Blitzwolfer's sonic attacks potentially disabling Okidogi could also make the matchup more fair. Or improving certain matchups based on the alien's powers like Ditto(an alien who prefers outnumbering his enemies) VS. Fallinks(An army of six entities who constantly changes battle formations)/Wishiwashi(Schooling Form), Frankenstrike(a bruiser with electromagnetic powers) VS. Iron Hands(is an Electric type brusier)/Magnezone(has electromagnetic powers), Upgrade(could upgrade machines and enter the cyber world ) VS. any of the Porygon family(could enter the cyber world with Z essentially being a virus), Buzzshock(An electric alien who get inside and power up electric machines) VS. Rotom(an electronic poltergeist) would make it more satisfying for bigger fans from both sides imo
@@theamazingspooderman2697 if he decides to do the rest of the aliens then using those dex entries would actually make it fair without using box legendaries or mythicals since there's a lot of powerhouses in Ben 10 like Chromastone, Clockwork, Gravattack, and Atomix.
You did miss one alien transformation Ben used..... unwillingly. In the "Race against Time" live action movie, Ben faced Eon and toward the end, was forced to take on Eon's form as a Chronioan (I think that's the name of Eon's species). If we were to count Eon here... well, tat will be tough as there's not many ways to attribute the power of Time into pokemon attacks, and the best matchup would probably be Dialga, who (being essentially the poke-god of time) is likely to win that fight, giving another point for team Pokemon.
Mmm, that's a good point actually! I probably forgot about him because Ben never uses him again, even though the villain still shows up. Dialga is good, but I might have gone for Celebi instead?
@@emperorcubone A fully understandable reason for forgetting... that fact that it isn't even "Ben prime" that used him probably doesn't help any. Yeah, besides Dialga and Celebi, there aren't many options for Time-related pokemon... thankfully, Ben only has 2 Time-based aliens so it shouldn't be to big of an issue for continuations to the series.

Very good and interesting video. But I think that Ninjask, Electivire and Midnight Form Lycanroc better fit for Stinkfly, Frankenstrike and Blitzwolfer respectively :) And I want to see Ben transforming in some cosmic Pokemon like Ultra Beasts. They are literally aliens and fit very well to put them in the Omnitrix. A few more Pokemon too like Deoxys and maybe Darkrai.
Well Electivire I was saving for Shocksquatch in Omniverse, but I could see the other two! That would probably swap their victories with Lycanroc losing but Ninjask beating Stinkfly. An Ultra Beast cameo in that new Ben 10 comic would be funny! They bascially had a Gyarados in one episode so there's always a chance!

Machamps can push mountains with 1 arm, and can deliver a thousand punches in 2 seconds. I dont think fourarms has anything that comes close to that. At least from what i remember in classic ben 10.
This is specific alien vs specific pokemon tho, so someone like alien x, who would stomp arceus, would just be 1 win. Machamp for example can push mountains with 1 hand and deliver 1,000 punched in 2 seconds. There are only a handfull of "similar" aliens in the omnitrix that can take that, and fourarms is not one of them. Theres also garvoir thats powerful enough to create black holes, entei causing volcanic eruptions every time it barks, lugia creating 40 day storms from a flap, electivire having enough electricity to power a big city for a year, tyranitar literally crumbles mountains by casually walking, mafcargo being 18,000 degrees farenheight, and much more.
It could easily be triple typed, but Stinkfly was used far more for his flight than for poisonous sludge so I figured that would be its most defining trait.

Not bad at all, although my personal list had Beedrill for Stinkfly since they both have stingers and I likened the goo and its various properties to poison. Donphan for Cannonbolt was my original chose, but I eventually didn't like the lack of hands and changed it to Golem, but with the existence of Iron Treads as a potential analog for Ultimate Cannonbolt, I have revised it yet again. Still haven't decided if I prefer Armarouge or Magmar for Heatblast yet, though. If that Gen IX Pokémon didn't exist, it wouldn't be an issue, but they're both really close contenders in my book for different reasons.

I loved Ben 10 growing up. Cannonbolt was always my favorite. A part 2 featuring the Alien Force aliens would be cool as well!
I'd probably lump in the Ultimate Alien ones as well since those two series together are about equal to Classic, but I did do them all before I realized how long it'd be, so it's possible!

I‘d also agree to use Pokedex entries for comparison against the aliens, because some of the outcomes are just a brief statement for the alien or the Pokemon's unique power, and the Pokemon attributes given to some of the aliens could've been better, using dex entries also allows for a more fair comparison to make the video more interesting since Pokemons aren't strictly about the games while Ben 10 is strictly about the show.
If dex entries are kept in mind, Machamp's 1000 punches per 2 second entry from LeafGreen VS. Four Arms' strength and durability feats from the show would be a neat comparison. Deeper research into certain matchups like Diancie actually generates hard diamonds out of thin air as her means of offense instead of summoning energy beams, Prime Ben's Wildmutt not being able to shoot quils yet, Blitzwolfer's sonic attacks potentially disabling Okidogi could also make the matchup more fair.
Or improving certain matchups based on the alien's powers like Ditto(an alien who prefers outnumbering his enemies) VS. Fallinks(An army of six entities who constantly changes battle formations)/Wishiwashi(Schooling Form), Frankenstrike(a bruiser with electromagnetic powers) VS. Iron Hands(is an Electric type brusier)/Magnezone(has electromagnetic powers), Upgrade(could upgrade machines and enter the cyber world ) VS. any of the Porygon family(could enter the cyber world with Z essentially being a virus), Buzzshock(An electric alien who get inside and power up electric machines) VS. Rotom(an electronic poltergeist) would make it more satisfying for bigger fans from both sides imo

In the "Race against Time" live action movie, Ben faced Eon and toward the end, was forced to take on Eon's form as a Chronioan (I think that's the name of Eon's species).
If we were to count Eon here... well, tat will be tough as there's not many ways to attribute the power of Time into pokemon attacks, and the best matchup would probably be Dialga, who (being essentially the poke-god of time) is likely to win that fight, giving another point for team Pokemon.
Mmm, that's a good point actually! I probably forgot about him because Ben never uses him again, even though the villain still shows up. Dialga is good, but I might have gone for Celebi instead?

Yeah, besides Dialga and Celebi, there aren't many options for Time-related pokemon... thankfully, Ben only has 2 Time-based aliens so it shouldn't be to big of an issue for continuations to the series.

Very good and interesting video. But I think that Ninjask, Electivire and Midnight Form Lycanroc better fit for Stinkfly, Frankenstrike and Blitzwolfer respectively :) And I want to see Ben transforming in some cosmic Pokemon like Ultra Beasts. They are literally aliens and fit very well to put them in the Omnitrix. A few more Pokemon too like Deoxys and maybe Darkrai.
Well Electivire I was saving for Shocksquatch in Omniverse, but I could see the other two! That would probably swap their victories with Lycanroc losing but Ninjask beating Stinkfly.
An Ultra Beast cameo in that new Ben 10 comic would be funny! They bascially had a Gyarados in one episode so there's always a chance!

Machamps can push mountains with 1 arm, and can deliver a thousand punches in 2 seconds. I dont think fourarms has anything that comes close to that. At least from what i remember in classic ben 10.

This is specific alien vs specific pokemon tho, so someone like alien x, who would stomp arceus, would just be 1 win. Machamp for example can push mountains with 1 hand and deliver 1,000 punched in 2 seconds. There are only a handfull of "similar" aliens in the omnitrix that can take that, and fourarms is not one of them. Theres also garvoir thats powerful enough to create black holes, entei causing volcanic eruptions every time it barks, lugia creating 40 day storms from a flap, electivire having enough electricity to power a big city for a year, tyranitar literally crumbles mountains by casually walking, mafcargo being 18,000 degrees farenheight, and much more.

It could easily be triple typed, but Stinkfly was used far more for his flight than for poisonous sludge so I figured that would be its most defining trait.
