Hi as a pumpkin lover myself I know a easy way to remove the skin, put the pumpkin in the microwave for about 2 minutes it softens the skin and makes it easy to peel. Love your recipes.
Watching this whilst I am eating my potato waffles with premade meatballs... Could you do some quick and easy recipes for student? I am the worst when it comes to balancing healthy and affordable meals! :) xx
when i was at uni we often made what we called vegetable mush (tastes better than it sounds) basically chopped tomatoes, kidney beans, onion, garlic and then whatever vege you want, courgettes, carrots, peas, mushrooms, squash etc all in a pan teaspoon of sugar (balances out tomato) and either have it with pasta or rice. really cheap and pretty healthy. try to find a local fruit and vege shop/green grocer because it will be even cheaper. soups like leek and potato or butternut squash, chilli and bolognese are other good ones, use quorn mince to make it less expensive and the bonus is that you can make a massive batch and freeze it.
Yet another fantastic recipe from Sainsbury's , ***** & Mike :) I love that these are weekly, as i get to try out my favs at the weekend.! I think this is the perfect meal for me to give a try on Saturday night when we have friends coming over! Thanks Guyss!!
Thanks for this recipe! I made it tonight and it turned out great. I wasn't sure at all about the measurements - converting them to U.S. cooking measures - but I guessed and my whole family really liked it!
That looks extremely tasty! Never tried curry with spinach before but now I definitely will.. Something I would love to see is a proper British sunday roast! xx
Your all time Favorited comfort foods for the fall and winter time that make you feel like your back at home with your parents. Like mine is mine and my fathers recipe for clam chowder and our bean and bacon soup with a lot of garlic and onion XD.
Haha chicken curry is my favourite family recipe!! Although I can say I've never seen my mum (or anyone really) put butternut squash in a chicken curry! And you said garam masala perfectly :)
Always put fresh chillies!! I put about 10-12 of the small (rocket) type chillies for lots of heat, and eat it with yoghurt so I don't catch fire :) My Indian husband likes it straight up spicy like that!
Hey you should come to India and taste the real chicken curry and naan.... It has much more spices and oil... But your recipe is more healthier version of it!! Loved it !!👍
Hi Greer Hanes thanks for your lovely comment, we're so pleased you like the recipe videos with FleurDeForce and MikeDeForce. We've got some great Christmas/Holiday recipes lined up so keep watching!
Tried chopping the squash the way Mike did it and it was pretty tough... but using a potato peeler actually worked! Required a bit more elbow grease than peeling a potato, but it got the job done pretty fast :)
Now we're into autumn would you make a stew? But like a mildly spicy chicken stew? I don't why but It just sounds like it would be delicious with some homemade rolls to accompany it!
I loooooove watching your vlog channel and I noticed that you eat fajitas very often like in every other video :) Please make a fajita video with different fillings and sauces and pleeeease hot-sauce-lover-fleur, show us a recipe for a good hot sauce or salsa, that would be the coolest thing!
You should try making butternut squash and sweet potato soup, it's really good, especially if you add coconut milk/cream to it (depends on how creamy you like it).
Ooh yum i have to try this, love a good curry! Have been following alot your your recipes, all great so far guys keep up the great work! I love lamb, so maybe a lamb tagine or something else with diced lamb? X kate x
HI! What kind of cheese did you use for the naan? It looked like paneer but I wasn't sure...(btw loved how you included butternut squash in the chicken curry! Great twist and love the added veggies!)
You should make homemade pizza or lasagna! i also think chili and cornbread would be good for fall! Its a very southern type of comfort food i guess :-) lol i love these videos! I made the shepherds pie and it was amazing! Love from Texas!
ellie dee its kind of hard to describe lol but its basically bread made with corn meal, it can be sweetened with sugar or made savory, you usually put butter on it and eat it with soups, etc. Like dinner rolls :-)
Basically a meal with a choice of meat normally chicken , and veggies Yorkshire pudding potatoes gravy etc (like a Christmas dinner) and mostly people eat on a Sunday
Does anyone know why they put in the garam malasa when there is just one minute left, not right from the start with the other spices? (Or is this just something they do?)
i don't ever use salt in my recipes and my food tastes great, pepper is key though in my opinion! salt was originally used as a preservative not as seasoning so i don't think it's necessary in my opinion :)
"Main chef to be honest, i'm just the chatty one" hahahahaha!!!! This looks yummy you guys!!!

My hairs as long as fleurs and I don't tie it up when I cook, I don't get hair in the food I make.

Would love to see you make a roast dinner!!! This curry looks yummy! :)
If you microwave the squash for 5 minutes before cutting (pierce first) it should be easier to cut.
I would love to see a battle of tacos. SOmehting super simple to make at home, but can be amazing!
Best way around the squash is to use the potato peeler to peel the whole squash and then chop.
Can you make a "proper" sunday roast?... I've saw in some of you previous blogs you go out to eat one?.. Could you share a recipe?
yummy that looks so good!
even though I don't eat meat and almost all of your meals are with meat,.. I love to watch your Videos.. you guys are so sweet and fun =)

You guys never use salt in any of the savoury recipes. Don't they turn out to be quite bland?
i don't ever use salt in my recipes and my food tastes great, pepper is key though in my opinion! salt was originally used as a preservative not as seasoning so i don't think it's necessary in my opinion :)
Other herbs get rid of the need for salt really
What about tacos!
You should make tacos!
Sunday roast or a Chinese
perhaps you should use some salt and pepper ?
