Which Pokémon Deserve a THIRD Branching Evolution?

- Опубликовано: 1 окт 2024
- So recently with Applin we saw a Pokémon that wasn't too special, until the Gen 9 DLC showed us that it actually has a Third branching path of evolution! Until now the only Pokemon that have had more than two branches were Eevee and Tyrogue, so quite an exclusive club, however Applin didn't stop there being able to evolve AGAIN after that!
This was truly unprecedented, but now that we've seen it, who's to say that this couldn't happen again? So which other Pokémon could pull off getting new family members added after the fact, and join the 3 branch crowd?
Slowpoke could gain an evolution either (A) not involving Shelder at all, or (B) involving some pokemon other than Shelder
I kind of like the idea of it evolving under its own power, but evolving with a Clamperl or something would be fun too!
@@emperorcubonewhat about a psychic ghost evo where the mollusk bites Slowpoke’s whole tail off?
a Cramorant that becomes unable to spit Slowpoke out
I Know This’ll Never Happen But It’d Be Funny To Get A Mega Mega Slowbro Where The Shellder Just Ends Up Eating The Whole Slowbro
Yes yes yes! Evolve Slowpoke without a Shellder!
Ice/Fire Snorunt Evo.
LET MY BOY BE WARM!
That'd be pretty sweet! We'd have a real one besides just a sometimes regional form...
Hot spring yokai yeti
I would like to see charcadet evolve without an armor by tapping into some latent power inside and that evo has a third stage.
A dark power completing the trio by giving it the dark type
Oh what a twist! I like it!
@@darkserpentcat3309 I mean... if it gets a Dark power, it also should get a light power and make it part Fighting.
@@nickdentoom1173 I was thinking more along the lines”supernatural” types. While not a perfect type triangle like fire, grass and water I often see Dark, Ghost and Psychic as their own type grouping. Just like how Dragon and Fairy are often grouped in unofficial/fans minds. Fighting not so much. But that is just me.
@@nickdentoom1173or imagine make it fire/fairy 🤩
I like the idea for this video.
I think the solution for the Calf everyone always wanted for Taurus and Miltank is an Ox instead of a Bull or Cow. Something that can't reproduce and would be used for labor and could actually be a third thing based on how humans actually treat cattle.
For Scyther, it is silly, but if they actually given it actual grim reaper scythes and turned it either dark or ghost could have been a lot of fun.
Charcadet actually lost a cool opportunity there huh. Teal and Indigo were named in the DLCs. Having like a Teal Helmet and an Indigo Shield or something that gave, say, dark and steel types would have been awesome.
Also, call me stupid, but I did actually want Sawk and Throh to get the Tyrogue treatment. If they were going to be clones anyway, they might as well have given us a third muppet fighter.
Ooh, I love the Reaper idea as a Ghost! Shedinja being the only Bug/Ghost type never really did it justice...
I love all these ideas!
I have a video idea so it’s like your what if every Pokémon was duel type but instead what if every duel type Pokémon had to change 1 of their type like charizard changing it’s type into fire dragon I thought of this and I think it’s cool can you please do this as the next video also do this for all regions also give all type mons stars from 0-3 stars like your if every Pokémon was duel type
Hmm, that is pretty interesting! I doubt it could be the very next video, but it might be worth looking into sometime!
@@emperorcubone yeah not next video but later this year can you do this please
Speaking of mega glalie, I'm sad froslass didn't get the same treatment that gallade got
I mean arguably Glalie needed the Mega just to keep up with Froslass since most people just used that Pokemon instead.
@@emperorcubone Fair, but megas weren't just given to pokemon that needed it, strong pokemon got them too. It just felt unfair that they only gave half of snorunts evos a mega as opposed to ralts who got both
Same for Slowbro and Slowking.
@@HydraasGlalie can be female
@@nickdentoom1173 true
Slowpoke and Clamperl come to mind. But I feel that Eevee and Tyrouge should get another branch evolution that evolve again but could gain a secondary typing if you have been both in your party.
Oh that'd be cool if these special Pokemon had interactions with each other!
I personally think that regional Eevee would be cool
Eevee and it’s eeveelutions make up 9 of the 18 types, leaving exactly 9 types not covered
The type I think most likely for Regional Eevee would be Ground type and have Eevee’s design look like a chinchilla (because sand baths)
@@emperorcubonesnorunt or kirlia where Galadriel and gardevoir or glalie and froslass combine
@@emperorcubonenvm should a watched all the video
Tbh... Eeveelutions should be a thing, however instead of Tyrogue getting another branched evolution, it should get a female counterpart with three branched evolutions as well.
This has been tossed around (even by you), but what about the Tyroge treatment for the Sawk and Throh lines? And maybe adding a Kixx for kickboxing/taekwondo. It would make the parallels stand out too much, but still.
As for your Charcadet ideas, fairy fire could maybe be a bow user with pink coloring that has a long reach type of physical fairy attack. Fire electric with a lance that pierces or breaks barriers and fire dark with an axe attack thats maybe got recoil or can't be used in succession. And lastly, a fire water that had maybe a healing steam attack.
Tyrone feel like a mature grapple r
We all know that charizard will get a 3rd mega in legands ZA. And thats it
3rd? Might be 2. Z A. If just one it could be charuzard Z which is another dragon fire but he has levitate as the ability and he is a fast special attacker or if. Ot levitate it would be a new flying abilty that grants immunity to ground and powers up flying type move by 50 percent so its like charizard z has 3 stabs. All we need is dragon pulse, aur slash and flamethrower. 4 th move is whatever useful
Charazidite Z AND A😭
Here’s some ideas using evolution items
Munchlax evolving using Whipped Dream (Normal/Fairy) or Syrupy Apple (Normal/Grass)
There could be a branch evolution depending on if Black Augurite (adds Rock type), Peat Block (adds Ground type), or Metal Alloy (adds Steel type) is used
Or if deep sea scale (adds Water type), dragon scale (adds Dragon type), or Prism scale is used
Or if Magmarizer (adds Fire type) or Electirizer (adds Electric type) is used
The types of evolutions we could get from existing items has great potential that is being left untapped in favour of “1 key for 1 lock” mentality
I actually love the idea of Munchlax evolving with other food items! It makes so much sense!
6:35 while it is nice getting to branched evolutions, the originals get left behind. I mean who wants to use Glalie? Having 80 in everything? Unfortunately, Jack of All Trade pokemon usually don't work well.........unless you're Arceus.
9:23 Dude we've been waiting for 11 years now for another eeveelution, you think they're making another one? Heck, during Penny's battle she could've introduced a new eeveelution and it would've made her fight even more memorable.
I want to use Glalie (Its my favorite Pokemon).
I have personally always have considered Scyther and Onix counterparts since gen 2. Scyther and Onix both evolve via Metal Coat when traded and both get the Steel typing until evolution. They also both got acces to Mega Evolution. So i would say Onix getting another Branched evolution that loses the Ground typing (As opposed to Steelix losing Ground) and becomes Rock/Dragon (With it having a kinda Blue design inspiration, as a reference to the Blue Onix in the anime). It would make Scyther and Onix counterparts yet again (Since they lost the status in Legends Arceus). Considering Scyther evolves into Kleavor with the Black Augurite, make Onix evolve with the White Augurite.
Talking counterparts: Bellsprout should become counterparts with Oddish yet again and also get a branched evolution.
Hmm, that would actually be really cool! I'd love to see a new Onix form!
I want a new Wurmple evo so badly! I'd love to see one! Beautifly is day themed, getting Morning Sun, while Dustox is night themed, being nocturnal with Moonlight, so a dawn/dusk third evo like Rockruff got would be very interesting! Maybe based on one of the moths that looks like a butterfly and comes out during the day?
It’s not quite what you asked, but *man* , do I really wish Slowking and Froslass get megas in Legends Z-A to make their lines even.
That would be cool; basically clean up all the old branches that never got Megas (which means Kleavor would get one too!)
@@emperorcubone yes! Would love a mega Kleavor.
it's interesting how Hydrapple outshines Flapple and Appletun. I'd love to see Clamperl getting one too with 3rd evolution and mega on top of it.
This is exactly what video should happen, I'm all in for the apple family expanding ❤
Itd be cool if eevee could evolve into something other tham vaporeon or sylveon
I think Aggron deserves a third branching evolution.
...What? They don't have a branching evolution at all?
Yeah...? That's the point, give them 2 branching evolutions, right now.
Any excuse to have more metal clad dinosaurs works for me!
Snorunt could get a male specific evolution, given that Froslass is female only but Glalie can be male or female, maybe an ice/fighting or ice/dark male only evolution based off of the frost giants from Norse mythology (Kalos does have Norse based pokemon like the trio of Xerneas, Yveltal and Zygarde), or maybe a Namahage theme to stick with Froslass's Japanese Yuki-onna design.
Side note: I hope Flapple and Appletun get evolutions too, it's kinda unfair that Hydrapple is the objectively best choice given it has higher stats than the other two
Not only does Kalos have Norse based Pokemon, Wulfric is a Viking.
Following recent tradition, it will be Charcadet.
The last 2 gens have done that where soft version exclusive evos get a third in the next mainline game.
The Lycanroc duo got Dusk, the Apples got Dipplin, Charcadet is the next logical step.
I don't even think they have to worry about a third evo. I think they only did Hydrapplin to balance the G-Max form.
I like that thinking, if we were to go with Charcadet, its evos are based on the colors Rouge or Red and Cerulean a shade of Blue, so what we need is a Shade of Green... since we have Armor/Cannon & Edged Blades, I think the next piece to go with is a Shield, for Armor, Sword, & Shield but what Green color goes best with Shield? how about Shieltruce combining Shield, Truce, and Chartreuce a Yellowish Green
And then we just need to figure out a good type for Shieltruce to be
@@durk5331 I mean, Fire/Steel is the most obvious one, but could we do something more interesting? 🤔
@@robertlupa8273 how about Fire/Fairy? to go with Psychic & Ghost as a Supernatural type
It wouldn't be bad to see new evolutions for wurmple and charcadet but for tauros and miltank I would have seen a baby form that evolved in them depending on whether it was male or female. Seriously, if they had put a baby form for the bovine pokémon in paldea that baby form would have evolved into variants of tauros depending on the area it is found in.
In legends Arcues Wurmple evolved depending on the time of day so you can easily make Beautifly for morning time, Dustox for night time and then add 2 more evolutions for moon and dusk
I have always imagined a calf pkmn that evolved via gender into Taurus & Miltank & with an item (the Hair Pick) into Bouffalant, bu the Paldean forms made it so much more difficult.
As Scyther, Scizor, & Kleavor have the same BST, I can't understand why wasn't Scyther given a pre-evo who also evolved into Scizor.
They didn't make it more difficult. You use a water stone on a male preevolution and you get aqua Tauros, use a fire stone get blaze, level it up knowing a fighting type move or whatever you get the combat form
If you had included Burmy I'd say Midnight Lycanrock specifically deserves another evolution, but if you're only counting actual species and not forms I'd say Charcadet makes the most sense
Lycanroc is one of my favorite Pokemon, so I would love to see it get more attention!
An opponent from Pokéstar Studios (named UFO) seems like it could be a Steel-type cocoon stage for Wurmple. Look it up, you can't unsee it.
It might be a little big for that, unless Wurmple is gonna evolve into Mothra!
I think a queen Bisharp evo for female only bisharp could be a really cool evo split, since it could be more offensive and fast and way less defensive than Kingambit, and it would be based on american chess rather than shogi, which would be a really cool contrast. I would love if the bisharp line had a Gallade/Gardevoir sort of contrasting dynamic, as Kingambit is fantastic!
I'm kind of surprised they didn't do that honestly.
I really want them to close out the Eevee branches with the remaining types, in order I'd like to see are Ground, Steel, Dragon, Poison, Bug, Flying, Fighting, Rock, and Normal.
I also think getting something else for Wurmple could be cool, but I think that would happen in a future Gen 3 Remake or Legends Hoenn.
I think Normal would be the ONE type to not use since that's Eevee's type and should remain so. (Although I'll be looking forward to Legends Hoenn!)
Yeah Normal I feel is the least likely, but I would not be surprised if it happened.@@emperorcubone
I'm still with Lockstin that it'd be neat to instead make a complementary new line of pokémon to take up all the rest of the types, as the eevee line has half the type chart, with normal being the only physical type exhibited by the line while dragon is the only special type it can't be, so why not have a dragon type which can change into any physical type (excluding normal, as eevee already gets that)?
I mean, marketability is probably the answer, but that doesn't mean it wouldn't be neat! Besides, I kind of like how the set of eeveelutions we currently have is a pretty nice little mnemonic for which types were originally special (just replace fairy with dragon) and which types are self-resistant (just replace fairy with poison and remember that steel resists almost everything, and that includes steel).
00:38 Personally I'd count Burmy since the various Wormadam forms are functionally different Pokemon, and I'd even count Rockruff.
I'm not so sure about that, seeing as many times, Pokemon that have different forms have different stat distributions as a way to separate them -- the reason why all the Wormadam forms are considered to be the same species is because they all evolve the same way, albeit being location dependent for which type combination you get. Lycanrock, however, is an outlier here: I don't understand why the 3 versions of it couldn't be differently named, since they all require some alteration to be made to get the one you want; and apart from dusk being relatively close to midday form in design, they are all fairly distinct from each other.
I feel like you're really missing the serious possibility that if game freak made a 3rd Scyther evolution it would be big/grass to complete the rock-paper-scizors triangle
I thought Scyther was already the paper one...?
@@emperorcubone It could be I guess. But imagine one where they intentionally designed it that way
How he paper?
i'd like a Fire/Ice type Charcadet evolution
That'd be perfect for the first constant Fire and Ice type!
I think that they could make a Bug/Dragon Scyther that evolves with an item like "Dragon Blood" where it gets coveres in dragonic scales and spikes insted of metal or rock, and I would give it Though Claws
always a good day when the emperor graces us with his presence
If they give Scyther another evolution I hope it keeps with the Rock Paper Scissors theme
Like a lot of people say Rock, Paper, Scissors, Shoot so maybe they could give up a blasting Magmortar-like evolution
There's also the Lizard/Spock variant, so maybe it'll be Dragon after all? Or Psychic for our Vulcan friend?
@@emperorcubone Ngl if we get a Vulcan reference in Pokemon I'll lose my mind 😂
Syther Scizzor and Cleavor alredy have the rock paper scizors theme going (even if the type interactions don’t really work) so I think if anything they’ll make an evolution based on paper to fit the bill a bit later than syther does, it can be a grass/bug type with papyrus swords on its hands
I think Wurmple and Charcadet are the only ones that make sense to me. Charcadet especially because it's a lot like Applin because in Sword and Shield, Applin's first two evolutions were version exclusive and in Scarlet and Violet, the options were that way for Charcadet.
Absolutely need more Charcadet evos in a different region
New armors are all you'd need, it's not even confusing like why a Leaf Stone couldn't evolve Eevee for years...
@@emperorcubone exactly, sometimes it feels like they purposefully avoid easy decisions
Scovillain needs a third evolution because existence of a yellow pepper
So true! It would have made more since to have the two-headed one be yellow, and build up the heat even more in the third stage with red.
@@emperorcubone or a hydreigon style
Fearow and Raticate.
Applin to me has the most unique family line in Pokémon. Having 3 branches with 1 branch having 2 evolutions is wild!
lets see Charcadet's evos are based on the colors Rouge or Red and Cerulean a shade of Blue, so what we need is a Shade of Green... since we have Armor/Cannon & Edged Blades, I think the next piece to go with is a Shield, for Armor, Sword, & Shield but what Green color goes best with Shield? how about Shieltruce combining Shield, Truce, and Chartreuce a Yellowish Green that would go perfect for whether people wanted to debate the outdated and proven wrong Red, Blue, Yellow, or if they wanted to go with the Proven True Red, Green, Blue (RGB)
And then we just need to figure out a good type for Shieltruce to be
Honestly, I would love to have Wurmple evolve into that third option somewhat later (maybe level 20 like Magikarp?) and just turn into a bigger, more spiky form, and make it a bug dragon. Many insects live crazy long as their first form compared to the sometimes mere days in their adult form, so why not play it up as an 'eternal' little worm?
Had to look them up, but Crasherplaysreacts1357 has several shorts showing potential Charcadet evolutions, each based on a color and weapon. My favorite so far is Canarail, fire/electric type that uses a rail gun.
Make a third Scyther evolution Bug/Grass so that we can have a Scyther with evolutions of Rock, Paper, Scissors.
Pikachu so it can evolve in Gorochu.
That'd be pretty sweet actually! Then you could just have the Alolan offshoot by it's own thing!
We need another seagull. Wingull having the option to evolve into something based on a great black-backed gull would be cool. Make him a very fast physical attacker, like the real thing. Dark or fighting plus water.
You said you can't think of anything for the Ralts line, but consider this. Gallade is male only, while Gardevoir could be either gender. So just make an evolution that uses another stone and make it female only. Boom 😎
Militant and Taurus are sex based so there’s no precisely to have a third form that’s just another bovine. But then I remembered something! An Ox is a bull that has been castrated before puberty. Ox are created because they are between male and female triats . This is what the third form should be. Taurox.
I'd like to see slowpoke evolve without the shell derived. Like maybe something else bites the tail
Let Poliwhirl get an evolution based on Clawed Frogs, Pac-Man Frogs, or Poison Dart Frogs.
You know with the return of Mega Evolutions... Mawile will be returning possibly. Perhaps an armor could be fashioned from components you get from Mawile, like how you need components from Pokemon to fashion to different armors... and get that Fire/Fairy Pokemon we want.
I cant wait til we get an "official" natdex. Keep it the same in the games as it is now but release a "this is the order pokemin are filed now"
I dont want it to happen because if would over take the games in some way
I do want it to happen to have Leg pokemon first
Fairy type slowpoke evolution from being bitten by clamperl would be great!
Evolve Beartic into the ice poison. It’s not a big stretch to go from the cold virus to poison for Pokémon.
Eralier today i thought that helolisk could get different forms because of the abilitys relation to verious weather conditions
A flying/dragon/ghost eeveelution would be amazing.
It's been a decade. New eeveelution gets priority over a brand new pokemon getting a branch evo
A Hannah Montana inspired mon? Oh, I bet TrueGreen already had one drawn methinks
Clamperl NEEDS some love!
2:52 FlyBeemon, nice
Probably my favorite Armor Digimon!
@@emperorcubone, are you serious? That's awesome of you! I'm a big fan of Kunemon, and though I don't think he ever effectually Armors into Flybeemon, Flybeemon comes as one of the many swarm Armor variants of Kunemon in the lore. Very good taste. The PVC figure of Flybeemon is also very cool and posed well. Glad to see another Insectoid appreciater, especially after you included Kuwagamon on a recent video. I'm not certain who my favorite Armor would be, but it's pretty cool that you know yours.
I do see a Scyther evolution being a good candidate for Bug/Dragon.
Cubone line both aloanian & kantonian. There is so much that can be done with this pokémon. Incorparing fossil bones for new weaponry Ground/Fairy would be a great typing for the kantonian's first branch evolution from Marowack. He could defend young Cubones from Madibuzz. The other two can be Ground/Fighting & Ground/Steel The fighting type evolution could be a coach that helps train young cubones; wokring to relievetrauma through physical labour. A solitary life could lead to marowack become tough as steel, bit cold hearted. The Aloanian Marowack branch evolutions could have the first line matain the typing combo & theme as a dancer gaining the abilty dancer would fit & help with sweeping dragon dancers. Personally, I'd love to see a Dark/Ghost & Ghost/Roc for the last two. The dark evolution perfoms somber songs & the Rock type would haunt Mandibuzz & other vicious pokémon who prey on cubone.
Cubone you say? I'll allow it... That would honestly be really cool!
i would like to see an eevee 3rd stage instead of having branch evolution the new pokemon unbranches where two eevees become the same two type eevees
People talk about eevee having an evolution for each type. I think it's hard enough to choose one during playthroughs already.
Maybe the poliwag line?we have a pure water final evo and a water fighting one
Why choose? Just use a team of ALL Eevees!
@@emperorcuboneLike the way Penny does? Speaking of her, I'm surprised it took until generation 9 to make a trainer like her that exclusively uses Eeveelutions given their popularity. But I also kinda sorta agree with the original commentor here that with how many Pokemon Eevee can evolve into already, it's hard to choose just one when most of them have something going for them; this was even brought up in the anime by the last character to own an Eevee, Chloe, who was struggling to decide which one she wanted hers to become the most. Granted in Chloe's case, her Eevee didn't evolve, but I feel like that was because they have been focusing on Eevee itself more recently, having gotten both a game were it's your starter and it's own Z move, and even a Gigantimax form as well; but I'm not surprised that it didn't because it was a plot point when it first appeared that for some reason that particular Eevee couldn't evolve
Actually ya can breed the Aqua and Blaze Tauros in SV. Ya don't even need a everstone to do so.
How about a ghost Ghost Pokemon? Ala that one ghost Mimikyu in the Sun and Moon anime?
Heres the ones I think needs more love with another evo
Grumpig
Hypno
Arbok
Noctowl
Torkoal
Zangoose
Seviper
Kecleon
Dragalge
Grumpig definitely could use some love!
Rather than which mons should get a third branch, what about mons that don't branch but should? Take Porygon-Z, for example. Whichever in-universe programmer wrote the Dubious Disc clearly didn't know what they were doing. But what if they did?
Honestly there are probably dozens of ways Porygon could be adapted since it basically just a computer program, so more branches would be great!
A while ago I saw someone comment on a paper inspired Scyther evolution and totally loved the concept. The idea for this is to make a twisted version of the rock-paper-scissors in Pokemon with this new Scyther evo. In traditional rock-paper-scissors, rock beats scissors, that beats paper, that beats rock; however in Pokemon scissors (Scizor - Steel type) beats rock (Kleavor - Rock type), so to complete the twist you would need a paper inspired Pokemon to beat scissors and be beaten by rock. To translate that to Pokemon's type chart would mean that this new evo of Scyther would have to be part Fire type to beat the Bug/Steel of Scizor and be demolished by Kleavor's Rock, but I don't have the littlest idea on how the design of this would work because Scyther's current 2 evos are basically it being coated in a form of a physical object to change its appearance (Metal Coat for Steel and Black Augurite for Rock type), but not only Fire is not exactly a coatable physical tangent object, but it does not have any relation with paper for the twisted rock-paper-scissors thing, so it really is kinda difficult to visualize how it could be pulled off.
Paper is wood. So a scyther that coevo from shifttry can work. Having fan arm
its bout time for electrode to evolve. it could be a sideways pokeball. call it, voltron or wattron
The most obvious new evo for Charcadet would be Quivert.
You already have Armor+Rouge(red) and Cerulean(blue)+Edge, so make an archer based on Quiver+Vert(green)
Quiverdant does sound pretty sweet! (Pretty sure they made a Pal of that though 😂)
I think another final form for Charcadet have a Whip and have a more sleek feminine design. The whip could be a vine with thorns. Almost like Ivy from Soul Caliber. Its type could be Grass/Fire
Or maybe Fire and Fairy could be the typing
YIPPPEEEE
Charcadet is a good option, as there are loads of possibilities!
This is probably going to sound weird, but I'm going to say Poipole. Naganadel isn't a huge shift from Poipole, but given the intentionally strange and incomprehensible nature of Ultra Beasts it wouldn't be so strange to have new branches that allow Poipole to evolve into a Ghost Butterfly or Rock Beetle as opposed to a Dragon Wasp. Just something to consider.
Poipole would be super cool, but I'd just be happy to see another evolution, like the other starters since they call it a starter Pokemon in Ultra Megalopolos.
Whats with the overtly negative attitude towards every pokemon you don't like? Just because it doesn't have a massive fanbase, doesn't mean people don't like it. You keep using phrases like "nobody likes" and "boring"
But yes, I'd love to see a third snorunt evolution line
Not sure what you mean? This video wasn't even about Pokemon I disliked, and I praised quite a few of them! I didn't even really insult Miltank, which is impressive...
I wish arbok and seviper were branch evolutions for ekans
Why can’t ralts get a new branch just cuz it has megas? Why make up arbitrary rules scizor has a mega and we still got a branching evo with Kleavor?????? Then I continue watching and u acknowledge that scyther got Kleavor even though it had a mega making the previous statement even more random and arbitrary lol why mention ralts at all just to not follow the rule u set 😅
I mean... that argument is kinda flawed, especially since if we take into consideration: Said Pokemon cannot get anything because it has a Mega, that is kinda problematic for Galarian Slowbro. It would also mean G-Max Charizard, Venusaur, Blastoise and Gengar shouldn't exist, since they already got a Mega.
Cubone => marowak
=> Alola Marowak
=> Cuboner => Cuboned
Fun fact: I used to headcanon that Wurmple would evolve into Masquerain and be bug/water
Sounds reasonable to me!
I love the theory that Snorunt is a Falinks that got left behind (either on purpose or it got lost). Another evolution could be several Snorunts forming a squad of there own and being basically a regional Falinks form.
Hmm, they do bear a certain similarity...
Naw you pulling yo Warsect was hilarious 😅😅😅
"after so many generations" ... Dude applin was released just the previous gen before it's new Evo was released😅
No no, it's the first Pokemon to get a third branch since JOHTO, that's what "so many generations" means...
I want Clamperl to get a 3rd branch evo. I love Clamperl
I branch I would like to see another form of Lycanroc like a Dawn form or something like that I know their all just pure rock but if they that have different types I would like to see it
It is shocking that they didn't include that one at the time, forever leaving an obvious hole in the group...
I hope they give us the one where shellder evolves into the slowbro shell
Kinda wish that Hydrapple evolved directly from Applin and that he had the same BST as Flapple and Appletun.
Yeah, honestly Dipplin seemed kind of unnecessary in hindsight...
5:29 Thanks for giving me nightmares.
gloom should get a third branch evolution
Charcadet evo with the dark type, complete the trio
does anyone else think dipplin should have been a regional form and not a new evolution? I find it weird that dipplin is on appletun and flapple "level"
Honestly I thought it WAS a regional form, or like Poltchageist or something and was shocked when they said it was an evolution.
I still think there should be some third stage to the flying apply core and the pie. But hydrapple is better set up.
Well the Gigantamax form is still there for one of them to use if they want!
I’d add the porygon line for a split evolution for porygon 2 into porygon z and then into another line. I believe in one of porygon z’s dex entries it says that I think porygon z exists because of a glitch or something like that. Combee is another that could get a spilt evolution and I also would want to see a male combee evolution and what it would look. We could also have another evolution of rockfuff like an evening lynrock since we have dawn, midnight, and mid day lynrock. Maybe another evolution of tyrogue
Porygon is actually a great one! Just whip up a new item to alter its code and you've two or three different possible branches!
@@emperorcubone yea, as I grew older, I did think that porygon 2 could have more or more room to evolve into a split evolution. I believe that not every Pokémon needs to have spilt evolutions. But I believe porygon 2 is one of them, flapple and appletun are one of them and have more room to evolve into another evolution of each, male Combee is one and I also want to see what a male Combee evolution looks like, and of course having more evee evolutions and as well as more evolutions for charcadet which could be the next evee and evee evolutions if gamefreak wanted to. I think the slowpoke line is most likely down with split evolutions. I don’t think there’s more to add with the slowpoke line and their galarian varieties. There’s probably shelder which could have another split evolution based on the shelder that bites the whole slowpoke line and their galarian varieties in galar. There also evening lynrock since we have midnight, midday, and dawn lynrock. And another tyrogue evolution that could evolve based on speed or hp. We have tyrogue evolve based on attack, defense, and if its attack and defense are equal.
I don't get why Pokémon developers added Paldean forms for Tauros, but not for Miltank?!
At the very least why so many?? It went from nothing to an overload!
Well... it very well could be that Miltank gets forms in another region.
There are a lot of rumors about gen 10 being the Netherlands (And wheter true or not), Netherlands has the Frisian-Holstein cow breed, so regional form for Miltank makes a lot of sense).
Sunflora! This Pokemon needs a third evolution, cause right now she only works with Trick Room.
I'd settle for AN evolution...
@@emperorcuboneRoselia earned one evolution, maybe Sunflora gets a new evolution as Grass/fire.
I tried to tell people Dipplin would evolve again, but they swore it wouldn't lol , but i don't think it should have, imo dipplin should've just been a regional Applin
I thought it was when I first saw it! What made you so sure about it?
@emperorcubone that's just not what a Final evolution looks like, and it's actually exactly what a middle stage looks like, just like metapod or kakuna
The problem with the Wurmple idea is that its evolutions are based on the two things caterpillars can turn into: butterflies and moths. So unless scientists discover a third thing caterpillars can turn into, or they give Wurmple two new evolutions, then it’d become fairly unbalanced.
Edit: Finished the video now. I agree with your other choices a lot more, especially Scyther and Charcadet.
For Scyther, it’d probably be best to go with another cutting weapon, which means sword is probably the next most obvious choice. Unsure what the typing would be though. Maybe bug/dragon? To go with a medieval theming?
Then for Charcadet, man, I forget which fakemon artist came up with it, but I remember seeing a great Robin Hood inspired green archer variant. Gonna have to look through my RUclips history to find it again.
How does mega slowpoke even walk?
A green/yellow color scheme for a new Charcadet evo as maybe a Fire/Dark or something would be dope. Typing could use work, but my idea is to give it a great axe for its weapon and name it Verdaxe.
What about Oddish????!!!!!
I love the Applin line (although Hydrapple is not my favorite design with the crazy eyes). I'd love to see more from the Charcadet line. Fire/Fairy would be amazing. Great ideas here!
For the potential charcadet evolution, make it based off of level and not an armor set. That way the new one can use the other two armors or even new ones.
The concept isn't bad, but level is too specific, it might have to be based on environment like in a tundra or a jungle, or while surfing?
@@emperorcubone the only issue with that is it sets up a type addition. Pure level would allow the possible evolution to be pure fire still.
