FPS games though I find requires mouse for me to enjoy them, I can't stand how little aim control I have on controller in comparison. This is going to differ from person to person though. Some will prefer one way over the other. But I don't think dismissing either option entirely is good at all, because both keyboard and mouse and controller has their strengths and weaknesses.

Most buttons have more than 1 use in those games and if it’s controller compatible then there has to be a bind for all the important binds that r needed. So it should work but more buttons would still help but 8 is a bit much

@@zNoxius Each button for each type of controller is keyed differently, not only so they can only fit into their respective holes, but so they don't spin around inside said holes. Adapting the buttons from one entirely different controller into another is far more effort than it's worth it. I think they sell custom buttons out there so there's that, but adapting them from official controller buttons is ridiculous. Same applies to the board and almost every other component of a controller, they're all specifically keyed and spaced out for the correct parts. Again, I guess it's possible but the effort to adapt each individual component to a different shape is not worth it.

Most buttons have more than 1 use in those games and if it’s controller compatible then there has to be a bind for all the important binds that r needed. So it should work but more buttons would still help but 8 is a bit much

@@zNoxius Each button for each type of controller is keyed differently, not only so they can only fit into their respective holes, but so they don't spin around inside said holes.
Adapting the buttons from one entirely different controller into another is far more effort than it's worth it. I think they sell custom buttons out there so there's that, but adapting them from official controller buttons is ridiculous.
Same applies to the board and almost every other component of a controller, they're all specifically keyed and spaced out for the correct parts. Again, I guess it's possible but the effort to adapt each individual component to a different shape is not worth it.
