  • Shaken beef bistek Tagalog
    0.5 lbs steak cut in cubes
    0.5 lemon juice
    4 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp oyster sauce
    1 grated garlic
    1 onion cut in wedges
    1 red pepper cut in cubes
    2 tbsp cooking wine
    Method:
    1. marinade steak with lemon juice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and grated garlic.
    2. In a hot wok add oil and fry steak pieces about 2 mins each side. Set aside
    3. In the same wok add the onions and red pepper. Add the cooking wine and toss quickly.
    4. Add the steak and leftover marinate. Toss quickly and season with salt and pepper.
    5. Serve with white rice
